I recently had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Leon, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. The restaurant offers a cozy and welcoming ambiance, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family

Delicious organic food 🤤 Korean Chicken wrap, Peanut Satay Chicken and Thai Green Curry are my favourite. I can also recommend Latte with Vanilla or Carmel flavour.

We found this place to be really good. The halloumi and avocado muffin was really nice in comparison to most station food. And the service was really good.

I always had an expectation for the peanut satay and it really was awesome

I prefer not to give poor reviews but I doubt I have had food and service this bad, the chicken sandwich was ready and in the bag 5 minutes before the rest of the meal. 4 staff stood chatting while the potato waffles cooked and the chicken got cold. The meal with a coffee was £17 and well over priced for what it was (a cold chicken sandwich and waffles) . I tried to go natural but this was a major advertisement to leave the trendy natural foods behind and just go to McDonalds - sorry

Served a half full rice box, should have listened to the reviews. Customer service is absolutely the worst, as the reviews. Food isn't good, half cooked or cold. This space could be useful for a better chain, with better people.

Just wanted to thank the restaurant for their kindness in providing a hot drink whilst we were collecting for a charity. Was really appreciated.

Ahhh Leon this was a disappointing visit. I love Leon because you make great veggie food. I ordered a veggie breakfast at the online kiosk but it wasn’t showing the green juice… which I saw in the fridge so went to the till… there I was told you were out of the veggie box… so I changed to green shakshuka… which I was told you were out of so that’s why you couldn’t do rhe veggie box… so I asked if I could get the red shakshuka with a side of halloumi… I was told no… so I ordered the chocolate porridge showing above the counter… I was told you didn’t stock that… so I ordered the turmeric yoghurt… the same again… nope… then a hot chocolate… nope 🙈 I finally bought a piece of cake and green juice… then as I was leaving realising how disappointed I was I asked if they could do the veggie box without green shakshuka or substituting it with something else to which the server said “why didn’t I think of that?” And went and asked the kitchen. He came back to say he could do it without shakshuka. I asked if he could give me a discount based on all of that… he said, “I don’t think I am allowed” (he didn’t go and ask anyone)… this experience will stay with me as a reason to get breakfast somewhere else, despite the nice ingredients 🙈

Absolutely unacceptable behaviour from the man at the front! Looked like an asian man he was very rude to the other team members and customers also. Why hire people that dont want to be there or even serve customer with atleast a smile. He was rude to the other staff shouting infront of customer!! Leon fix up.

0/5 approx 7pm 30/10/23 Staff member needs allergies training! Having enquired if the jerk chicken wrap contained Soya, staff member looked back with a vague expression. So asked again, the she half heartedly passed a book and glanced and said no soya. Food came, went to sit down in the station, had a look at the ingredients and they was SOYA highlighted. Took it back to complained and she said oh I only thought you couldn't have SOYA in the bread. Ffs. So it's ok then for me to eat it in the chicken. Common sense might have helped ie I can't have SOYA. This person will end up killing someone! Not impressed at all.

Appalling service and food. I ordered a breakfast bacon and egg sandwich. What i got was a rude person serving, dressed in jeans and a t shirt (no badge or uniform), and a luke warm meal. When i went back to the counter and advised i would like the meal to be hot (as it should be), the staff member turned it back on me and shouted at the kitchen for my order to be done again. No apology or resemblance of customer service. I actually walked out without eating as i was so disgusted. With attitude of the staff and the lack lustre food, i guess this is another retail chain about to to close their doors?

Ok food, ruined by rude staff at this particular branch. Refused to serve me in order to continue standing and doing nothing ("it will be quicker if you use the machine"). Also - how is it acceptable to display a sign saying "sorry we don't have more staff, we wish we did". Well maybe it you paid people properly, then they would want to work for you, have you thought about that?

On Tuesday 13/12/2022 17:30 during the train strikes I went in to ask for directions and the staff member was very rude as she didn’t even greet me on purpose. I had to greet her instead.

