Level Up in Sefton

Level up is a hidden gem and well worth a visit. It can be found at the Everlast gym on Ocean Plaza, however it is open to non members. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable about the vegan products they serve. The protein shakes taste amazing as are the cakes and raw bars. You can get a loyalty card and earn a free drink. I would highly recommend a visit

Excellent coffee supplied by Crosby coffee. Friendly and welcoming staff. I’m not a vegan by any means but the raw bars and cakes are so good. I often visit after training at the gym but you don’t have to be a member to call In. Can highly recommend a popping in for a coffee and a bite to eat.

Great plant based options, shakes smoothies and fantastic barista coffee… and it wouldn’t be a treat without a delicious piece of plant based carrot cake yummy. Danny the owner takes his passion seriously and is eager for you to share his food, The car park is free for up to 3 hours so you can have a bit of “ me “ time to enjoy the bar’s exciting and healthy options, if you have never tried the plant based alternative this is a great way to see what all the fuss is about. I guarantee it will change your opinion, the food is so tasty and healthy at the same time. Did I mention the cakes…walnut cake perfect with a barista coffee. Will definitely come back again…a hidden gem.

I popped in for a quick lunch. As a vegan, I was so happy to know that everything on offer was plant-based and organic! Had a bowl of yummy organic spiced lentil dahl soup with lightly toasted sour dough bread on the side and vegan butter. Would recommend a visit. You don't have to be a gym member to go to Level Up. It is tucked behind the reception area. A hidden little plant-based gem!

Great place. I had a coffee there this morning. You should see the cakes! The coconut yoghurt /chia and homemade granola is a filling snack. Hot soup is available most days. Dan who runs it is a great guy and committed vegan. Although this cafe is within Everlast Health Club at Ocean Plaza it is open to the public. Everything is Organic and Vegan which suits me!! I believe it is also on Deliveroo.
