Voy con regularidad.Las opciones vegetarianas son abundantes, muy sabrosas y a un precio razonable.El servicio es infaliblemente desinteresado y directo al borde de la mala educación, seguramente a propósito, como si estuvieran bromeando.Encuentro esto extrañamente tranquilizador en su falta de falta de sinceridad.Los camareros parecen desafiarle a no dejar propina, pero yo no quiero eso; me traen comida y té, así que siempre doy una propina del 10% +

I ordered the spicy pho with sea food. The soup was really nice. House special satay was also tasty. The delivery was 5-10min early and delivery man was friendly and polite.

Over an over late, and still haven't received it. How do I get my money back?

Wrong order, did not receive Beef in Oyster sauce. Received alternative chicken dish. This is second time wrong order received.

The food was meant to arrive an hour after ordering even though we are just 6mins away. However it actually arrived after 1 hour and 40mins. No apology, missing items and food was cold.

Food was very good, toast and large portions.

¡Absolutamente delicioso! Soy vegetariano y quedé muy impresionado con la selección. Teníamos albóndigas de vegetales para comenzar y luego compartimos dos platos principales, pato al curry vegetariano con arroz y pollo vegetariano con vegetales en fideos de huevo. Tanta comida y bien de precio. El servicio también era genial!

Servicio horrible Entrega para llevar ordenada a las 7: 30, aún no hay señal de comida a las 9: 30. El personal inicialmente mintió y dijo que estaba en camino, luego admitió que se olvidaron, y luego dijo que estaba en camino otra vez. Después de otros 20 minutos, traté de volver a llamar para cancelar, ¡pero dejé de responder las llamadas! NO ORDENE desde aquí. ¡Terminarás hambriento y decepcionado!

Tried to order some food via Just Eat. After accepting the order, two hours later they cancelled, leaving us with nothing to eat at 9:15pm on a Sunday. Avoid this restaurant.

I'm a regular Lido customer, both eating in and having takeaway. The food is not exceptional, but it's perfectly decent and reasonably priced. Never a bad choice for lunch.

I’ve been a longstanding customer of this family run chinese Restaurant - the food is always hot, tasty and value for money The place is clean and service quick Can’t recommend it highly enough

We got the food way too late . It was cold and hard . We couldn't chew the squid , all the food was dry, I nearly broke my tooth on the satay chicken . I have ordered from here many times and it's usually ok. When I spoke to the restaurant to find out where my order is, he said it's on its way . It came 15 min later . I'm more upset that I've wasted money on food that I've now thrown away as we couldn't eat it.

Been loads of times but first time as a takeaway. Love it.

Can't comment on the food quality - it still hasn't arrived... Been fobbed off twice by the restaurant when called. It was meant to be delivered at 21:30, called at 21:50 and told it's on it's way, traffic is bad in the area (google currently saying all OK & 7 min drive :-o). Driver called 5 min later, confirmed address then hung up. 15 min later still nothing so called the restaurant again, to be told food only left there at 21:45 and is still en route. Assured me it will not be cold... Will not order from here again!

Service was good but food was average at best

I ordered a soup and most of it was leaking in the bag.... the driver didn't say word just handed the bag and run away.... very poor service :( how ever the food was good!

My food was delivered about 1 hour and 45 mins after it was ordered. I tried chasing it up and called the restaurant for over 30 mins and it was constantly engaged. I even had to get online to Just Eat and they couldn't get through either. The only time I got a call was when the driver was outside, who said he was only delivery driver on and thats why it was so late. Food was congealed and cold by the time I got it. Really really poor service by Lido. I shall not be using them again.

1st of all food arrived 30 mins late and cold. I found insect in my wife's rice. We are normal people having job early in the morning cannot afford wait another hour for the food. So we have to sleep hungry after spend £18.10 including card charges and all the cold food. Restaurant should improve the standard of food and services. Strictly not recommendation to anyone Thanks for spoiling our evening

Order went through estimating a 45 minute delivery time. Restaurant updated this to 1 hour fifteen. Food did not show up until 45 minutes after their revised time - 2 hours after we ordered it. Delivery guy made no apology. Multiple calls to the restaurant told us he was 'ten minutes away' when he evidently wasn't. Food might have been ok if it was hot when it arrived, but it was pretty average and luke warm. The 'ribs' were terrible. Never using again.

consistently my favourite source of Chinese and Thai cuisine.! although they have been poor on the delivery time, I've still remained loyal (it's that good!). now that the delivery issue has been solved, I'm a happy camper! Great food and great customer service!

El menú es confuso. . Pero no confusa. Es un restaurante que le da opciones panesian de diferentes tipos de fideos, salsa de carne/pescado y principal para hacer su propio plato. Precios muy amable, rápido y eficiente y decente sabe! Nada lujoso, pero bueno para un almuerzo rápido. No es el tipo de restaurante que se trae amigos o su fecha.

