Donner meat doesn't taste right. Didn't send some of order

The food was hot, the 2 boxes of chicken was lovely however the drumsticks was VERY VERY small

told us be ready for half past was stood in the shop nearly 20 minutes! when we got home all the strips snd nuggets are rock solid over cooked usually really enjoy here but this time awful

First time ordering from here, sadly it was really uncooked, almost wet pizza bases with no flavour despite having all the meats and chilli sauce. Really good chicken strips tho. not bothered about ordering again sorry!

The food was delivered by a really nice polite gentleman everything arrived nice and hot. Everyone enjoyed what the chose I especially enjoyed the cheesy garlic bread and the salad which was lovely and fresh plus nice and crispy thanks

90mins delivery time, I had to ring for an update. Restaurant reply was I will send out now. If I had not rang how long would the delivery have taken? Plus cold food

low quality ingredients, vat needs cleaning as you can taste the carbon build up in the chicken. chips are cheapest available. cheap food, low quality.

Food turned up late and cold. The driver had only set of 10 mins ago ( apparently) . We have not had issues with cold food previously. We couldn’t wait an extra 1 1/2 hours for replacement order. Will not be ordering from this food outlet again

We got garlic bread, kebabs, chicken and chips and burgers. The food on the whole was okay but 2/5 pieces of chicken were so overcooked and they were inedible. The rest was okay and for the price not to complain about.

Food was terrible, chicken strips were dry and burnt, pizza was just like a cheese and tomato pizza and not the spicy beef with extra cheese and beef that I had ordered. I placed my order at 7 pm and I live 2 minutes away, 9pm and I still hadn't received my order. The chefs are lazy and the drivers ain't much better. The shop used to be sound but now I would swerve it like the plague. I won't be using it again I know that much..

Food was fantastic. Delivery complete opposite. Ordered at 20 to 8 and didn't get food until half 9. Took 1 hour and 20 for the app to show being prepared but then went to delivery straight away. Thought it might just have been a glitch. 5 min later it says delivered enjoy your food. Had no food so went outside. Stood their for 5 min with no answer cause the phone was engaged. Got a call back after 5 min with the shop saying the driver is outside and had been waiting for and answer to the door. He wasn't, I could see him anywhere. Turns out he was knocking the wrong door but hadn't even bothered to phone me to ask but instead sat for 10 mins. 5 min later I finally get a call from the driver who when he appeared had the excuse of no signal yet was miraculously able to ring the shop and then me in the end. When I said well I hope it isn't cold, the only reply I got given was "don't make excuses". Luckily after being sat for 20 min it was still warm and the quality and taste was really great. Still. Enough of a headache to write about and really the delivery should be 1 star but given 2 because I don't want to drop the overall score down too far for how good the food taste

Ordered at 5:30, the delivery time was expected to be 7. Already a really long time to make one pizza, one garlic bread, and one portion of chips. They only live five minutes drive from me... I got it at 7:40. I will probably not be ordering delivery again.

Absolute disgrace. Didn’t bring all my order and then believed delivery driver over customer. Shocking customer service, was late also and then didn’t respond to missing order. Shambles! Avoid!

I live 5 mins away it took an hour and a half to arrive .it was cold , the chicken burger was tough and the majority of the food was cold .

The delivery driver did not read the instructions which were on the receipt! This mental he wasted time trying to get through a locked gate if he had taken the time to read the instructions which clearly said the gate was locked and to walk round the back of the house, he phoned up and we had to repeat the instructions. Everyone enjoyed their food thank you very much

chicken is so good from here the coating and size of the pieces are way better than kfc. 20 minutes late but food quality makes it worth the wait thanks. PS the tub of gravy is tiny for 6 chicken strips, only enough gravy for 1 of them.

The pizza was lovely, order came early which is always a bonus, the driver was polite, only problem I had was that I had to bin my curly Fries and onion rings because somehow when they arrived the 2 polystyrene trays they were in had melted and contaminated the food.

Loved the chicken breast in the wrap but the chicken in the burger was dry and not very nice. The chips were OK. The Kebab meat was OK taste wise but I do wonder how they got it so processed. Delivery was good and more or less on time. I'd order the chicken wrap again but not the chicken burger or kebab meat.

Have ordered quite a few times from LFC. But this time it was late and the food was warm rather than hot. Driver was a bit stroppy when he rang to say he couldn't find us.
