Good Luck Chinese Takeaway Hayes in Hillingdon

GOOD LUCK ORDERING FROM HERE! Ordered takeaway for six people. Three crispy shredded chicken. No chicken in the batter whatsoever, and tasted burnt. Was not consumed! The seaweed for £5 came in a container that was the size of your palm. Do not waste your money!

First time ordering and after two hours I rang up to find out what was going on and I was told the meal was delivered an hour ago (obviously to another address) and after complaining the receptionist said they wouldn't take responsibility for it, so never again, terrible, try the super cook or something else

I don’t rate one star very lightly , three portion of chicken chow mein today , they were very dry , very dry , no salt 00 salt on the food , very unusual , shame because other than that, the food was cooked well , the chicken Balls were average , not very fresh , look I had very good food here in the past , I am not looking for perfection, But why the noodles were so dry. Please tell the chef why? Where was the salt? Very very disappointing , best regards, Dorian

It was rubbish because we ordered quite a lot of things and we didn’t get two items .Also it was 2 WHOLE hours late! When we called to alert them of the missing items they claimed nothing was missing and swore down the phone. Speechless and very very disappointed.

This establishment is filthy & disgusting and needs to have a visit/inspection from the health & safety team, people ordering from here have no idea with regards to the conditions their meals are being cooked in, this place must have a Zero rating .

Eaten here twice never had a problem good food and good service

Ordered £40 worth of food. Told a 10 minute wait which turned into 20 minutes. Took the food home to find the chicken balls were days old and the chicken tasted sour and off. Smelt horrible. Wouldn't eat from here again 🤢🤮

The “egg fried rice” is just too sad. So bland and the saddest looking fried rice for an Asian.

Absolutely tasteless food it seems everything was cooked in plain water no chilli no ginger no garlic sad excuse for a chinese meal would give a quarter star if I could if you want flavour avoid at all cost

Chinese food has always been my favourite but recently I've gone off it due to our local chinese takeaways going downhill. Tonight we really fancied a Chinese, I was apprehensive but chose this place on Uber Eats for a change and I'm not joking, this was the best Chinese I've ever had in the area. Usually I can find a complaint even if its small but this food was perfect, fresh and just lovely in every way. Thank you, will definitely only order from here from now on!

Poor quality.... ordered many times. Usually average. Today was dreadful. Its Wednesday eve..sons 21st meal! Spent £70 on poor food. 2 portions of s&s chicken balls... that had been cooked at least 3 times... brown overcooked hard balls of grease... as we're the veg spring rolls. Rock hard over cooked mess. Singapore noodles... are just spicier chow main. The duck portion was ridiculous for £10.50. Was going to oder chips.... but at £6 a portion...rip off. So sad as sons birthday meal and disappointed 😞 and not a cheap meal !

I order earlier this evening A meal box sweet & Sour chicken accompanied with egg fried rice and added on to the order, pancake rolls (2 large rolls) The meal box was delicious the Actual chicken balls were seasoned lovely and on point and the source accompanied everything well together. Portion was good and good price

Always go here for Chinese. The food is always great and find it's a bit cheaper than other Chinese restaurants in the area.

I ordered Duck, special chow mien and dumplings. The dumplings and special chow mien were decent. The Chinese duck was really tasty but half of the takeout container was filled with beansprouts which was disappointing.

We found dinner to be a little disappointing. Our starters were ok, however we ordered beef and mushroom chowmein and the food was so bland. Both dishes had no flavour at all- we needed to add sauce to the meals to have some flavour. A little disappointing given the price.

Food was good and quick service. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is it is cash only however there is cash point at Sainsbury’s next door which was kindly pointed out to me by staff

Ordered Singapore noodles and they ignored the comments and phone call I made about making it mild they added fresh chillies it was really spicy. Also the chicken fried rice was plain white rice with plain chicken no flavour. Will not order again.

first and last time I will ever order from hear food arrived at good temperature but I ordered mushroom rice and the mushrooms was raw big lumps in rice that was raw and tastless and rice was more like boiled rice then egg fried rice chips was all soggy chicken balls was discusting all in all it was horrible never ever again will I order anything from there

Just eaten a takeaway from Good Luck that we ordered using Deliveroo - surprisingly good food (fish with ginger and onions/chicken in black bean sauce etc).

Avoid them Yesterday around 10.30pm we had a delivery from the so called restaurant claimed that we had done a order from them and suppose to be paid at collection, we never been or ordered from that restaurant and told the delivery driver we have not ordered anything, he did not leave and the made a call to the restaurant and the person who was shouting and claiming that I had dementia, it was so terrified as the driver was so rude and asking for money They kept showing my details and still try to figure out how my details ended up there, they never explained how they got that and it was so bad until I made a complaint to the police about the situation Please stay away from this take away

Abismal customer service. Waited over 2 hours for a delivery. Ended up driving there myself. Food: Freezing cold Tasteless Not worth the money spent on it. Staff: Staff were avoiding the front desk as there were 7/8 other people there demanding their food or deliveries. Staff were rude and didn’t apologise for the massive delay in the food. Stay away from this restaurant. If you do want a Chinese then go for one of these: New Wing Luck Mandarin Or anything other than this place!!!

Brought hot n sour soup today, i think the chef has changed after lockdown. I found it completely opposite of the previous recipe. Very very extremely spicy, it had loads of green chillies plus pepper powder, terribly spicy. I am usually a lover of spicy food. But this soup put me off. Those whoever like this soup, please ask to make it mild, or else this recipe will irritate the bowel.

They don't know how to cook. I bought 2 different rice dishes and threw in the bin.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! We were given raw chicken balls an vomoting violently. After two an half hrs of trying to get money back was told they had more IMPORTANT orders to fulfill first and had to go to the shop to collect myself. Will be reporting this place to the FDA for sure.

Ordered from here once and I have to say I don't like it. Notthing against this specific place, but try to avoid these "takeaways only" Chinese restaurant imo, as they seem to have the same menu that's not even close to being authentic.

Very bad management and food i ordered another dish and i got so mthing else and was horrible,i called to them to change and this lady said to me we will not change and you have to eat what we send because it is good, Will never order from there

FLIES IN FOOD!!! Do not eat here!!!! Food turned up cold and over an hour late!!! I had found flies in the sweet and sour sauce which had been poured all over evryones dinners and eastern until the bottom of the pot!!! Only for the guy on the phone to be rude and refuse a refund until I had to get hungry house involved and after ordering at 7pm I was still starving as food had to be left and didn't receive a refund until 10:30pm from again a rude delivery man with half a refund!!!
