Perfect Katsu and perfect sushi. Extremely quick service and the staff are all so pleasant. Perfect location for just before or after a theatre trip.

Great food, good prices. Enjoyed a good lunch here with the Chicken Katsu Curry Rice Bowl. Most meals cost between £7-£10 with a few being more, and some more snack like ones being less. Bento boxes are typically £10+ but they come with more. They have a refrigerated take out fridge for to-go meals. Staff were friendly, service was quick and polite, and the food came out delicious and warm. Really no complaints here, expect to spend around £9 pp for a main meal and drink.

We eat here every 3 months or sl. less. Usual value for money and we enjoyed the food, but very matter of fact, practical service today Eg waitress spilled a bit of tea as she put it down, I got up and fetched a tissue to wipe it up. It's the first time I've felt a brushed off here. Nice food, served quickly, lots of disposable plastic (I'd be so happy if this improved). Fair value, love the edamante beans. No chance of serving green tea in a tea-pot? Lack of green tea is actually the worst thing about it I think.

Service is exceptional!!! The staff asked if I needed a bag, I said I had my own... She bagged my order up in my own bag and put chopsticks and soy in Bento box on appearance and taste is very fresh and great The only downfall was the amount of lettuce used to bump up the empty space hence my 4*

Fantastic value,very helpful and knowledgeable with food intolerance’s (gluten free), the sashimi bento box with miso soup was excellent.

Great place to grab some sushi when your having a day in Sheffield. My favourites way to enjoy isn’t eating in its go walk round Sheffield get a coffee get some food then go to some entertainment like a film or comedy gig and have this in your bag for after such luxury is not often found

Very good salmon, rice is a bit hard and loose. Place is a bit crowded

Food is delicious and prices are fair. Curry rice bowls are tasty and filling. Sushi is delicious and fresh.

I came here with a friend of mine and his family. I ordered Salmon Teriyaki with rice. It was nice meal. It cost me 8 pounds. The salmon is delicious just the rice is just too much for me so I took it away to home. The waitress are kind and helpful as I asked her to take pics of us and she did it. I like the interior of the restaurant it feels so Japanese, just the space is quiet narrow, it is not spacious enough for many people to dine in.

I am not happy writing this, but, feel like it's worth mentioning. The place has a huge potential, but at it's present state, definitely not worth the price and food quality. Service is not at all good. Hoping for a better service next time around. Best wishes.

Ordered on Uber eats, probably the worst food I could have ever had, my pork looked like it came straight from the set of alien, I’m sure I’ve seen the chicken on Aldi shelves too, not an atom of flavour, never again

Delicious sushi and plenty of options. Nearly always a queue for the hot food which is filling and delicious. Great spot and decent price for sushi/Japanese

I ordered the tofu katsu curry which was delicious. The katsu sauce was authentic and very tasty, as was the puffed tofu and rice. My partner had the pork noodle soup which lacked depth and flavour but was very spicy. Overall a good meal for the price. I've also had the sushi from here previously which was really good!

Quick bite to eat, great taste and good choice with reasonable prices

Overall we are not happy from our visit. First we found a hair in one of the ready made shushi boxes. When we got our beef ramen it turned out that the beef itself was hard, rubbery and full of fat. We couldn’t eat it. We got the plastic spoon that was useless. The tables could been cleaner as well. There is no bathroom inside as well. Very poor ramen experience.

Always really good food at the venue or via delivery (and we’ve ordered from there a lot). We ❤️ the salmon katsu. Good customer service on the odd occasion we’ve had an Uber Eats hiccup.

Oofffff let's not do that again. Maybe a bad day but the rice bowl was nuked so really dry and miserable. Hopeful about the sushi rainbow set but such wet rice, soggy nori and salmon slimy. Just felt really gummy so left it.

Sushi was alright, but the ramen was the worst I've ever had. Felt like an instant noodle with some added ingredients. Broth was watery with no flavour.

Great little spot to eat has a wide range of hot and cold a must go if u love the style of food as it isnt too pricey and tastes delicious

Definitely a great place for an evening Japanese food. Their sushi, curry's and Chicken wings! Delicious!! All beautiful presented and friendly staff! We also had it in Uber Eats and no disappointment! All came warm and in a well organised paper bag! I can't get enough of it and I would be clicking away for next evening party food!

Great place with a great atmosphere. Food is always fantastic and good for your money. Onky reason im knocking a star off is that theres no disabled access so we can't eat in anymore which is a shame. If they had a little ramp id give them star the back.

Love sushi, and let's sushi is my go-to place for quality, quantity, and pricing, but when ordering for collection the service here wasn't relatively up to standard for me: it was slow, there were no take-out boxes available at all, and the place wasn't kept clean in the seating areas.

The experience was fabulous. From the outside looks like a little corner street restaurant. As you go in the decorations are genuily asian even with some "hello kitty" deco. (For the ones growing up with this character, would allow me to say, that it reminded me of my childhood). We had our lunch in infront of the window, where we enjoyed our amazing Ramens (chicken and meat) whilst learning about the culture and environment of the view. The quality and quantity of the portions are terrific! The taste, truly asian. If you are looking for a budget meal being very hungry craving asian flavors, certainly this is where you should go! Totally recommended.

My favourite dining spot with Japanese cuisine in Sheffield with decent prices and great food (especially their Ramen is awesome!). I've already tried a variety of dishes - Tonkotsu Ramen, Chashu Ramen, Shoyu Ramen, Katsudon, Chicken Katsu Curry, Takoyaki, etc. and most of their sushi sets. All were delicious!

Better not come into this shop if you are big eater, go to the shop with the same name in Sheffield, is a formal restaurant and serve much much better in both quality and quantity.

Excellent Service and great food at generous portions and very reasonable prices. We ordered food to take out and enjoyed a super fast service.

The food to price ratio is decent! You definitely get good quality food for the price you pay. Only downside is that the seating isnt great. Recently however though, when you eat in they serve the food in their takeaway boxes with plastic cutlery, which is a bummer as the experience isn't as good, but the good itself is still wonderful.

Terrrible, ordered Pork Katsu curry for collection. Went to collect it and got home asap to eat it warm in the pouring rain. When I reached home, my katsu curry didn't have any katsu sauce in it and just the pork and rice. It was so dry and hard to eat, called the store and told them about it. Instead of offering me any help or alternative. They just said I am sorry like?? Okay I came and collected food from you in pouring rainy day and you missed out the stuff. Offer me something for this, ruined my dinner and my time. Unprofessional staff and not a great first experience.

Ordered pork Katsu curry rice and some sushi for collection. Went back home and I didn't have any katsu sauce. Called the restaurant to and told them about it. All they said was sorry about that and not even try to advise any alternative. Not happy and I don't want to go out in the rain again to grab katsu sauce which was missed out. Ruined my dinner.

Always on point, really great food. I would particularly recommend the Katsu Chicken. Very reasonably priced too.

Not super happy with the experience buying here. We ordered straight from the website and indicated 'up to 2 hours' for delivery. After an hour we called and the lady said that was 2 hours delivery... if so they should remove the "up to". The meal arrived after 2 hours and 5 minutes. The seafood noodle dish was nice but literally had 1 tiny prawn, half fish stick and 1 mussel... for £9 you could add something else to call it seafood dish. The sushi really good, fresh however there was no soy sauce, no joysticks... that should have been there and mostly having waited 2.05 hours. Although the sushi was nice I have no intention in ordering ever again here.

Hidden gem in Sheffield. Amazing fresh food at good prices, in a cozy atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit.
