Always buy our Chinese food from here now. Always lovely food and very plentiful. Always warm/hot and never had a bad one. Disappointing… ordered a much box this evening and purposely asked what was in it however it’s was essentially a box of chips… 3 small ribs, half a dozen pieces of popcorn chicken nothing else. No prawn toast… one very flat spring roll and 1 chicken ball. Do not recommend and will not be ordering again. Also delivered to the wrong address first too!

Great food, I haven’t had a Chinese that tasted so good in years. Service was good and food was ready really fast very very good would defo recommend, the munchie box for the win 👏👏

Great place, our favourite Chinese takeaway. Delivery is often a lot sooner than we're told. Never have a complaint with the food.

This went really downhill a few months ago, constantly getting orders wrong and over charging, but recently that's massively improved, food and service are both lovely. I cannot comment on delivery as I live locally and collect but use regularly again now

Be very careful. On the web, says closes at 11pm, but really, closes at 10:45. Pub opposite, not very good marketing….

Has to be the best Chinese we've found so far only take cash ATM ...and do deliver very quick pick up average meal for 3 people costs us about 24 pound .

First time trying this place and was very happy with the quality of food. Just like Chinese used to taste! Full of flavour, great price, and quick service. Can recommend the munchy box with a variety of Chinese starters, chips, rice and choice of sauce, two cans of pop. Free spring rolls or crackers for orders over £20. Will be my new Chinese takeaway going forward

First time ordering and definitely not the last one! The food is so so good, I suppose the chef is actually Chinese! Also the delivery was on time, the driver really nice and the lady who took my phone order as well! Well done to you guys, I will definitely recommend you further!

If I ever wanted a Chinese takeaway it was always Li Garden. Been going there for years. I’d noticed that th3 quality was dropping off a bit but still went. I overheard a couple of chaps in a pub saying what tremendous value and how good their Mushroom Omelette and Chips were, which reminded me about how much I used to enjoy this dish from a different establishment, years ago. So off I went and duly ordered and took away the MO and C. Not traditional Chinese I know, but I do like omelettes. (Still annoying how, in this day and age, Chinese takeaways only accept cash). Nothing to do with HMRC I suppose? How I wish I had hadn’t bothered. It was virtually inedible. An absolute mess. I did manage a little, and that made me ill. The rest I wouldn’t even feed to pigs. I, for one will never go there again, and I wish they’d stop posting menus through my letterbox. They go straight in the bin.

ordered the munch box , absolutely awful, every single thing was either ridiculously over done, extremely dry or ironically raw. had several of chicken bites be slightly raw or under cooked. the ribs had little to no meat on them. the only things to even say were positive about the much box was the chips, chicken balls and the cardboard box because it kept the food very hot, but when you have to talk about how good a box is to say something positive it's probably best to avoid in the future. an absolute waste of £19

Phone service terrible The woman kept trying to charge me for a delivery when I kept telling her I would collect. When I did collect she added 10p onto price which was more than on menu. I did question this and she said it was for the plastic takeaway bag the food was in. ???? I won’t be back

Worst Chinese food, very filthy tasting green and red curry. I had to through all food.

curry sauce was that thick it didn’t pure. The chicken fried rice was burnt, chicken balls was ok the sweat sour sauce was like water and I woke up in the night a threw it all up. The last time I have ever been sick was probably 10year+ as I never be sick normally I will never order there ever again

Just ordered for first time delivery to Broseley cost £18 and I ordered at 17:45 delivered piping hot by 18:10 and I must say one of the best Chinese takeaways I’ve tasted will be ordering again! 🤙🏻

Well what can I say, we were sign posted here as people were saying it has changed hands and was good. The food arrived it was luke warm, ok a delivery can be hit and miss with heat we will give the benefit of the doubt.. we proceed to dish up but the curry sauce is that thick we struggle to get out of the pot 🤮 We look at the goodies in the munchie box and think ok let’s give this a try, there was no flavour what so ever and the ribs has already been eaten I think as we just had the bones. This meal was overall disgusting!! I am not a fussy eater and I usually defend restaurants but if I throw it in the bin it’s bad!! DON’T DO IT! THE PLACE NEEDS TO SHUT!!

We phoned for a Chinese at li Gardens in dawley at 515pm.she said 45mins to a hour. 1hour and 30 mins later we phoned them where our Chinese not long now. So the driver turned up 5 mins later.my husband checked the food it was cold,told the driver to send it back. We found out the driver had been to broseley first then came to us in stirchley telford what a joke. My husband phoned them back oh we have had a rush on, but we know the Chinese had gone to broseley first then to us no way was the food going to be hot, bloody joke. Why send a Chinese order to broseley first when we only live in stirchley about 5 minutes away from li Gardens doesn't make sense to me. Something needs to change I think

From order to collection it took about 10 minutes for our order to be prepared which is ideal. Staff are always polite and friendly. The building doesn't look too appealing but the food is great. Food is well priced. Would recommend.

