Awesome food would recommend highly myself and my son had a lunch and it as fantastic food and great service, from the welcome to the fond farewell 10/10

The food is very good. It's cooked and prepared well. The prices are high though. The restaurant is in a great location in the heart of the city; we went on a Friday evening, and the place was very busy. The debt machine wasn't working, so we had to run to an ATM to get cash.

I tried Turkish food for the first time ever, and I must say that the whole experience at Lezzet was the best decision. The customer service by Rez was excellent, he welcomed us with a smile and gave us complimentary starters and dessert at the end. He was super polite, guided the whole menu and gave us recommendations. The lamb kebabs were my favourite. Food, service by the whole staff and the ambience was a 10/10. Would definitely recommend!

We had a very good time at this Turkish restaurant. Rezzen made us feel truly welcomed. The food was authentic and delicious. Thanks to Rezzen our meal turned out a memorable experience.

Probé la comida turca por primera vez, y debo decir que toda la experiencia en Lezzet fue la mejor decisión. El servicio al cliente por Rez fue excelente, nos recibió con una sonrisa y nos dio entrantes y postre de cortesía al final. Él fue super educado, guió todo el menú y nos dio recomendaciones. Los kebabs de cordero eran mis favoritos. La comida, el servicio por todo el personal y el ambiente era un 10 / 10. Sin duda recomendaría!

Booked in for a meal last night for my fiancé's birthday..it was very busy with a lovely atmosphere. We were taken to our table upstairs and were quickly taken care of. The waiters and waitress were very welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious and I'm already looking forward to getting back there to try more.

Great Turkish restaurant in Cardiff! The staff and manager were really friendly and helpful. Even though I arrived at 3:20 PM after their usual lunch hours (which end at 3 PM) they kindly made an exception and let me order from the lunch menu, which is affordable. I had mercimek çorbası (lentil soup) and lamb kofta with Turkish rice and salad. Everything was delicious! As is traditional in Turkish cuisine, they also served pide and a slice of lemon. All the dishes were served hot and fresh.

Food here is exceptional. I have visited a couple of times when big events are on at the principality because of this the restaurant is very busy and loud however service is always great. Food doesn't take too long to come. Great location.

Really great experience. We had a mixture of hot and cold appetizers (delicious). I had the lamb kefka while my wife had a lamb stew (sorry, forgot to take a picture as everything was looking and smelling so wonderful). Overall a fantastic meal with great service.

Absolutely brilliant! The staff are excellent, as is the food. I cannot speak highly enough of Lezzet’s. It is quite noisy but that is due to it being a hugely popular place to eat with very good reason!

We had a fantastic dinner at this restaurant everything from the warm, welcoming service to the cozy, elegant atmosphere made the evening special. Chef BiLGE truly impressed us with dishes that were both beautifully presented and full of flavor. A perfect spot for a relaxing and memorable dining experience.

Beautiful food, friendly and helpful staff

1st time going here...can't wait to go back. Our waiter, Ali, was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all the menu items. Made recommendations on what to try, couldn't be more attentive. The chef was more than happy to make a change to the set menu due to allergies. Every course was fresh, well presented and full of flavour.

Even though we hadn't made a reservation and the place was pretty full, a table was made available for us. We can only say thank you for that, otherwise we would have missed the excellent food, the extremely friendly service and the great ambience. Everything was perfect, super tasty and also reasonably priced. We felt very comfortable here and can only warmly recommend the restaurant.

The food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend their vegan Yaprak Sarması as an appetizer — it has a pomegranate sauce on it and tastes great. For the main course, I had the lamb shank with mashed potatoes, while my husband tried the Güveç. Both dishes were excellent. The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable, and the service was prompt.

The food was great here but the service is what makes the experience! The waiters are so kind and attentive. We had complimentary bread, olives and hummus while we looked at the menu through the large variety of options! Will be returning soon 😊

Fabulous. Friendly and attentive, but definitely not obsequious. My bass was perfectly cooked and great value. Mixed kofta was great too. When we come back to Cardiff, we'll visit again.

