Wow!!!! Really loved the milk cake (plain and safferon). A must try

I have had milkcake and man.. I wasn’t expecting it that good.. their tiramisu as well was delicious

The service was very bad, the quality is not as it used to be. Very disapointed. I not going back anymore whereas I used to take my friends there each time they come to visit london.

when walking past and seeing a cornucopia of choices in cakes and desserts, we went in spontaneously and thankfully didn’t need to book a table which is always good to know, then again- we could’ve just been lucky. service was sweet and quick, cute atmosphere, the portions were good, the tea selection was fun to choose from, though the tart was a-bit on drier side, the slice of cake was moist. If you want something refreshing and fruity do try the lingonberry and mint tea.

Nice place for something sweet and coffee. However coffee wasn’t so good not strong enough for me. Was a bit watery. The cakes were nice 👍🏼 😊

A beautiful unexpected find with really plesant staff and the best traditional breakfast I have ever tasted. My mother and I wre visiting and must commend the watier Sasha for his incredible service, smile and attentiveness. Highly recommend

Very busy cafe with everything out in the open right by the entrance where people go in/out/wait, coughing, sneezing, breathing over everything. Shame as otherwise the cakes are good.

Cake was great, the tea was just weak tea in a pot with no teabag or tea leaves so I asked for it to be changed which took forever and they seemed to be very confused over it. Then I got a pot of tea which was a bit stronger - still no tea bag or leaves in the pot. They pre-charged a service fee and then said it’s optional (but they already charged it) which is very sneaky - nobody is really going to say “remove the optional service fee you have charged” So the cake, cup of tea (with no sweetener as they don’t have it) and OPTIONAL service charge was 16.75 pounds. Most expensive tea I’ve ever had at 6 pounds! Won’t be going back

Thanks to Muhammed for helping us pick our desserts, he suggested the best of the best. Pistachio cheesecake was heavenly, honey cake was not too sweet but sweet enough. Lastly, that strawberry cheesecake was just a melt in our mouth. We will definitely be back soon!

This spot is a dessert lover's dream! There are so many cakes to choose from, it’s almost overwhelming (in a good way). The staff were cordial and made the experience even better. Overall, a really nice place to grab a quick dessert.

One of the most delicious cafes in Piccadilly. I went to it 3 times in one week. Their dessert is delicious, very delicious.

Marketing masters. Beautiful and well-displayed cakes on the window are just begging to be eaten. The cake and Matcha were beautifully presented. I recommend the pistachio cake! The cheesecake is difficult to eat because it has a hard casing. I subtract one star for the prices - after all, the taste, quality and overall impression do not justify such high prices

Wow, they have the most delicious milk cake, and they also have chocolate and caramel cake, awesome, awesome, awesome, bitter, yummy, two of the most delicious types you should get.

Cakes are just average doesnt worth the hype

Coffee is just awful and the service slow, the local just too busy and noisy. We waited for a cake 30 minutes and never came. There are much better cafes in London with better coffee and cakes.

A tea room with an attractive front displaying multiple pastries that are both pretty and delicious. It's impossible to resist, especially since the room is spacious and invites you to take a very comfortable snack break with its rows of sofas with cushions. The concept: you go to the display where the different pastries are displayed to make your choice, then you return to your table to choose your drink from the menu card. It's excellent; the pastries keep all their visual promises. The only downside: it’s still quite expensive! A pastry + 1 drink for 4 people: allow more than £60!

All truly amazing, delicious and beautiful desserts that will enchant you. The place consists of two rooms, one of which is in the basement. In this restaurant you can eat both savory and sweet. I recommend taking a pleasant break while walking to enjoy a nice dessert while drinking an infusion (mine was peach, pomegranate, mint). The music and the very kind staff help to create a relaxing experience. The prices are a little high but worth it. the experience in the end is in Soho

Came to have drinks and desserts for a birthday. Waited 30 minutes for a tea, repeated it to several waiters. Then received it much later when we asked for the bill, told it was complimentary by a waitor but the manager rescinded the offer and the teapot was taken away. Very bizarre experience. So disappointed.

I was always fan of L’eto cakes but this time it has really disappointed me! I have ordered take away Saffron milk cake & apparently when I tried it at home it didn’t even taste really fresh probably it was kept for few days in fridge & they have offered us an expired one.

Whoever owns or manages this establishment, can you please cover the cakes that are displayed on the counter. I wanted a slice of honey cake, but a slice from the middle simply because the ones displayed were not covered and customers spoke over them. It is not hygienic to have them displayed in this fashion. I didn't buy the honey cake because the assistant told me he was not allowed to take a slice from the middle of the cake. I went elsewhere for my dessert.

The place is very nice and the pastries are very attractive, ideal for couples. However, the sweets did not surprise me in the way I expected. The staff is good and the bathrooms are excellent and very clean.

L’eto has amazing food with amazing service. I had the best bagel ever. Can’t go wrong with any item on the menu.

Service is good, atmosphere is really nice but cakes are extremely overrated. Cakes are beautiful but don’t taste anything except sugar ! Cakes in french supermarket taste better. Also price is ridiculously high (£8.90 a cake). You pay for the atmosphere and the branding.