We had a munch box and was not nice spare ribs was just fat tbh the nicest thing in the box was probably the chips and for some strange reason only take cash So was lucky that my son had cash in him sorry for commenting on here but I wasn’t happy with the food and it was our first time

I have tried all the chinese take aways in the area and this is by far the best. The staff are friendly and welcoming, even when they are busy. The food is of good quality and by far the best tasting. The curry was the best i have had in a long time. I will be using this again as it is local. The only other chinese that comes near is the other end of Telford.

Vegetables were raw. House special chow mein served dry but menu states with sauce . Gravy was like water overpriced and undercooked rubbish wouldn't serve it to an animal . I have reported to environmental health as food made me very ill .

Just got 5 star food hygine certificate had food from ther tonight for the chicken to be off in the curry dirty chinese just fluked the five star rating still same chinese if could put a minus review i would

Another amazing meal tonight by Li gardens.. I had peking chilli shredded beef and young chow friend rice.. delicious the prawn toast was spot on..My Husband had a lovely special foo young and rice both very happy.we only use this Chinese as we’ve found it the best..so fresh,good qualityfood,fast service ,never had a problem… best by far 👍

Placed an order at 5.50pm on the 2/3/22, 40 mins we were advised for delivery. 2 hours later and after many unanswered calls to the restaurant I drive down to find the place closed. No courtesy call of course!!

Just had my first meal from this take away, 5 star rating was impressive, its a shame the food wasn't. Singapore chow mein, very dry, very bland and no spice, supposed to be very spicy and hot. Disappointing 😞

There was a time when the Singapore chow mean was so tasty and flavour some ,Now it has no flavour to the chow mean, & the chicken curry is worse its been watered down there is no flavour in the curry no more .the food has lost its flavour poor quality 👎

Very surprised quick service and quality food.

Food arrived Luke warm. The sweet & sour chicken balls were undercooked and soggy. The sweet & sour sauce was thin & runny and tasted of chemicals. The beef curry was disgusting the beef had no taste and the curry sauce like jelly. We also had spring rolls. Obviously taken out of the freezer but inside was watery. Will never order from here again.

Normally we have a very nice meal how ever had a meal tonight and the quality was poor, was delivered luke warm, after we'd waited an hour for it, rang up to complain to be told that he had to deliver 2 - 3 meals obviously we were last and we're only 4 minutes by car to get to. 😠😠

What can I say? It's my local Chinese. It's very disappointing that it's closed the fish and chip shop, which as Angelo's, at one time was the best for miles around. As a Chinese the food is fine and they are very quick to prepare it.

My daughter ordered food for the family got the order not what my daughter ordered as i was in the room re phoned them up as my partner had chips only and was told it was correct what i got, instead of them apologising and saying we made a mistake.

They got my order wrong and the food they got right was cold, waste of £26, never again:(

I had a four in one meal for a set price and it was lovely.

Just finished eating £55 worth of fantastic food from Li Garden. The five of us all had something different and it was all great. Not greasy like some other places. All fresh and very tasty. The lady who took our order was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Li Garden, we will be back.

Very good service. A large order delivered on time (7pm, ordered early) all food was hot and delicious. I can recommend the curry dishes, special chow mein, and the king prawn balls went down very well by all. We will all use Li Garden again:)

Under new ownership, the last owners made great food, judging by my food last night they’ll be massively missed. Great shame, I’ve been using this Chinese for years - but sadly won’t be again.

Wish I could leave minus stars, this place has recently been taken over by new owners so thought we would give it a try as it's just round the corner food was shocking I had salt&chilli chips which were rock hard enough to brake a tooth on my husband had chowmein which was also Un edible, it was slimy &had a strange bitter taste. We took food back&aftet a bit of a discussion with the English guy taking the orders (who told us that he was the only english speaking person there) we had a refund. Will never use this place ever again

We ordered various item, one of which was a special chow mein. The dish was nothing short of disgusting! Now I'm not a fussy eater and I normally enjoy trying house special chow meins from different restaurants just so I can appreciate the differences that an individual restaurants chef will build into their dish. This wasn't the case in this instance; the dish was extreamly greasy, the pork was gristley and the chicken was tough. There was a strange smell about the whole dish which led me to believe something in the dish wasn't as fresh as it could have been! The dish went into the bin, barely touched. The rest of our order was not too bad; the chips were nice and the curry was very tasty.
