LEON - Kensington High Street in Camden

Food reasonably tasty and healthy for fast food. But no toilets even though more than 10 seat which is a legal requirement. Not ideal for when a four year old needs the loo just after got settled and food had arrived.

Served Moroccan meatballs without the meatballs and rice not cooked. I had to take it back. Self ordering kiosks are so un user friendly. Some people walked out as only 2 people serving and manager sitting at a table. Why did you get rid of loyalty cards? I like Leon but this one has gone downhill. I’m waiting for Earl’s Court to open. Sorry.

me sirvieron carne de res, ser vegetariano y un hindú rompió mi religión al servirme carne de res dentro de la verdura  La olla mezclada con frijoles totalmente no le importa un comino vegetariano / vegano, ya que ha sucedido dos veces al mes ahora en una fila, nunca más va a comer de León. Después de hablar con el gerente Valerio salinas, ni siquiera me ofrecieron un reembolso por la comida que no hice.  comer. Cogimos esta rama de León a tiempo para ordenar del menú del desayuno y realmente nos encantó la tostada. La caja del desayuno también era agradable (salchichas, huevos, frijoles, champiñones, etc.). También hacen muffins de desayuno, con rellenos como aguacate o champiñones y huevo. Estaba menos impresionado con el pastel vegano de jaffa, pero tal vez sea porque no estoy acostumbrado a hornear vegano. Los miembros del personal que nos atendieron fueron amables.

Llamé aquí para un almuerzo rápido y quedé impresionado. La mayoría de los restaurantes en Kensington son comprensiblemente muy caros. Pero Leon tiene una visión saludable de la comida rápida, lo que significa que es rápida, tiene una buena relación calidad-precio y probablemente sea mejor para usted que su lugar promedio de hamburguesas. Toman en serio los problemas de alergia y atienden bien a aquellos con dietas de GF. Hamburguesa de filete de pollo fue nuestra elección con papas fritas GF. Con una bebida, alrededor de 10 por cabeza. Servicio amigable; Atmósfera placentera. Volvería allí de nuevo.

We were passing by looked in their window spotted they had fruit flavoured nata’s . Never seen them before, we love the traditional ones so we bought a couple to try , a raspberry and a blueberry one. They were delish.

Since Harry has been in the store the customer service has improved. We'll done for outstanding service. Your colleagues should learn from you food its served always warm and on time

Trovandomi in zona per lavoro ed essendo ora di cena mi sono casualmente imbattuto in questo locale, appartenente ad una catena a me sconosciuta. Il locale si presenta in maniera abbastanza positiva: è molto piccolo, i coperti sono pochi e si trova all'interno di una galleria dove vi sono diverse possibilità per consumare un pasto veloce. Questo si può definire un "green fast food" e ritengo questa politica davvero interessante. Per quanto riguarda il servizio i giovani che hanno preso l'ordinazione sono stati molto cortesi e pazienti, in particolare con le persone che avevano qualche problema con la lingua.Il cibo è arrivato immediatamente e, una volta seduti (peccato solo per le dimensioni molto limitate del locale) siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti dal gusto e dalla quantità di ciò che abbiamo ordinato. Da notare come anche sulle bevande ci sono delle opzioni davvero interessanti e che difficilmente si trovano in altri posti. Infine il prezzo, davvero conveniente: con pochi pounds ci si riesce a saziare mangiando bene. Una catena in cui tornerei volentieri.

I love Leon but not this branch, if you're going to have an open kitchen not a good idea to have the cooks messing around in the kitchen, after I got my order I couldn't eat it and threw it straight in the bin, now I'm thinking I should have complained to the manager, Not that much managing was happening, go here if you need a day off work ill or go to pret like I did.

Enjoyed the food at every visit. Very nice environment. Healthy food, friendly staffs, food are right priced.

It's my go to place for a reasonable priced healthy lunch. Their salads, wraps and hot boxes are amongst my favourite. The drinks are ok- nothing great but the desserts would be worth your while.

My daughter has just found a fly in her fish finger wrap! Normally I would contact the restaurant but as they failed to answer the phone and there was no way to leave a message I hope this will work. Staff as usually hurried and unwelcoming but as the food is usually great I’m never too concerned, but now the food contains other ‘items’ in it maybe time to go back to Pret.

First time I visited this Leon branch about a week ago, the staff came across as extraordinarily rude. This did put me off a bit and although the food I had was very good, I let the management of the restaurant know that I was not too happy about the service I had received. In response, they sent me a very nice apology together with the opportunity to have a free meal! This I took them up on and visited them today, where the manager sat me down and brought me some very good meatballs plus rice & salad and a good cup of tea. I will go back, not least as the staff member who had been a bit 'off' the time before, rushed out from the kitchen, offered her apologies and gave me a free cookie! Lovely. I will go back.
