LEON - Brunswick in Camden

My first LEON experience! As a new customer, I got a 30% off code in the app. I chose the Rainbow Squash Salad with a side of slaw, a BBQ Chicken Rice Pot and a side of Nuggets- all washed down with a matcha. This made for a filling, flavoursome lunch: the salad was so colourful and came with plenty of squash, but the slaw was a tad dull. It also gave me enough points for a free smoothie next time!

No problem, cozy setting. Easy to order what you like.on touch screens or staff happy to help. I'm not local and always like to have a LEON when I am visiting. Never had any problems.

I wanted to visit the Brunswick Centre and had not had any breakfast so I decided to pay a visit to Leon. The ordering procedure is similar to what you get in many fast food outlets nowadays. You have to touch the screen to order your food and drink and I found some of the options a bit confusing but managed to get my order sorted in the end. You cannot pay by cash which is a shame. My food did not take long and I had to go to the counter to collect it rather than it being brought over to my table. My name was shouted out for me to get it. It's those little extra customer service touches which are the difference between very good and excellent. Food was good.

It wasn't great to have a mouse run across the ceiling pipes directly above is while we were eating. Staff said you had pest control in, but they clearly haven't sorted the problem. We didn't finish our meal

Visited on a pretty quiet Sunday. Found the touch screen system very laboured and had to wait a long time for food even though there were only 4 other people waiting. It was a pretty soulless experience with little staff interaction. Visiting this Leon used to be a faster, happier experience before the touch screens were implemented.

Mixed experience. One very helpful, friendly young staff member, another more senior barking at customers who dared to approach the counter with questions about using the touch screens to order. There was no excuse on a quiet Sunday afternoon. The food was quick and filling. But the toilets were awful, wet floor, very grubby. If I'd seen them before I'd eaten I wouldn't have eaten there.

After a weekend in Central London it was lovely to come out from the hustle and bustle of it all and find ourselves getting off the tube at Russell Square by chance, to have a break from the populated areas. Being in the early stages of pregnancy, I was ravenous and feeling rather unwell. We stopped off here at Leon because it said Healthy Fast Food, it was exactly as described. All 3 of us as friends visited and enjoyed the Leon experience, having the choice of seasonal slaw instead of fries is refreshing and the slaw was creamy and delicate without being heavy, like some. I had the Halloumi wrap which tasted fantastic, the Spiced Mango Sauce inside was to die for. I topped my meal off with a Ginger Ale as ginger us great for nausea and really helped ease my pregnancy symptoms. We also had the option of ordering an Apple or Banana which I did have after my meal as I was still a little peckish and needed slow release energy. Leon was an experience for sure and is such a change from the usual greasy burgers seen in fast food restaurants. I live closer to Brighton so when visiting the city or if I ever find myself in London once again, I shall visit Leon and fully support their business. Thank you from a very happy pregnant lady.

Ordered bacon & egg and a sausage and egg muffins, both were cold do we sent them back. The replacements were only just warm. Won't be going to a Leon again

I'm in Leon a lot. I've worked in the area for a long time and I've tried most places around. Leon is definitely my favourite (by some way). Coffee is great. Good and dark. Food is really great - really good quality, healthy food, well made and tasty. We've got a few allergies in our family and I've brought them too and we were well catered for and had plenty of options too and a great time. It's usually busy - because they're good and so in demand - but the team work hard and are quick as well. They're really good and a really friendly crowd who lo=ok after customers well

The food was cold. When I asked them to warm it up they were v polite and nice but the excuse I was given was that the staff were tired. Really? £18 for fast food basically. When it came the second time is was still hardly hot, and there was very little chicken in the chicken korma. Still, she was nice and gave me a smoothie to say sorry. I wouldn’t return.

Stumbled over Leon as a very hungry family with dietary requirements. There wasn't anything mentioned on the menus outside regarding dietary options however when we went inside the staff could not have been more helpful. We found great, tasty, good value options we could all eat. This was exactly what we needed. We'll be back.

We were looking for a place to eat as we were getting tired of the less than pleasing food our hotel was serving. I was pleasantly surprised by the food selections. There was so much, and it was very tasty. We went there once for dinner and once for breakfast. It is a nice alternative to hotel food.

Breakfast box plus extra hash browns. Poached eggs as overcooked as you can get them. Bacon underdone and semi-raw. Beans lukewarm. Hash browns soggy. Sausage ok. Coffee average. Around this area all the neighborhood cafes seem to have been killed by COVID but faux cool manufactured places with poor food like this survive. Sad.

Any branch of Leon is hit and miss. Much more hits and they are very good compared to other chains. Service and food is generally good. I always like this branch. Nice vibe. Big and spacious and great to get a bite to eat and do a bit of work like I had planned. I had the harissa chicken salad which was delicious. Warm, high in protein and really filling. Loved it. Healthy too. Freshly made and perfect for a cold, rainy evening. Leon are very good at displaying nutrition information which is really useful especially for someone like me who likes to count calories! The wifi wasn't working which was a bit annoying. I enjoyed my dinner though. I had reward points from the application to use and the one girl was really nice and helped me. Relatively clean. Would recommend.

I really enjoyed tye food served here. The baked fries and the Macaroni and Cheese was good. Their better than Mex Burger was delicious along with the truffled cheese corn.

Total mess at 11:54 Sunday ! no coordination, long waiting time, lot mistakes made during the wait as i could witness.

Got the chicken satay and clean green juice. Both were good. Very decent portion size too! Healthy fast food!
