Ordered a takeaway iced latte, took so long to make and they gave me a horrible tasting really small one for 6.4 poundsss!!! I actually felt robbeddd!!!

Had an amazing experience at Leto! Huge thanks to Linda for being incredibly sweet, welcoming, and for putting a smile on our faces. The cake was the best I’ve had so far absolutely loved the aesthetics and how beautifully each cake is presented.

It's expensive, but the desserts are delicious! The atmosphere is a bit tacky, but it has its own charm.

Everything is consistently good in terms of quality and service. We were visiting for a week and ate breakfast here everyday. Sara was so friendly and helpful along with the rest of the staff! Kudos for a job well done!

The hype is real, Alia was not lying. Hands down one of the best desserts i have ever tried. The saffron milk cake just melts in your mouth.

Delicious! They have a wide variety of cakes, desserts and sponges which are one better than the other. They look great and they taste better! 🤓 A bit overpriced - if you are planning to take also some drinks you leave spending at least £20. The service is not very attentive, you have to make yourself noticeable. Nice atmosphere, a bit too loud when busy. Overall nice experience, if you haven’t yet, you definitely have to try one of their masterpiece cakes!

We loved this spot! Our Server Linda was a sweetheart. My daughters loved the deserts! They were fabulous! I had fresh squeezed juice! Amazing.

Linda was our server and she was amazing, so friendly and helpful. If I could I’d rate the service 6/5 stars. The food was delicious, she recommended the carrot cake and it was the best carrot cake I have ever had. The atmosphere was lovely and I’ll definitely come back again.

Never offered me sugar or anything for my coffee, drink was in a wrong cup with out handle and it was hot. Food was a 7/10. It was from coco and mango, coco never appeared and mango was so artificial. It looks awesome from outside. But it’s just another normal coffee place

We almost walked past but saw the amazing range of desserts in the window and popped in without a reservation. Staff were all very welcoming and gave great service. The waiter served us and others around us with grace and kind manner despite how busy he was.

Was my first time at L’Eto and I enjoyed the atmosphere and the experience. The carrot cake was delicious, and not too sweet and the drinks beautifully presented. Linda who served our table was friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome.

Very unhelpful service from Piandla. Asked for a small cup/espresso size of cold oat milk. Was brought a coffee creamer pot of oat milk. Asked for a small cup in order to drink it. Was then brought a huge glass of hot oat milk. I then asked again for a small cup of cold oat milk. Was then brought a huge glass of cold oat milk. By then we wanted to pay the bill and leave. I was charged £5.90 for the oat milk. I complained that all we wanted was a tiny cup and why waste all that oat milk. It was not drunk and she would not remove it from the bill when we complained. Surely they have baby cinco size cups that they could sell for less than £5.90. She insisted that was all they could sell, and what a waste of oat milk and a waste of money for us. Very unhelpful server.

I went there with my friends and they were sooo friendly specially Sara. She is so kind and funny ! :D Definitely will come back again.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Not only was the service extremely slow, but I also experienced a distressing incident of attempted theft between 2:30–3:00 pm while dining in the café. We were seated in the middle of the room, with two men at the table next to us. Due to the slow service, there were no staff members nearby. At one point, I felt someone open my handbag, which was leaning on the back of my sofa chair. I quickly checked and realised my wallet was missing — only to find it concealed behind the jacket of the man next to me(on the same sofa bench). I was shaken and, out of fear, chose not to escalate the situation or call the police. The two men left the café immediately afterward. Now that I’ve had time to process what happened, I regret not reporting it to the authorities. I’m also concerned whether these individuals were acting alone or as part of a group. I want to warn other diners to be extremely cautious: keep your bags on your lap or in plain view, and be aware that this place appears to be understaffed, which may make it more vulnerable to incidents like this. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this café to anyone.

I had the Vanilla Milk Cake here, and it was absolutely divine! Perfectly soft, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness—every bite was a delight. The café itself has such a warm and inviting atmosphere, with beautiful interiors that make you want to stay longer. On top of that, the service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a cozy spot with delicious desserts!

Had lunch with a friend on Sunday. Service was ok but not the best as it was pretty busy. The cakes look amazing but the taste is a bit disappointing. The tiramisu was liquid as the cream is so milky that it just all over the plate, the oreo cake had cherries in it ,no taste whatsoever of oreo. We ordered pancakes and a massive one came ,burnt that had a bit of a cheesy taste. So not quite impressed with the food and the service.

Even though cakes are decent, it's overpriced and cheats customer by forcing 13% service charges without their knowledge in the bill directly as optional. They don't even tell the customer they are charging more. Ridiculous and it's a crime.

L'ETO Caffe is an amazing place with cozy atmosphere and eye-catching pastry displays. The cafe has frequently earning praise from guests who are often captivated by the window showcase. I had gone there with my wife specifically to taste Alia Bhat fame pastry and we encountered a prompt and amiable interactions with the staff. And I must say it was a wonderful experience, both as far as the taste and the service are concerned. The cakes and pastries are visually stunning. Daily changing large selection of house-made cakes and desserts. The cafe offers eat-in and take-away, as well some custom orders for cakes! The cafe is located very close to Harrods Must visit once

We found it by chance and were thrilled! Linda's service was fantastic, and the cakes were amazing. Each cake cost £10, but it was worth it. The atmosphere in the restaurant was wonderful and beautifully decorated.

Had a lovely experience at L'eto, excellent blueberry matcha and rich chocolate fudge cake but the cherry on top was Bell. He was so warm and friendly and made sure I got my order quickly! Will definitely visit L'eto at Soho again for the delicious desserts and Bell!

More than the food I would simply go for the people who work here! Was filming for a commercial nextdoor and L’eto and their staff were a fab host! Major shouts to Nishi, Pranav & Roza who made sure the crew was well looked after and served everyone with a big smile! Have had their cakes in the past but the Mango. Cake was a new find and devoured it! For brekkie we got Halloumi Bagels: ok. Pasta for lunch- good The coffee and the cakes were a chef’s kiss. So would recommend to definitely drop by for that! But more cheers to the team. It is amazing to see people so passionate about their work and can make a ok food 10 times better!!!!

I recently visited Cafe Leto and was genuinely impressed. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, making it a perfect spot for both working and relaxing. I ordered a cappuccino and a slice of their homemade carrot cake—both were outstanding. The coffee was smooth and well-balanced, and the cake was moist with just the right amount of spice. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The staff seemed passionate about their craft, and it really showed in both the drinks and the ambiance. Prices were reasonable, especially for the quality. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, stylish cafe with great coffee and baked goods. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Only in London for a visit and came here under a friend's suggestion. I was not disappointed, everything here was amazing. I had the snickers cake and a strawberry milkshake, very filling and delicious, definitely worth the price.