Not a generous serving of the sweet and sour chicken.. Container was half full,mainly of the sauce and not the chicken

The vermicelli stir fried noodles were subar this. 95% noodles and only about 5% meat is poor when the dish is almost £7.00. This is something this restaurant needs to remedy, as it is not the first time they have done this

The worst takeaway I have ever received!! Pho had no bean sprouts (as stated) and the seafood in it I didn't dare even touch as it was cold and shrivelled. The calamari was cold and felt as if I was chewing a rubber band! Appalling food, got a refund and will never order from here again!!

Un buen lugar para un rápido plato de fideos o sopa. He visitado varias veces y he sido feliz, aunque podría haber sido un poco más barato.La comida es decente y una buena selección y porciones. El personal está bien, pero no tan amable.El vestíbulo de entrada es siempre sucia, no sé por qué!Carga dos por tarjetas de crédito bajo 10 libras no es razonable.

Absolutely atrocious service. After almost 3 hours of waiting, trying to contact the restaurant and getting Just Eat to contact the owner 3 times, they have still deliver nothing. It is only 10mins up the road from us but apparently they were unable to deliver with a 3 hour time span. Had they bothered to contact me at all in that time I would have just walked to the shop myself and get it. Awful awful unprofessional place and also now see they have a low food hygiene rating so probably better to have not eaten the food. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this place as other reviewers have.

The food was an hour late. It was the wrong order and the delivery person got lost.

We are strict vegetarians and we specified this. They gave us chicken dumplings (breaking my veganism of 12 years) This may not seem like a big deal to meat eaters but as part of my religion I am very upset about this. The tofu dishes had one piece of tofu in the entire dish. The food arrived half an hour late and when we called to complain no answer even though it was in their opening hours. Disgusting.

Ordered a "hot spicy" dish. Was about as spicy as coco pops. Why do people do that, it means the customer will not order again.

Poor quality food: Duck is so dry even with the soy sauce. It was like chewing gum. Pho, could tell the broth was not house-made and what made it worst is they said it included beansprouts but none to be seen!

Very fast delivery service,but I got dissapointed with quantity of the meal. Chicken curry was in small portion all in one boiled rice and small quantity of curry . Sauce was mostly mushrooms than chicken. all other shops bring boiled rice on one container and curry on another container. Feelt guted and cheated. In contrast I was shocked with super fast delivery,but then again if they just chuck all meal in one container quickly I am not suprised!

very polite. Normally food is very quick but was a bit slower on saturday evening as they were busy. Very good selection of vegetarian options. Have ordered from here before and will order from again.

We have ordered from this restaurant for many years and this is the first time we have been disappointed with the food. Portions have been considerably reduced and food arrived cold even though we are only 10 mins away!

There should have been more meat in the singapore rice noodles - It was a lot of noodles there which is great. Lack of meat was a let down Other than that nice meal

Food arrived 2 hours late - NOT at 20:20 as stated but at 21:20. Restaurant told me at 20:45 it might be another 7 minutes!!! Food arrived relatively hot so obviously hadn't even been cooked when I spoke to them. I asked for no onions in my beef dish - it was full of them. They offer rice "included in the price" but that just meant a huge layer of rice under a much smaller portion of beef, in a box that used to just hold beef. The rice was also then soggy with the sauce and very little sauce escaped the rice to be eaten separately. Overall YUK - won't be ordering again.

It's was okay, bit lukewarm because it was almost an hour after the estimated arrival time. Don't know why Just Eat text to tell you it's on the way if it isn't?

Good food, especially the dumplings. Pho soups are good although a lot of fat left on the meat. All in all good delivery and I would order from here again.

Burnt dumplings and my stir fried rice was too dry. Also the driver rang the doorbell 3 times when I asked not to ring the doorbell and call me.

I asked for no peas in the rice and it's like they gave me double the peas

We never received our order even though it states delivered and now the restaurant is not answering their phone because I think it's closed. It is now 25 minutes late but I don't think it is coming at all!!

At first it was meant to be delivered at 6:40 then I received an email that it was going to be delivered at 7, which I understand if they were busy. I ended up having to call the restaurant because at 7:20 I still hadn't arrived. If this wasn't bad enough, the food wasn't even hot. It was just about warm which is not what you would expect and not what we have got before when using this restaurant. So overall we are really disappointed with the service and our food tonight.

The best Chinese ever! I've ordered with Lido for many years now and the food is always to a high standard and the staff are very friendly. Ordering through just eat I was quoted a 20 minute wait time for collection and they were still early. Always look forward to ordering from Lido and they never disappoint.

Nothing particularly bad about the meal. Delivery time was 19:00 and the food came 19:15-19:20. When i called up the service was very very good. My food was a little cold but it wasn't a massive problem.
