Just ordered my food and everything including my hot chocolate is stone cold will not be ordering food from this McDonald’s again as a chef the temperature of the food is below service and customer satisfaction

I placed an order on dominos over 2 hours ago and still haven’t received it, it says it’s been delivered which it hasn’t, iv called dominos benfleet over 10 times and still no answer it’s now been delivered 2 hours later freezing cold with missing items and no one is answering or has contacted me