Visited on Sunday morning at 8.30. I was pleased to see there was a Leon as I regularly visit their stores in London. There were no other customers and the chap behind the counter was filling in some paperwork. He glanced up, saw us and immediately returned to his paperwork without even acknowledging us. We waited but continued to be completely ignored. We said we’ll go somewhere else and as we left he spoke for the first time to say something which we didn’t quite catch but certainly wasn’t friendly! Can’t comment on the food/coffee as we didn’t get any until we went to Pret where we served by friendly staff despite it being busy.

Went for an interview and was told the manager was out on an important business meeting and that it would be rearranged. No one called to apologise or rearrange. The place is unprofessional and run by girls. Update Aug 2023 - no one ever got back to me.

Was given the wrong salad and the chicken was pink.

After being recommended this place by so many people, I came here to try this and wow! It was absolutely amazing. The service was really good, the food was ready really quickly and the staff were really friendly! However it is a bit pricey so not something I'd get often.

Quite possibly the worst coffee I have ever tasted! Tasted like the machine hadn't been cleaned in a long time! When I took my coffee back, the staff offered to make me another to which I declined and politely asked for a refund. I was told that they don't give refunds. Shocking customer service, bad counter staff, very poor coffee. Avoid!

£11.69 for a chicken burger and fries. I know nothing about the provenance of the food but how do they charge this for a piece of chicken thigh meat? The fries are baked, and arrived soft and steamed. The burger was quite tasty but overall, will never choose Leon again. No wonder the place was deserted!

After reviewing the menu for Gluten free items I wanted to try breakfast here I saw that you do a Gluten free sausage and egg muffin. I bought it checked the label and saw it has Gluten. The cookies are nice

was served the wrong thing (didn’t have time to say anything bc i was in a rush) after ordering AT THE KIOSK AND IN PERSON paid extra for a vanilla shot and the coffee definitely does not have an extra vanilla shot it was completely dead, yet the server was acting like they were packed, she had an attitude towards me when all i said was “hi can i have an iced vanilla matcha latte please? thank you!” - i received a normal iced latte with no vanilla.

Exceedingly bang average considering how it costs

Delicious food-freshly made by amazing team! I eat here very often and I must say its one of my fav places on the go! GFC and chicken burger are my favourite dishes. Their coffee is absolutely fantastic - very strong with chocolate notes to it!

Food is okay... But just okay. Very overpriced for what it is. Can't recommend that anyone go here in good conscience. I'd pick maccies first any day.

I haven't been to Leon before, but wanted to give it a try. The food was very nice but took quite a while to come (20 minutes+), so not really fast food and certainly not great if you are in a rush. We were also asked if we wanted to give feedback and all the ratings had already been entered for us as 5 stars! I felt this was very dishonest and reinforced to us that the staff do not really care about customers. I probably wouldn't have food here again.

Absolutely shocking. Had Egg and sausage muffin. Nothing was cooked to order it was all precooked and warmed through so everything was dry. It was like eating loft insulation. I won't be returning.

It just seems a bit lazy. I get food from Leon often and love the flavours and dishes they offer but this has to be one of the worst I’ve visited. The staff don’t seem to care very much about the food they are putting together you’ll often get just a quarter of a tomato slapped half way on your burger or a bean and rice box that looks like it has been in the warmer for days. It is always presented with here is your food now go away attitude. I don’t know if this is just a bad example a franchise or just bad management. It is a shame because this is one of the only chains doing vegan representation and the experience is poor from this outlet. The Leon menu is great. This place is not.

Loved everything about it. Staff really friendly and pleasant and it's obvious they try hard to deliver something a little different. For breakfast I had the Halloumi Breakfast Box and also tried a couple of their breakfast pots which were the Full English Pot and the Green Shakshuka & Halloumi Pot, (they really do like Halloumi here!) Everything was great, pleasantly presented and you could taste all the individual items which suggests good quality to me. As I'm greedy I also bought a double chocolate cookie, iced latte and a clean green smoothie to go. I'm looking forward to a return visit when I'm back at the station next week.

I had a coconut latte and vegan porridge with banana and cinnamon and it was great. Totally recommended for s vegan breakfast at Leeds.