We really like that place with my friend. We order: salad, two cocktails, one iced Spanish latte and two desserts. So, they have many desserts and we don’t even know what to order, but waiter give us some great recommendations, and we choose one dessert with pistachio and rose and another one baileys cheesecake ( all of them was delicious but pistachio was much better). Salad was yummy and cocktails was really amazing 🤩 Spanish latte was amazing. We definitely gonna come back again.

It used to be a nice place to go for tea and cake with friends, now it is a place where you can only approach with excessive patience. Food is still good and that's the reason for 2 stars.. But last couple of times I visited the place the service was horrendous - not only waited 25 mins to be served without place being very busy, but had to argue with 3 staff members to serve me the bill as I asked 3 times and waited over 30 mins.. first time in my life I was ready to leave without paying! My friend was equally disappointed. Such shame..

I visited L’ETO cafe on 10th of August. Cake was so delicious and all staff were really friendly and made my Friend’s birthday special. I would say Ijaz is the valuable asset of the business. He was very knowledgeable about all food in menu, cake and drinks. Because of him we had great experience there. I will visit this cafe again and again.

A heaven of desserts. Pistachio rose was to die for. We went to eat 2 desserts but ate 5 cause this wonderful boy serving us called Kuldip kept recommending with enticing details. I left my mobile there and when I was searching after 10 mins Kuldip was waiting with it in his hand.So honest & hardworking. A pleasure to go there. Keep it up Leto

Very disappointing visit, we heard a lot about this place, Myself with my friend on holiday & visited this place, we ordered 2 Saffron Dulce Leche, after 10 minutes staff came & said only 1 available, then no we don't have option to go 1 different, after 1 minute next table was occupied with customers & they are serving back saffron again, so bad, totally disappointing on this service, later I asked staff y did you do this, he replied I didn't check back that is available front, & late Very terrible customer service, no check-back, no greeting, no acknowledgement for customer, delay in service, they don't care about customer orders. Waste of time and money. & Service Charge too again on the top.

After a mouth-watering view through the shop window, we decided to go in and try their apple crumble. A complete disappointment. Not worth its price.

We visited the L’eto cafe two weeks back and were absolutely amazed by the quality of food and the phenomenal service. The staff there definitely deserve more than 5 stars - I specifically want to thank the cafe manager, Mohammad and our server, Aishwarya. Both of them were the friendliest Staff we have come across - they knew their stuff well. I never write reviews but, their service forced me to write one and it took me two weeks as due to a system glitch, my review wasn’t being accepted. Thank you Mohammad and Aishwarya, you both are an absolute asset to L’eto. Their famous and most viral milk cakes are to die for and their sour dough bread - never eaten one so fresh! Must go place, highly recommend!

Worst service ever. Waitor took my time for granted. Took him atleast 40 mins to grab me a bill which he wasnt able to comprehend.Insane .Dont be sorry if you are not.People these days just apologise for the sake of putting that phrase in a sentence rather than mean it.

The cakes are okay, but more show and shine. We have to wait a very long time to be served. However, one waitress was very friendly and accommodating.

We were enticed by the amazing looking cakes and were not disappointed. My mum and I were looking for a treat for brunch and both had delicious halloumi bagels, Americanos and a lemon meringue pie. The staff were very accommodating, the setting is so relaxing and calm and we really enjoyed our experience.

Was craving desserts whilst out in London and saw the beautiful display of cakes in the window. The servers were amazing and very friendly. Bel Hassan suggested the pistachio milk cake and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere is great for all occasions. Certainly would come again! :)

Having been to the L'ETO in Nottingham Hill Gate for a takeaway picnic, we had great expectations. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed with the taste of the cakes we tried, especially for the price. Big portions and nice Flat White coffee. It gets really busy which can mean long waits once ordered. Staff were all really friendly and helpful.

Great service, a special shout out to Shafie and Anastasia for making sure my needs were constantly met! Even, the newcomer Ahmed, who literally joined the day I was visting priotised the customer experience above all else! Will deffo recommend! Maybe a bit noisy, but that was because of the crowd - seems to be a popular place!

Been back here at least 4 times this year alone and it’s worth the hype it gets. Each time I’ve brought a friend who was visiting me and they were impressed with the desserts selection - one of them is a professionally trained pastry chef too and quite picky with desserts! The dulce de lèche (all three variations) are a must have, and their coffees are a perfect blend - the Spanish latte aesthetic is impressive (sadly no picture!) and the brunch options are equally great. My only gripe is that they serve their hot latte in these earthenware cups which aren’t very practical to hold (no handles). L’eto is a bit on the pricier side, so it would be ideal for an indulgent experience now and then. The hospitality can be a bit of a hit and a miss; servers are usually quite busy rushing around and may forget requests - one time we’d gotten our brunch and waited 30 mins (and ask several different servers a few times times) to bring us tableware - it was v busy at that time. Overall though, the servers are quite friendly and welcoming, and I’d definitely come back here several times more when I’m feeling ‘indulgent’.
