Lee Gardens in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Ate here twice in five years. First time it was awful and made me sick. Never went back.until yesterday and guess what? It was horrible and made me sick.

Customer service has improved recently. The new lad is very polite and engaging. Food is good too

Food was great. Special fried rice with egg on top was fantastic

Went there this evening served by2 young girlswhen I complained and said canel water was better I was told only get half money back as I know customers always right shame on them never be back for any more canel water3enjoy in end got refund threw at me great customer service skills pleaase dont be a victim to there rudeness go 30 miles away be better

Dreadful, poor service, very long wait and cold food

Rude rude rude!! Food, I can’t say I have ever thrown so much food away. Either bland or full of chilli. I will not be back, If ever I want to start a diet I will get my food from that dump.

The curry sauce is the best for me flavourful and got a slight kick to it. Im not a fan of the chow mein its a little watery for me i prefer it more charred in the wok i think. The service is hit and miss it can be hostile rushed and under pressure sometimes and others welcoming and pleasant. It's highly convenient for me as a live i the village but nothing puts me off from ordering and the food its always of good quality. Its just a matter of what your tastes are.

Rice was overcooked but the biggest issue with this place is the very rude young Chinese girl out the front taking orders. Words from her were when I walked in what do you want. I stated to order some food to which I got back well what you want then

The people you employ to take orders over the counter need to learn how to speak to customers in a polite manner!! Never been to a take out place and been spoken to so abruptly! A big put off going back again.

Placed order over the phone. Rude and abrupt. Pick up and order is completely wrong. No apology Waited a further 10 mins. Was eatable but pretty tasteless. First time visit won't be going back.

Not very friendly but reasonably efficient service, Chicken Chow Mein and pancake rolls average, Chicken balls good. Overall it's convenient and okay for a Friday night takeaway, after a hard week at work.

The waiting time was unreal.quoted 15 mins on the phone. Then waited a further half an hour.

Telephone order - informed it would be 25 minutes which meant 7.35 on a Saturday night. Food was 40 minutes late. Very surly receptionist. Will not use again.Lot of other customers were complaining so beware.

Customer service tonight 7pm shocking, very rude! 15/5/22 won’t be using again. Shame really as I’ve used this place for 2 yrs

Ordered ahead tonight for a last minute dinner, however forgot add a curry sauce so called quickly to add it on. Arrived to pick up dinner and lady behind counter told me the wrong price as shehad forgot to add the curry sauce onto the final total. I was 9p short and they took the sauce back of the bag! I appreciate the cost is the cost, but to not let a customer off for 9p given it was their error in first place (I should say it is cash only and I’d walked up) is a bit of a joke. I live locally and go regularly but will be looking elsewhere in future.
