Didn’t receive my order. Didn’t even call me or ask for code. Nothing. Restaurant closed. Ripped off

The worse Chinese I’ve ever eaten. We have used this Chinese a lot in the past but will never be ordering from here again. We ordered chicken wings and they were black and tasted off. We then had crispy lamb instead of duck to have something different and it was horrible very fatty, cold and pale in colour like it haven’t been cooked. So didn’t eat that. The sweet and sour chicken which we’ve had many times and usually lovely was also horrible. Hard chicken and pineapple not edible. The chips and veg noddles were the only decent thing out of a £40 meal. Not happy and won’t be ordering again.

Food not that nice. Sweet and sour sauce to runny, chicken balls batter to thick, not much flavour to the special fried rice and bbq ribs over cooked only thing nice was chicken and sweetcorn soup

Delicious food delivered hot and on time. Everything was very tasty and cooked perfectly. Excellent portion sizes as well. Top notch as always!

Food quality wasn’t that great and there was no taste at all in most dishes and no salt in the sauces. The quality of the chicken was very poor definitely frozen meat was used and made the dish watery which then watered down the flavours. This was the first time I used them and probably wouldn’t use them again but no harm no foul

food was ok some of it tasted like it was over cooked, couldn't eat the crispy chilli beef it was too hard but the rice and noodles were good

Took order then cancelled. Avoid.

Disappointed. Duck was very dry and particularly bland. Chicken balls tasted like they were reheated. Shame. On a positive note the delivery was early.

The food tonight was absolutely incredible. highly recommend all dishes. Beef Noodle, fried chicken and Pork Foo Young.

Wrong item delivered.the vegetarian was delivered some chicken dish instead of the meal she ordered !!ruined the whole meal and we had to make something else so ended up eating separately.

Not as good as usual. Prawn balls much too thick with batter and fried rice was all stuck together. Disappointed.

Thai red curry does not taste like curry at all. The duck springroles had a bone inside. The singapore noodles were good.

Don't bother going if it is near closong time like 22:30 they will refuse service. As an advise put your closing time 30 mins before you close so that people arrive early and you don't refuse service

Love the dumplings and the satay chicken, apologies I did order the ribs though are not my favourite, they are tasty but prefer no bones in my meat. The overall meal was perfect though.

Really tasty food from Lee Garden as always. Food was delivered on time and everything was hot as well. Delivery guy was very nice too. Top notch.

just wanted to thank these guys for one of the best Chineses I've had. I highly recommend that everyone should try it.

I used these a few times the food is usually really hot my food was late and cold I don't know how they can give cold food to u its not the restaurants faults its the delivery drivers on bikes they should have motor bikes or car of caus the food gonna go cold I am dusgusting with just eat how treat peiple like the I ask for my refund should get all back I had to reheat it so electric I used and paid

I placed an order from Uber Eats last night worth £59... There were missing items. We called the restaurant 2 minutes after we received the food. The owner stated we called the wrong store and that it was closed and hung up. He said to call a different store. It was clearly a lie since we called the restaurant number 15 minutes prior for an update, which the same owner gave . Do you think we are stupid? Before the owner gives his favourite sentence, 'ordered from a different Lee Garden Oriental Express,' here is your proof, sir. Its not nice to lie. EDIT I could give zero stars after the appalling response this owner gave. The fact that you are unable to actually apologise and take responsibility is something else. I wonder how a phone number can change in a span of 15 minutes. The first call that i made was able to identify my order and address correctly .The second time i called to make a complaint, 'I got the phone number wrong'. Conveniently, the voices are the exact same. It must be the phone ghost or something. Lastly, please never call me a liar; it looks bad on your business, nor is it very professional. Given the fact that you seem to be quite defensive toward anyone who doesn't compliment you, I guess 3.7 stars reflects that; it should be lower.

Honestly one of the worst chinese food places i have ever had. The crispy chilli beef was dry and hard. The noodles were dry and so awful. Delivery was also extremely late. Would never order from here again.

My fave Chinese takeaway dish is crispy shredded beef, but not this one… the ‘crisp’ was overdone to the point of tasting like burnt beef fat, and the sauce was too vinegary. Disappointing, but the rest was ok.

Food cold when it arrived and had leaked everywhere, I think the driver must have kicked it all the way to us

A bit disappointed although quality and collection were great. The order was wrong….ordered a vegetable fried rice and got a steamed rice and no sweet and sour sauce with the chicken balls. Already paid online for it but turned out to be cheaper by a few pound…..no biggie….just really looking forward to the vegetable rice! 🙁

Food was terrible I found a hair in my curry the lady was also very rude when I rang up to complain about this no refund was made and no food was replaced I am devastated by they’re service

Food is usually excellent from here, this time probably due to the driver getting lost it was lukewarm at best.

Based on tonight’s experience let’s just say am not in a hurry to go back to this restaurant again! Deep fried veg ? ambiguous labelling and arrived with an assortment mainly onions and green peppers wrapped in batter and deep deep fried soaked in oil! Chicken wings and Ribs good portion but tasteless.

On time good food will use again.

