These guys really need to change the oil for the chips. They always give blk chips in dirty oil. They over charge for the shawarma and small portions, they use the shallow side of the box to give you less meat and more chips. ====== Thanks for your reply, maybe you need to change your chips? I go to yfc and a few others and never have this problem, yes the Sharma is nice but the potion size for the price is not the best, when you ask for a large they put it on the side with more chips,which is the same as you getting a medium size!

It was great there was a variety of food to choose from and the place has great hygiene too not much dirty. The place also has a great atmosphere and love the red and white theme in the interior. However, if there is something I would 9 time out of 10 would recommend is the shawarma even better would be the lamb shawarma and the flavour, texture and just how juicy the meat is will make you drool even thinking about it. 10/10 place keep it up. 👌

Good food. Cash only but ATM is very nearby. I wish they add wraps with thin tortillas with closed bottoms so content don't fall so my kids don't complain.

First time going to this place but never again I go there.i bought a lamb fataya the lamb was dry and cold and I believe it was a old left over i was served , I bought sharwama in Bradford before and fataya in Bradford is nothing compared to this one I'm not happy if I get food poisoning for this lamb I will be suing you you can be sure.

The food was ok, but the service was absolutely terrible, there was a new guy on the shawarma who was rude and disrespectful! they’re usually nice but I was shocked with his service, to my surprise the owner was present but stayed quiet throughout his behaviour………. Very disappointed………

Never ever go to this shop !! Two months ago, I ate here with my friend. I ordered shawarma and my friend ordered pizza. First of all, I have to remind that the staff there do not speak well at all. They really do not respect the customer and a man there was very impersonal and did not respect the customer . that they brought to us was not acceptable at all, the pietra had no taste at all and the ingredients and vegetables they put were not cooked at all and the shawarma was not worth the money I paid for it and we regretted going there and I recommend here Do not choose at all because their employees do not respect the customer .

Wow ! For the price I mean a fiver - what a tasty bit of food that were lamb kebab shawarma was melt in your mouth complimented with nice bread 10/10 ✈️👍👍

I got chicken popcorn meal for £4.50. It was the cheap popcorn which you probs get from aldi not the proper chicken. Not coming here again.

I lived in Harehills a few years ago. This was a regular for me. A really good shawarma in Naan, and I also like their Fatayers. I always get takeout.

Great place to grab your meals! They have fried chicken, pizza, shawarma, etc. The price are reasonable. As for the taste, I think it's a little bit salty, but overall is good.

I had two incidents in this takeaway, I have been a customer over two years and all the staff know me very well. Once I came with a black Friend and while he was ordering the worker didn't show any patience and understanding to give my friend time to order, he was showing frustration and discomfort. I thought it was accidental but today I came alone and ordered chicken wings, he was asking me for or six and didn't hear and understand well because nobody asked me before and it was noisy. I Said sorry, then he started to show frustration and discomfort as if I he just wants me to say anything so he can get done. I told him you can be patient for a minute as I was a costumer for over two years. He apologised and I accepted the apology. He gave me four chicken wings meal and this is what I ordered but I felt rushed that's why. Then I changed my mind and gave one pound more to get six, he started showing same reactions again by hitting the chips frier and the glass cover of the wings container. I absolutely find this is a racist behaviour as some white people came after me he and took more time than me, he listened attentively and helped them patiently. I'm not coming back here again.

Good value Shawarma here with plenty of other food and options. It's not great to sit down in and parking is limited but the food makes up for it.

One of the best shawarma tastes in Leeds, I recommend chicken or beef shawarma, it's really delicious. I ate with him many times. Sometimes you have to wait a long time, sometimes quickly. The place inside is small and there are a number of chairs and tables. The menu is hanging above and you can choose by numbers. The only negative is that you only have to pay cash! The street has many public bus stops, but if you want to park your car, you will find it difficult because the street is narrow and cars have reserved the place before you. Finally there is a public toilet inside.

Extremely good value for money. Nice food not too complicated to order. Cash only though.

Lack of customer service. Bought a burger meal and the chicken was raw or had awful colour . I went to talk to the person and he agreed that the food didn't look OK but he refused to refund or get another meal. Be careful this is not good standards. Health hazard in our community. I will not be going back again.

Good quality food at a good price

Definitely worth the trip up there. food was really good, nice atmosphere in the place. You can even grab a 10s from any of the street corners outside and take your food down to Hyde park 😁

I tried chicken and lamb Shawarma in the thick bread which was nice. The Shawarma was good value for money £3.50 with a drink. Although i thought the drink inclusion was not really necessary. Could remove the drink and sell it separately and the shawarma can be £3. Bear in mind they do not accept card although nextdoor there is a post office with a cash machine to withdraw cash.

Just been there first time as the other place we used to go was shut. Not a great area or parking but the service, prices and most importantly the food was great. Thank you 😊

Pretty decent, cheap chicken shop. Does burgers and all the standard other stuff. Mainly chicken though.

Hot fried chicken wings are tasty and great value for money. Chicken shwarma wrap was nice, couldn't taste the chicken, but great flavour from salad and sauce to offset against it.

The food here is reasonable. Parking is a bit of issue at times, customer service is good. A large of different menu items to try. Wait times vary depending on which food item you get. There is limited seat available and they only accept cash but there are near by cash machines. Their chicken shawarma does have a hint of citrus to it. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get as well. I would recommend to try this place.

Extremely rude staff. The customer is definitely NOT right here. Made me the wrong order then tried to charge me to rectify their mistake. There was zero social distancing, none of the customers were wearing masks nor were they told to do so. None of the staff were wearing them nor did they have any safety measures. Leeds city council needs to do more to make sure these second rate food gaffs are adhering to guidelines and imposing measures. The whole thing was a disgrace. If you want Covid with your shawarma instead of chilli sauce I recommend this place

Visited this place and ordered 2 chicken shawarma for takeaway. The guy who served me charged me money and asked me to take a seat as he said it would take about 10 minutes or so for my order to be ready. I told him that I will go to another shop and collect my order on the way back. I specifically asked to put in my 2 shawarma only onions, tomatoes and lettuce from salad. The guy confirmed he understood. When I got home after picking my order I found that they had put everything from salad including the bits we dont like. Rang the takeaway and explained them what had happened. The guy who answered the phone said "what you want me to do?". My response was that's upto you as I have paid for my food and didn't get it the way I wanted it. He put my call on hold and then after speaking to someone cheekily lied saying his colleague who served me had said that I asked him to put everything. I was not impressed with this and told him that's not true. The guy then said he can't do anything. Terrible customer services! and attitude from staff as a sincere apology would have suffice.

Wasn't really a shawarma as it stated on the menu, more like a nan and chicken Kebab rolled up. It was chicken donner basically with tons of mayonnaise in plus lettuce taken straight out of water. OMG. I had a takeout, paid £3, can't really complain about the price.
