6pm Friday night 26/01/24. Thought we'd try this great new place. Google says open. Website says 'sorry our store is now closed'. Tried the telephone and it says 'voicemail full'. Not a good start!

Great meal. We had a delivery on Saturday evening and all 7 of us really enjoyed the meal. It was good value for money and tasted very fresh. Will definitely order again!

Amazing food and good quantity!

Ordered food almost a week ago and haven’t yet received refund back as I was told that I’ll be getting refund back within 3 days and also they aren’t picking up my calls .

The food was delicious and the service efficient. Looking forward to trying more of the chefs recommendations. There's plenty of parking space outside if collecting.

We struggled to find any kitchens and restaurants open past 8pm... Decided to take a chance and tried Lemon & Chilli. So glad we did! - Very relaxed environment with a lovely couple cooking food from the heart with real spices! Perfect to just relax, enjoy the food and have some couple time.

Ordered food from this resteraunt via Uber Eats. (Note, food from Uber eats was to be delivered by the resteraunt, not via a third party driver). Waited for over an hour after the suggested delivery time and the food had not arrived. Called the resteraunt to ask about the order status. I was polite on the phone. They hung up mid sentence. They then cancelled the order, presumably to prevent me leaving a review of the resteraunt.

just got a curry first time, absolutely awful. Got order wrong but hey ho these things happen. Nan was soggy and doughy and smelled of dirty oil, lamb tikka masala was so salty it was inedible and had a chicken dish that sounded great on menu with apple etc but was actual slop! Honestly didn’t deserve one star, wouldn’t feed it to my dog threw most of it away waste of money… looking at the positive reviews I wonder if this place has changed hands recently BEWARE

Beware, this place is not even worthy of 1 star. Ordered at 18:50 with an estimated delivery time of 19:40. Called at 20:50 as it hadn't arrived and the uninterested man on the phone just said "I will look into it" then put the phone down. Called again at 21:05 to give time to get an answer and the phone got ignored. Finally I gave in by 21:45pm and put a pizza in the oven. Order finally turned up at 10pm and was rejected. Payment was also taken and trading standards will be contacted.

Small menu of amazing food. Very authentic. Excellent service and value. A great local restaurant.

WOW WOW WOW What amazing food, I heard about this place on social media and after eating Indian food all over this country as I work away i have had curry’s from London to Bradford and in Scotland I thought I would definitely give it a try, and boy it didn’t disappoint in any way from customer service to amazing quality flavoursome food outstanding in every way, can’t thank you enough and I hope you guys go all the way as this area has been crying out for some proper traditional Indian food for a long time and you guys are miles above the rest in what you do in every way possible

Absolutely amazing food. I must of tried 75% of the menu by now and I can honestly say I loved everything. I even tried the vegan food and it almost swayed me away from meat. If you want a recommendation, I think my favourite is still the butter chicken. And the wings for starter. Also the chilli chicken.

First time visit last night for a takeaway. It was easy to order and ready on time. The food was excellent especially the onion bhajis and veg samoas. It's great to have a place like this in Sandiacre.

Have to say the Chicken Chattinad & the Palek Paneer brought to my colleagues & I by Praveen and his team were deliciously amazing. The chicken was on the bone and was so tenderly cooked in a chef’s special spicy sauce. Praveen can’t do enough to make his customer’s the happiest and fulfilled in the area… We can’t thank you enough for your gracious hospitality…. Can’t wait to try some more of your sumptuous dishes.

This is the second time ordering from this take away. We thought our first meal was fantastic and the second meal was even better. The onion Bhaji starter is so light and crunchy not stodgy at all beautiful and plenty of them. The dip is the nicest mint yogurt I have ever had. Tandoori chicken is tender flavoursome scrumptious. I had the Lamb Karih which really packed in the flavour. My other half had the chicken jalfezi again tasty with a lovely tickle at the back of your throat. The garlic naan is so tasty nicely cooked with a bit of a crunch too. The price is very reasonable less than £20 each for 2 courses and delivery

Absolutely delighted to have this place open. I am a food lover and love eating authentic food from all the cuisines. First time ordered from Lemon and chilli… and what can I say about the quality of the food…. Absolutely fantabulous.👌 what a treat … very authentic and flavoursome. Naan were perfect…. And the curry was what you expect from a trained chef… exceptional. “staff chicken curry” and “staff lamb curry” is a must try. They have a decent seating space as well with a very nice decor and warm feeling. Staff is professional and very welcoming. I am definitely going to be there regular customer now. Well done guys..👍

First time of ordering from lemon chilli tonight I was a little sceptical as nit had many nice traditional home style Indian meals from around the local area, I rang and spoke with manager and requested two real style homemade dishes , I was recommended the staff chicken and staff lamb on the bone, I also ordered 2 tandoori rotis as well , and as my son does not like spicy food I asked wether they did kids meals , the manager said the don’t normally but ensured he would get my son some nuggets and chips made Food arrived piping hot , and all I can say is I have definitely found my GO TO Indian in my local area Meat fell off the bone , was so tasty and I must say one of the best Indian takeaways I’ve had in the 18 months I’ve been living in sandiacre Keep up the great work and all the best SO GLAD I TRIED LEMON CHILLI