Amazing The food is amazing to start with amazing flavours. Then on top of that there's gluten free and vegan option absolutely amazing. The sausage and egg breakfast muffin is beautiful and flavourful. Plus with it been in a train station very quick service

Bacon Egg Muffin ditch the Spinach. And a cup of Earl Grey. Just what was needed before a long train journey. Amiable staff, nice and polite good manners are in short supply in some other brands. Was well impressed, would definitely use again and feed the kids out of here.

First time I have seen or tried Leon. Won't ever go back, seriously overpriced, small portions, the coffee was the worst thing I ever drank 25 pounds for 2 small meals and 2 coffees that taste of sewage. Staff was ignorant too, I'd give less than a star if Google would let me. Save your money and time skip the place and let it go out of business so something else can fill the spot. Thank you, goodnight. Oh also the "fries" are little waffles and you can buy better ones from aldi.

Had a great time. Tasty food- a little over priced for the amount of drink I got. Lovely staff who cleaned the tables so well and were friendly.

Don’t get it. Wanted breakfast, saw this place was new so we tried it. Claims to be all singing all dancing, but basically got an average coffee, fried eggs that had been kept warm and yolks were solid. 1 piece of bacon, that wasn’t great, 1 average sausage, and a bit of haloumi for god knows what reason, considering I’d ordered a full English. There was nothing full or English about it. and total cost was about £8? To top this off, was given a plastic fork and spoon to eat said breakfast, and had no knives available. I don’t see this place catching on. There was no other customers while we dined, aside from 3 people who came in, read the menu, and leave. Staff seemed uninterested in the customers

It was quick, clean, friendly and as expected. The only down side was the lack of a bin, possibly due to security concerns within the train station.

I'm always a bit reluctant to try new restaurants when they're fairly new. It's always been the case of 'stick to what you know'. However having been there for a few months now, today I finally decided to give it a try. WOW, the Chargrilled Chicken Burger was AMAZING. The Mexican Dirty Fries were also sooooo good. So much healthier than a Maccies too.

Got delivery from here. Pretty horrendous honestly. The rice was bland and the chicken painfully under seasoned. The chips were lovely for a delivery, not soggy, more seasoning would be nice but definitely the best part. The cookie was nice. The homemade lemonade was nasty, so acidic and disappointing. The cherry on top was the hair in my chicken, that was it for me, I was not going to force myself to eat less than subpar food after just proof of unsanitary conditions. Not for me at all.

Got a Korean Chicken burger and it was delightful. Good quality buns. A bit pricey for me to justify going there everyday but definitely a much needed guilt free fast food option. Coffee was really good too. Oh and the service was pretty quick.

First time visiting here, wanted something that wasn't the usual rubbish... Quicker then Mcdonalds that's for sure and tasted %100better fresher and healther!. Such a plesent and welcome change.. Chicken was awesome.. And noticed of vegi and vegan choices on the menu too!.. Staff were pleasent and helpful.. Maybe my new go too when on town!..nom!

I was pleased to hear LEON had opened in the station and visited today with the usual high expectations. Sadly it would appear that can't grasp the basics. 2 coffees, 1 porridge. They gave my drinks to someone else so 5 minutes later I had to go and ask again. At this point I was made out to be some kind of drinks thief out to get free items but after bringing my wife into it and finally getting them to believe me I got my coffees. It was empty, Sunday morning, it shouldn't be this hard.

Absolutely delicious food! Definitely worth a visit

I was soooo excited to see Leon at the Leeds train station. I live for they chicken mezze ! I’m into fitness and bodybuilding and also have some food allergies so Leon chicken mezze (plain chicken ) was my dream come true meal on the go. Sadly they don’t do chicken mezze there 😱 what’s the point of u being there 😒

First time visiting here. It's a welcomed change from the usual fast food places in Leeds station. You order from a screen (like the other nearby fast food chain) which can be a bit awkward since it's new and not much space to look at the menu. There was a short queue for the ordering screens (we visited around 12pm on a Tuesday), food was ready quickly. Moroccan meatballs rice bowl was lovely and had great flavours, portion was big. The chicken burger was nice but a little plain. Overall nice lunch, but it's NOT cheap so not an every day thing.