Ordered chicken cashewnuts in yellow bean sauce but received chicken curry.

I advise to stick with the Chinese dishes. The Thai dishes I ordered were really far from what you would expect unfortunately. The Pad Thai was more like sweet and sour noodles and the Thai curries were like Chinese curry, but spicy. Decent portions and enough meat, but not authentic at all sadly.

Food was excessively salty to the extent that we could not taste anything else. Not 5 star for sure as the reviews suggested

Have ordered a few times now from Lee Garden. Food has always been lovely and fresh. Delivery is fast and always on time as well, so everything arrives piping hot. Their Singapore noodles are hot and spicy and have a different flavour to any others I've tasted from other takeaways.

Worst food place! Do not go here and waste your money. The service is terrible along with the cold and mouldy food. The lady who stands on the front desk does not smile and seems miserable all the time.

egg fried rice with no egg? …someone RELEASE ME from the shackles of fraudulent behaviour I ordered via UberEats and decided to get a meal for one (egg fried rice, beef in Kung Po sauce, with 4x chicken balls and sweet sour sauce). I also got calamari on the side. I didn’t know Kung Po sauce featured cashew nuts … and so I think that should be highlighted in the menu, because having a nut allergy is no joke, and such allergens should be made bold. The food was a good price. It tasted okay. I’m still trying to look for THAT Chinese place that I will always order from, and this place just isn’t it. Egg fried rice is a pretty basic thing to have … and for there to have hardly no egg or even peas in it? I’ll have to give it a miss.

Food was lovely but I didn't actually get what I ordered but there was a lot of confusion during ordering. The woman taking our order was very abrupt and was like she didn't want our business. The menu here is very accommodating however very confusing. Will try again as the food was lovely just the service and complex menu was off putting.

I’m a Hong Kongese and I randomly found this restaurant on Uber eats. Tbh I didn’t expect too much at first cause the rating on Google is low. However, it really impressed me. The flavours are very authentic, they immediately remind me of eating in Hong Kong restaurants. Thank you for the meal and please keep going. Will definitely pay a visit if I got a chance!

Ordered meal at 20:00. 21:15, still no food, called restaurant who advised delivery would take place in next 10 minutes, still no food at 21:45 so called again and was told driver had broken down. To be fair, the restaurant refunded the money, however, they also said the food would be delivered and after waiting a further half an hour, this turned out to be a lie.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! NOT EVEN CHINESE CHEFS COOKING! This place has got so bad when it was took over years ago! They don’t follow traditional recipes! They and I quote “ google or YouTube” what they need to know regarding recipes! Place is a joke and staff are so rude even the Indian guy that thinks he runs the place! If you wanna waste your money then go here!!

Got my order wrong and then when was extremely abrupt and rude when trying to rectify the order. Even tried to charge me full price for something I didn't order and told me take it or leave it. Then proceeded to throw it in the bin. Horrible customer service. Lost a loyal customer with that behaviour

staffed by people who can't cook and don't care about it either, truly awful food, raw veg in dishes, chewy beef in a tastless bland black bean sause. overly thick steamed dumplings. worst chinese take away in history , avoid this sham of a food outlet

Probably some of the worst food I’ve ordered. The delivery driver was friendly, that was probably only the best thing. The curry was cold and watery, tasteless and no flavour. I had to use the hair dryer to warm it up. You could actually taste roast chicken, it was absolutely disgusting. I’d actually be embarrassed to even call myself Chinese if I was making food to this standard. Probably won’t ever order again

I ordered crispy hunan prawns and received what looks to be store bought tempura shrimp that was precooked and you reheat or quick fry. Nothing like the picture on uber eats. I know what tempura shrimp is. These are not "prawns". False advertising. Very disappointing. I peeled the batter off one to show how tiny this "prawn" was. What a joke.

Order on Uber Eats. The Singapore Fried Rice Noodles are absolutely the BEST. We also tried the Crispy Shredded Beef with Chili, Fried Prawns with Peppercorn Salt, and Crispy Fried Hunan Prawns. All of it was soooo good. Now when I go back home to the USA I am going to have high expectations for these dishes that I probably won't be able to find!!! Thanks for an amazing dinner!

I've ordered a few times from them and I like their food. I've tried their black bean sauce, kung po chicken, shredded chilli chicken, noodles with shredded chicken. All good. Not amazing but good. Will be ordering more

We ordered pad Thai but they used the Chinese sweet and sour sauce on it?! They should just stick to Chinese dishes! Fed up of these outer London Chinese restaurants ruining oriental dishes. I always have to only get authentic real oriental food in central. The noodles were overcooked as well. The owner clearly doesn’t accept accountability, the method they’re using is incorrect. It had no Thai flavour. Clearly not familiar with authentic Thai food.

Spot on from Lee’s Garden tonight. Staying at Heathrow Hilton Garden Inn for the night and decided on a Chinese takeaway. Lots of choice, quick delivery especially through busy airport traffic and food was delicious. Would highly recommend, thanks.

Food has gone down hill. Isn’t worth the money. The service an attitude is disgusting. Will never again order from here!
