Food was ok just a bit bland and lamb tikka was very tough

only left 1 star because the delivery driver was out in the rain tonight. writing this review less than 30 min after delivery LAMB TIKKA MAIN MEAL arrive swimming in liquid when should be dry. no colour and believe me when i say easier to cut boot leather 1 piece was just about edible. had to get a steak knife even that would not cut it ended up going to the dogs. ONION BAHJI these were nice !! CHICKEN TIKKA MASALLA the sauce was like a weak juice runny tasteless and so thin it made a soup look like concrete awful KEEMA NAN split in half between us one half had zero meat filling the other had it all overall if your desperate hungry and want a indian...dont eat here go hungry believe me its better

Every time I go there food is lush, once the curry was very runny and chicken wasn’t too nice but I’ve had food from here plenty of times. Staff are polite quick food. Good price highly recommend

Ordered for a 7.45 pick up. Picked it up at 7.45 and gave the name and they handed over the food. When it was opened all the way in southsea the order was completley wrong. And they had given someone else order over. Phoned up to see what they could do And the guy in the phone basically denied they did anything wrong and told that we were in the wrong. When he finally admitted that it was the wrong order that had been given to us he said we could pick up our order for only an extra 5 quid (the order was more than the one we had wrongly been given) drove alll the way back to havant and was charged full price with very rude service.

We've used this takeaway for years and it has always been really nice food. Today, I'm sad to say last night's meal was a bit of a fail. We ordered a mixed biryani, lamb passanda, pilau rice and a peshwari naan for delivery. They said 30-45 mins. No problem. The food arrive after 1h10. and came with the usual free poppadoms. They delivered a keema naan instead of peshwari. The poppadoms were soft, the lamb was tough and somehow, the byriani was drier than it normally is. Sorry guys. but the wife and I were not impressed. I hope this was a one-off.

Want to give them a lower rating but the food is nice, well priced and decent quantity. The reason I'm not giving a higher or lower rating is because of the curry that I purchased. This was butter chicken, on thier menu it says that this is chicken marinated in herbs with a butter based sauce. So where does that say coconut... Ruined one of my favourite curries.

We had a bad experience with this place with our last order. We thought we would give them one last try tonight. We ordered a meal for 3 of us costing just shy of £40. What a disappointment - the biryani sauce was too salty, the saag paneer was sloppy, the onion bhajis and mushroom bhaji were almost cold. And to top it all the pilaw rice wasn't delivered with the order. After a phone call it arrived after two of us had finished our meal and the Korma was then cold. We will not be using them again.

Normally have a good experience here but tonight after waiting over 1:45 after being told 1:00 wait time food turned up. The Korma was over everything in the bag and the poppadoms were like they were done yesterday. Considering we ordered at 5:45 I wasn’t expecting to be at the back end of a massive queue they didn’t know about. When I phoned to enquire where I food was they basically told us they were busy and the driver was on his way. With that they hung up! Really feel they let us down and hope this is just a one off due to the time of year

Very nice cusomer service and the food and chips are amazing

This is our favourite Indian takeaway ! The food is gorgous , and if your not sure what to try ... or even want to try something different ... they are very knowledgeable and helpful . The staff are so polite and cheery, and there's a really nice atmosphere here . Plenty of parking outside , large clean waiting area , value for money and totally recommended .

2 hours for a takeaway that was supposed to be 30 minutes and then turns up when I have cancelled it and gone to bed starving, will never order again

Probably the best korma ive eaten in a long time.

Never been there but from my experience in Indian food they shouldn't be open if they are no good so I've given it an average rating until I try their food I can't say whether it's good or not so only seems fair you meet them in the middle?

Utter rubbish !! Was told food would be 45 mins, but took 2hrs to arrive and when it did was COLD and I don’t mean lukewarm it was COLD, and to top it off the order was incomplete, got a refund to be fair but I will never order from there again

Onion bhaji undercooked and cold. Basic mistake..Kashmir curry POOR. Rice and Popadoms good. This takeaway is far from how it was.

Never had a problem until tonight.. ordered onion bajis with my order and had witnesses to verify that's what I asked for and sent me chips instead when I phoned to tell them he made out I didn't ask for them and suggested I was lying then put the phone down! Rude !!!

Sometimes the food is wonderful full of meat and tasty other times it's the opposite. I like it because the staff are friendly it's convenient as it's within walking distance. If you go certain days especially a Friday the food is tasty
