Have bunch of delinquents youths on multiple occasion committed petty shoplifting and now promoted to charity scams. I question the staff to how could they allow this to slide. Dinning in there requires extra care and vigilance now. Youths these days are getting more daring to commit such crimes as police won’t intervene and shop keepers can’t be bothered about safety

The stupid girl working there, sold me caramel frabetchino with an open Lid. As soo as I got to the car, it spilled all over me and the car.

Lovely Costa, lots of room. Staff always friendly and helpful no matter what time you go. Great early opening hours as well.

Making a coffee 3 times and still tastes like water and milk without coffee taste-time to retrain their baristas before they loose more customers to caffe Nero next door.

Today I walked into this store to buy a drink and do some work. The person behind the counter just ignored me and continued wiping the machine. I walked out. Terrible service.

First time experience I went in and had one of my favourite hazelnut latte. This particular Costa is amazing because they got the perfect shot and the milk was smooth and creamy with the perfect latte art. The staff are super friendly and always make us customers come first. The store is very clean and toilets too. Thanks to the manager Deepak and all other staff that make customers first and makes Costa clean

Being a resident in the local area the alarm goes off nearly every night. It’s a real nuisance, being such a well established company you would think the alarm would be set correctly as I’ve seen drivers coming in to drop off delivery’s and can never set the alarm correctly. You should hold lessons on how to set an alarm.

This place has really gone down hill, used to love it here, customer service is severely lacking, quality of drinks has reduced and no customer familiarity, the 'COVID' screens (which are completely pointless) make for a very uninviting atmosphere and make it a nightmare to get your tray. I'd recommend going to Caffè Nero instead.

Friendly staff, nice coffee, outside area, clean. The only negative thing: fridges and cake display were rather empty than full as we were used to see in Costa. Noticed that in all costa's I have been that displays are lacking abundance and this doesn't make your customers come back.

Nice area...but dirty & the girls on the counter have given up on life😵‍💫🥱 completely..not interested in your🤚🤛🤜 order atall ..messy cookies frapachino🍪..no cutlery 🍴🍽given for the sandwiches..no tray ..no tissue .don't wants to go again shame the place on a nice highstret..but there's plenty coffee ☕️ shops around🥊🥊🤌🤜🤜

Nice seating upstairs. Staff could do with some training... Average customer service. Only 2 staff for a busy store so not easy I appreciate... Maybe take a leaf out of Pret a Manger's customer service

A little bit concerning in relation to allergies and I tolerances. I ordered a salted caramel & cream frostino with coffee but using almond milk as I'm intolerant to dairy. She made it and put whipped cream, so I said is this dairy free? And she replied yes its dairy free. I walked out but my spider senses were tingling as the only place that does vegan whipped cream is Starbucks. So I went back in and asked again what milk was used. She told me normal and I said I can't have that. She apologised and made another, she then asked if I wanted cream, I asked if it was dairy free and said said no, but do I want the normal cream? And I said if its milk/dairy then no. So she said I can give you dairy milk? I didn't know Costa did a 'normal' and 'dairy' cream.... Anyway I'd say if you have an severe allergies don't take the risk as they haven't trained their staff and it could be a matter of life and death

Exceptional and amazing service by Miles.

You will feel yourself age as you wait to be served. It is especially bad if you are waiting whilst holding items that do not require preparation. Lastly, do not bark orders at customers to stand aside. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

My favourite, staffs and service excellent. Once they have recognised your regular visits , they know about your order before you buy it. Great job Keep it up.

Visit Costa Coffee frequently. Service and Food always good. My only complaint is their toilet. They only ever have one for all. This was so bad and has put me off eating in

I wanted to take my daughter to the Jurassic Perk to kill some time on New Year's eve but this was the only place that was open for a coffee and great crowd and service for an extra busy day

Very nice branch of Costa Coffee in a very nice area, Ruislip.

4 Baritas. All busy talking to each other rather than serving customers. Tables very dirty. They could not find lids for teapots. I am afraid that this particular Costa branch is a "Disaster".