We popped in today and wow!! the food is amazing the lamb shank my husband had was huge. I had princess chicken the creamy mushroom sauce was delicious with mashed potato and veg yummy!! we had complementary olives, hummus and bread. Well worth the money. Will definitely go again. Good service and friendly .

Amazing. Lovely atmosphere with great waiter service. Nothing was too much trouble. So polite and welcoming. Food was fabulous as were the cocktails. Never rushed and felt at home. A truly wonderful night out with friends. Cardiff is lucky to have you!

Don't think twice if you are in Cardiff and craving for Mediterranean food. Our host was Metin who looked after us really well. We had delicious dinner and a fantastic time. Can't wait to come back.

Very good Turkish food. Helpful staff in a casual friendly setting. We had the cold mixed Meze, vegetarian Moussaka, and the mixed grill. If you like meat you will enjoy the lamb ribs and chicken wings especially. We would reorder each of these.

Amazing service. We were accommodated short notice for a table of 9 on a Saturday night and they pulled out all the stops. Atmosphere was excellent and food gorgeous. Service about the best I’ve experienced for long time. Go here…you won’t be disappointed.

Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I asked for vegan options and although there were no many, I appreciated that they brought something alternative and they were clear what it was vegan and what not. I really enjoyed my vegan falafel dish and my partner enjoyed his dish. Only thing, the köfte was a bit spicy for the children and my daughter and son didn’t eat much of it so a less spicy köfte would have been better or a note to say a bit spicy. Great choices of mocktails!

Lovely meal this evening. Had one of the pides to start, then the mixed grill and an aubergine dish as mains. Were brought some olives and dip which was a nice added extra to get us going. The food was really tasty and well presented. Service was quick and friendly and the pieces very reasonable for the quality. Highly recommend :-)

Nice clean restaurant. Our server was Rezzan who did an excellent job with helping us out, we felt really welcomed. The lamb wasn’t chewy or stale and the rice was fluffy. Would 100% come back

Travelled from Bristol to this restaurant and it was worth it!! Starters was really nice had a nice cold and hot meze, then followed an amazing mix grill which was full of flavour, the service was amazing. Metin and bilge was very accommodating and made us feel welcome start to finish. Highly recommend to come with family and friends.

Last night had fantastic meals. I had a Sultan’s Feast which was delicious and the others enjoyed all their different meals. Atmosphere was brilliant, service excellent, everyone enjoying themselves. Will definitely come again. Recommended a large group on the table opposite to have The Sultan’s Feast. The evening made my Birthday even more special. At end of evening The Owner approached me shook my hand and wished me a Happy Birthday. Will recommend to all my friends and family.

Great food, will highly recommend. Been wanting to go since I spotted this place when I first came to Cardiff And the food didn't disappoint. Rez the host gave us great recommendations and we were happy with the experience. This place is in the city centre and walkable from all public modes of transport.

came for a lunch. was seated immediately seemed warm and friendly until he gave us the expensive set menu when there’s clearly a cheaper lunch menu found that odd? as a restaurant you should be giving customers both menus especially if there’s a lunch menu. clearly wanted to fool me and make more money. i ordered my food CLEARLY said chicken shish i get chicken kofte. ask the guy can we change i said shish keeps blaming me and saying no u said kofte couldn’t own up to his mistake and change my order i had not even touched it. any other restaurant would’ve changed and taken responsibility of being WRONG. appalling customer service if you cannot listen to your customers why are u in hospitality? the food was bland and wasn’t worth the money i spent my partners kofte looked raw lol. disgusting would never return many better restaurants on city road with MUCH better hospitality DO NOT GO HERE THEY CON U.

The best turkish restaurant i have ever been to. I ordered a mixed grill and the lamb was so tasty and juicy and authentic. Coming to the service, they are top notch i say. Very impressed by their kindness. Would love to visit again soon.

