First time ordering from here very nice will order again came quickly earlier than expected got free prawn crackers with orders most Chinese on just eat don’t do that would recommend

Food is great.Always is.Just one issue. Got sent chicken balls instead of salt & chilli chips. Didn’t complain, as we wanted to eat together rather than wait on it being sorted, but this has happened 3 times in last year or so. Becoming a lottery.

I wasn’t prepared for my food to be delivered so soon, the delivery woman phoned me but didn’t ring my building doorbell. This meant I was charged double for delivery because she made me pay in cash extra before she gave me my chinese. Next time, ring the door!!! Not my phone. Delivery woman was quite rude and wouldn’t give me my food until I went back and found cash.

Ordered at 8 just got text saying won’t be here till after 10.15 this is a joke

Food has arrived 3hrs and 15mins after it was ordered, stone cold. Blaming the weather isn’t acceptable.

My order of just two items took around 2.5 hours to be delivered. Meant that I ended up eating extremely late

The prawn curry was best I’ve tasted, also chow main was cooked perfect, been my go to Chinese for a good while

2 and a half hours for delivery. The wee fella doing the delivery couldn’t be more apologetic, which is better than his employers. Was told on first call(30 mins after delivery time), it was in the drivers car, half an hour later, it was still in the take away. When called the second time, was told I hadn’t phoned before. It’s a shame the food was fine, and was hot, so obviously wasn’t with the driver all the time. Honesty goes a long way, and this place doesn’t have that.

Good and tasty food (the salt and chili chicken is really good!), portions are big (got some spring rolls for free) and arrived on time as specified on Uber eats. I was a bit hesitant on the arrival time since majority of the reviews were highlighting the poor delivery. Will definitely order again!

I have ordered here for years and have also been patient with the often late delivery times, but waiting almost 3 hours and still having no food isn't good enough. Add to that the person at the restaurant had no idea how to track the driver, no clue if and when I would eventually get my food and seemed not to care. I will not be ordering from here again and am now chasing a refund from Just Eat as the restaurant did nothing to help with this!?. Overall a total waste of time and energy

THE BEST CHINESE EVER. I always order from here, always warm, always fresh and tastes good, no hard and dry chips, no pasty curry. It's so GOOD. Hope they will always stay on top cuz I have yet to find a restaurant to top them. Slight update. I love this place and still do, but the time it takes to deliver is so so bad. Waiting over 2hrs for my food, not first time this has happened. And i am sad about it 3rd update. This place is officially finished. Food doesnt come. No contact nothing. Went from my fav place to the worst. Sad

Fantastic salt n peoper chicken, and chowmein is top tier as always. One of my favourites in Glasgow no doubt. Delivery time could be improved but other than that, a great chinese👍

Over 2 hours for a delivery, when you call to chase they tell you driver has just left and then call back 30 mins later and told the food is still waiting to be collected by driver. Couple of other reviews are saying the same thing and it seems to be a pattern. Won’t be surprised if the order doesn’t arrive as they close at 1030 and other reviewers say they just close and don’t bother delivering. Really disappointing as the food was initially good and we started ordering after seeing great tiktok reviews but the overall service and what you are receiving now is extremely lacking.

Marked order as delivered, hadn’t been delivered called twice, first time she said order was out for delivery, second time she said sorry order was still in shop. 2 hours 45 minutes since order, I drove down and demanded a refund. She handed me cash! Doesn’t help I had no food 3 hours later and by this time it was 10pm!!!! Made toast and went to my bed, I will never ever order from here again.

still waiting on the food it's now been an hour and 30 mins now , I've called the restaurant to only be told it's on its way I live 1 mile away , originally at 1900 estimated to be delivered for 1955-2015 it's now 2047 driver still not here , called restaurant several times to be told it's on way now it's been updated to 2105 this is abysmal your right, I live 1 mile from restaurant , according to the restaurant my foods been on its way since 2020 when i first called them.

What has happened to this place? I ordered last Friday night and my order came after 3+hours.Ordered again tonight and waited over 2 hours. The food was shocking, chips that hard they severely hurt my teeth. Watered-down Bbq sauce hard dry chicken.

I recently tried the Salt and Chilli Munch Box from Li Hao, a popular Chinese takeaway in Glasgow, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. Ordered at 9.30 nothing had arrived by 11 so went to bed called at 11.30 saying it was outside however i was asleep so never recieved order still waiting on refund

5/10. Seen a TikTok about this place and took a chance but not for me. Rice was mushy and one big clump, gravy wasn’t great. Very hard to find a good gravy tbh and was my main reason for ordering. Salt and chilli shredded chow mein was ok, big portion too I must say. Wouldn’t order again unfortunately

Food's ok but pick it up as delivery times are atrocious. (1hr 30 mins and counting) and you won't get an honest answer if you chase it up by phone. Will take your money but not too bothered about delivering the food.

Food from here is great! Always a delivery timescale of 45-60 minutes, but unfortunately it is consistently delivered much later than this, last night it took well over 2 hours and it was nearly 10pm by the time we got our food after ordering just after 7pm.

Been over 2 Hours, been marked delivered. Still not received order, called restaurant who claim machine is not working but order is being prepared and will be with me in 15 minutes. That time has well elapsed and still no food. Abysmal time

I placed an order at 4.30pm to be delivered at 6.15pm and it didn’t do at 7pm I called the shop to be simpler fobbed off blaming the lateness on the driver which is inaccurate. I asked to cancel the order and to refund my money which they refused. Very very poor service. This was the 2nd time I used them and the first time was equally as poor. No more. Good food less than terrible service.

I feel for the poor girl running the delivery up while some dude sits in the car. Meanwhile on a Thursday night it takes 1 and a half hours to deliver a small order. And your updates tell me it’s arrived before it does.

woman on the phone told me my order was sat ready waiting on a driver. this was over 45 minutes ago (an hour after ordering) and I am still sat waiting with the shop now unreachable and the order marked as delivered.

ordered at 8:55 was told food would be here by 9:55 didn't appear till 10:53 pm . food was col when arrived . I'm a regular of Li Hao but maybe that'll be changing

Great food swiftly delivered — thanks to chefs and driver. Bottle of coke was missing, but the driver kindly alerted me to the fact and presented options for a refund. Just Eat then promptly refunded me. Delivery came with bonus items (Salt and Pepper Chips and two bags of Prawn Crackers).
