Lick That Dessert in Birmingham

1/5 stars is too good for this place. Worst dessert I’ve ever had by a long mile. Food was an hour late in the early hours of the morning, you are not that busy at 4am. Furthermore when contact was attempted the number went straight to giffgaff voicemail. Trash customer service. The food quality was absolutely abhorrent. My waffle was cold and hard, felt like it was left out for hours. My milkshake was warm too and I could barely distinguish it from my friends one. My friends cheesecake was wrong and we didnt get any ice cream. Our food also came in a pizza box and a burger box, what the hell. If you value your time do not order from here. If its 3am and no where else is open wait until the next day.

This place didn't even deliver saited over and hour now but took my money and run!!! How do I get a refund

avoid this place at all cost. We have ordered 6 milkshakes on uber eat it was on "buy one get one free" but we only got delivered 3 milkshakes, we tried calling them several times they don't answer the phone. very disappointing.

Ordered 2 milkshakes came at 1am. They was warm as a cup of soup. Horrible experience. How can milkshakes become so warm in this cold weather. Never again!!!!

Bro-in-law ordered desserts from this place and it was an absolute waste of money! £30+ for tasteless garbage that arrived so late. Ordered Sat (Xmas) night so the delay in delivery is understandable. But the food? Wow, never had worse desserts. Cheesecake was frozen solid. Looked great but had NO flavour at all, was meant to be cookies and cream. Literally bent my spoon trying to eat it, was so hard. The mango milkshake was passable, tasted barely like mango, even mango juice tastes better. The vanilla ice-cream? Again. Tasteless. Better off buying some generic vanilla jcevream from Tesco. Would have tasted bye and been a better experience. AVOID THIS PLACE, complete ripoff.

Waste of time. Why accept an order then not deliver it and not pick up the phone??

Frauds! Do not have a contactable functioning phone number, number on website goes to a geezer who lives on the opposite side of the business, who then says will relay your order back to the business if you provide him your postcode! Over an hour later received a call from a land line not registered in Birmingham say they can't find my address. Avoid this business at all cost!

Even a one star is being too generous. Came in and was excited to see the worker touch the waffles with her bare hands instead of wearing gloves; so decided to just get ice cream. The Asda branded icecream is much more of a better quality than the one we had. She also used her hands to support her to scoop the icecream. She then used gloves towards the end to add the toppings. Icecream was very gritty; bland and was practically just ice. Quality of ice cream needs major improvement- even if you’re desperate, remember McDonald’s is open.

Terrible, do not order from Uber Eats. Called them over 10 times, not a single answer when delivery was over half an hour late. Read my messages and chose not to read them.

Ordered dessert early hours of morning said 40 mins to deliver 2 hours still no delivery won't answer phone so fell asleep checked this morning and says it was delivered which it wasn't now won't refund or deal with problem disgusting attitude shouldn't be with uber eats

Amazing ! I loved it ! The desserts are mouthwatering. The staff are polite and excellent in serving customers. Overall , I'd recommend without any hesitation.

Great customer service and unique as it is small and hiding behind a shutter. Different style as to what is around and look forward to seeing the business thrive. The baklava shake was superb and wish I could stay longer to try more dishes but unfortunately due to time constraints I couldn't. Here is a picture of my Baklava Shake.

Worst place ever! Scammers!!! Ordered from this shop off Ubereats, my delivery was estimated to come in 40 minutes but it didn't. I tried contacting the restaurant but they didn't answer and eventually ended up blocking my number. Then I got a call from a driver telling me my desserts are here 1 hour 35 minutes later. My delivery comes and half of my order isn't even in the bag!!! why did I get charged for something I've not received? This is why they say stick to what you know rather than trying out new places, I don't even know how these lot can do something like this to their customers at the start of their business, don't go on websites like ubereats if you don't know how to manage your deliveries!