I have visited this restaurant twice since arriving in Cardiff, and it is one of the most delicious restaurants I have tried. The first time, I had the seafood kebab, grilled sea bass, and grilled vegetables. The second time, I ordered lentil soup and grilled salmon. The food was incredibly delicious—you don’t even need to add salt or any other seasoning. I highly recommend trying this restaurant. The atmosphere is wonderful, the service is excellent, the place is very clean, and the staff is extremely hospitable. As for me, I would gladly come back a third and even a tenth time! The prices are also very reasonable.

Went four lunch with three friends, we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals , good choice on lunch menu we all had starters and mains. The food was piping hot , well cooked, tasty and beautifully plated. The service was exceptional, we were not rushed , allowed to just chat and get on with it! Place was spotless and good atmosphere We were served by the tall, dark and handsome chap. Made our lunch even better!

What can I say other than an excellent place to eat. The staff were welcoming and friendly, The establishment is clean and tidy. The food is excellent and is well priced, as is the wine by the glass. What was unexpected was having a small bowl of olives and tortilla chips with a very nice tomato based dip placed on the table whilst waiting for our meals to come out. Don't see that in many restaurants unless you pay for it. Definitely a place to visit again.

service was very good, the manager of the waiters was not the best at serving though. Food wise, meat was tender, well seasoned but FOUND 2 medium (2inch) HAIRS on both my children plates, we did not want to comment then, because we were nearly finished. The side was simply unseasoned rice in butter, which was very dry even the sauces didn't help. Atmosphere was okey but quite noisy, if you are looking for a peaceful lunch, it is not the place for you.

Excellent in every respect. Owners kind and generous, staff fully trained, ever present . We had one of my best-ever evenings there.

Everything was great! From fresh breads right in front of your eyes till the whole platter of foods. It tasted as good as foods in Turkey. It was a bit noisy on a Friday night but still good for a restaurant. Well done to the staff who were caring. When they saw me with a child,they offered some chips, which cheered up my toddler, and everyone had a good family time.

Phenomenal Turkish cuisine. The main courses and appetizers are very good. I highly recommend it.

Terrible service, disrespectful waiters

My mum and I attended on a Friday evening. The waiters were so attentive throughout. For mains, we had the seafood lezzet way and the moussaka which were both delicious and we didn't have to wait long at all.

The best place in Cardiff! Fantastic food and service. We visited Cardiff only for two nights and we ate there twice. Definitely I am coming back!

We went for a team meeting in cardiff and booked to eat here after reading the reviews on trip advisor, well all I can say is the reviews were right it's absolutely stunning, I had the sarma beyti my friends had the mixed grill all of it was stunning and the waiters are so friendly and tentative

One of senior staff was so biased in his treatment of Customers. Our kunaffa was burnt and found pricy for the portions. Otherwise junior staff was very friendly.

Food was good, but cannot say the same for service. The place was almost completely empty when we arrived. I asked for a table on the first floor. The answer was no because it was not open etc. Shortly after a family arrived and given a table on the first floor. We were not allowed to use the toilettes on the first floor. There was also hair in the pizza so we returned it.

It was awesome! We ate the Lahmacun. I enjoyed the starters. I hadn't had Lahmacun in years so this was an excellent experience for me. I am glad I went here. The Turkish tea was one of my favourites! It was delicious!

I definitely do not recommend it. It was a terrible experience. It came with a green coloured lahmacun which was definitely not the same as Turkish style lahmacun and it cost £6.50 which is unbelievable

Wonderful lunch here. We always have a good meal here. We were really well looked after by the staff. A lovely welcoming place and a really buzzy atmosphere. Highly recommended can't wait to come back.

I’m Cardiff on a work trip and this was a lovely restaurant to visit. Lovely staff, delicious food. It was very popular for birthday celebrations the evening I was in. The food is extremely good value too. I highly recommend a visit to this restaurant.

The food is good but it doesn’t make up for the racist waiters. I would have loved to be served what I had ordered and I would have loved had the waiter not referred to every dish that was being served to me as “chicken tikka masala”. It would be a better place if that waiter is fired.

Passed by this restaurant and it caught my eye straight away and did not disappoint.. went for the mixed shish . Service was great