Food and drinks are on parr with other branches in the chain. Service is very slow and the downstairs is usually full of dirty tables and empty trays. Shop is usually pretty chilly and there is lack of clean places in sit. Shame as the view from the window of the high street is quite lovely.

My coffee was not strong enough... I ordered extra shot but was still not good enough. The place was dirty. I was cleaning my table by myself. I saw only one member of staff that time.

The Costa in Ruislip is a great spot to chill with friends and family or to grab a quick coffee on the go. The food shelves are always stacked to the brim and the staff are incredibly friendly. Love this cafe!

Can't go wrong here. The place to be whether meeting friends or just relaxing over a cup of coffee.

I visited costa ruislip on Sunday 17/2/19 shortly after it opened and there were old newspapers strewn everywhere and the tables could have done with a wipe over. The staff were the least friendly I have encountered in a costa for a long time, and the coffee wasn't the best. A couple of years ago I frequented this costa shop most days and the manager and staff were professional and friendly and the place was clean and tidy, sadly those staff have been replaced with staff who clearly don't want to be there.

Costa is amazing products but if the staff arent right...you end up with a miserable experience. The staff here chatted amongst themselves more than they served. They made you feel like a nuisance not a valued customer. Hated the place and sat outside freezing cold because i didn't feel welcome inside.

Costa as a whole has a general standard which you would expect, prices are quite higher but usually you can have a half decent coffee however on my recent visit to Ruislip for holiday I visited twice basically for convenience and the gingerbread latte... Both times served by rude staff who obviously don't want to be there and are not even capable of providing a plate with a coffee. Customer service definitely needs some attention.

Not too many people in so able to get a seat. Quick service. Quite a few tables left with trays and empty mugs on though.

The staff here are lovely and friendly, my drink was lovely and made fast. The big shame is that it is in fact the customers that ruined my experience. A combination of rudeness, snobbyness and general bad manners that made me feel sorry for the staff. Don't think you're entitled to things because you're a customer, it doesnt mean you can treat the staff like they're not human. During my visit I overheard someone be rude to staff because their drink was wrong even though it was right I overheard their order in the queue the barista made it as ordered. I also saw people ignoring the upstairs being closed and going up anywhere. This is EXTREMELY rude, all places like cafes and take away resturaunts with upstairs close the upstairs before the store is closed. I read a lot of the other reviews here and most of the bad ones seem to have been written by other rude customers like the ones I have mentioned, don't listen to them, treat the staff like human beings and it's a wonderful coffee experience.

Tables are always dirty. Staff too busy chatting to clean them or clear the dishes/rubbish from the tables. Customers have to do it THEMSELVES whilst the staff watch! Service has gone down hill dramatically over the years even the fact that they don't bring the toasties to your table anymore just shout its ready..... No good if your upstairs and your food is getting cold or sneezing /coughing /poked by others waiting on drinks. . Bring back Fran and Jack!! Never any napkins in the condements section. The new layout of the bottom is not wheelchair or buggy friendly. No such thing as service with a smile in here. So if you don't mind the a dirty messy table, bad staff then it's OK for a short stay..... Service is slow however so make sure you give yourself plenty of time.

Filthy and every single table filled with cups and plates and not clean. There were only two tables occupied and four staff so this is uncalled for. Service was terrible they couldn't even tell me what was in the chocolate Tiffin. After 5 minutes waiting one staff member went to look it up which took some time. Didnt tell me there were sultanas although I had to ask a few times what was in it- in it which I do not like so, once I took a bite I had to take it back. Again customer service was so bad. Nobody was in charge, nobody was answering our questions or even holding our gaze when we asked a question. In particular the dark haired girl (sunday 16.00) was rude. Asked for someone to clear a table for us - they muttered yes but no one did. Every customer who came in after had to clear and clean their own table I would never come here again and give zero stars if I could. How is a place allowed to continue to be so bad? This is not our first awful experience here but it will be our last.
