Excellent takeaway nice currys that arrive on time. I’ve used them for a few years since moving to the area with no problems.

I ordered a prawn curry and other stuff from this takeaway- it took 2 hours to arrive. The prawn curry had no prawns in it, instead wierd batter/bread like white stuff, no idea what it was. I phoned them up asked for the manager and my money back but they were not having it . I am determined to get my money back - as for what was in the curry, it’s anyone’s guess.

What can I say only the food is absolutely amazing from here,the dishes are so lovely and tasteful…wouldn’t buy anywhere else ..keep up the great work guys

Always good food from here and plenty of it. Try ordering earlier than you normally would as they often take a long time to arrive but it’s worth the wait always!!

Lovely food as always. Arrived 30 mins later than expected, Pre-ordered before opening too. Compensated with poppadoms :-) Will always order from here though. Have done for years.

Chips were hard and ordered 2 fries and 2 corn on the cob but when delivered had 4 fries and no corn even though it had a label on saying quality checked Apart from that chicken and the rice was lovely

Food was great except the vegetable biryani was very very oily. We had to put it in a sieve and approximately 10ml of pure oil dripped out. Otherwise everything was delicious, staff very polite, delivery very quick.

Food tasted nice but was just swimming in oil and grease literally everything was just covered in it never seen anything like it

Lovely food can sometimes be a bit of a long wait but worth it 👌

Delivery poor but will put up with a bit late ,food very poor most ended up in the bin chicken over cooked very oily nIwon’t order again.

2nd time I've ordered from Le Raj, was only 10 mins or so later than said time but it was on a Saturday. Food was spot on, very tasty, nice big portions, plenty of chicken and a good price too... Would definetley order again.

Absolutely lovely! Very tasty! We ordered a normal chicken curry for the kids and a chilli chicken balti for us and it packed a punch! The nann was just how I like it, a bit black and crispy on the edge, the crispier the better for me Everyone enjoyed it and we will order from again x

Food was amazing as usual, early delivery which I never expect at the weekend. Only downside was we were missing our poppadums but managed okay without them.

Usually we get good food from Le Raj but this time there was not a lot of meat in 2 of the 4 dishes and the juice was very runny

Ordered at 6.30pm stated would be here at 7.50pm arrived at 8.45! Phoned restaurant twice! Just apologised for it being late as they were busy which is understandable but not kind of waiting time! Food was horrible & cold. Very disappointed.

Food turned up originally over 1hr early, as this was for someone returning from work later, asked if it could be delivered around the asked for time. Meal was taken away and redelivered 30 mins after requested delivery time. On opening the double bagged food, it became obvious that it was the same food, the sauce from the curry had leaked out and made the naan bread virtually inedible,and had covered all the packaging making a mess whilst serving. The curry and rice were good, but not an enjoyable experience due to he service. Will probably look at other takeaways now, which is unfortunate as the food and service has been good in the past

Very bad service, took over 2 hours to arrive, didn't call me to say it was going to be over an hour late! The restaurant is literally a 10 minute walk from our house too! When the food finally arrived it was lukewarm at best bit were too hungry to bother sending it back. Won't be ordering again.

The delivery driver was extremely rude. My partner shouted over the gate (as he was outside when it arrived) ‘one minute mate’ the driver was caught on our doorbell camera saying ‘well hurry up and something else which I couldn’t make out. He then snatched the money out of my partners hand. I ordered an omelettes and it was burnt to a crisp. It tasted very burnt too. Not enjoyable this time. Usually never an issue. Service and food quality was really poor today.

ABSOLOUTLEY DISGRACEFUL! I placed my order because the restaurant was open. i recieved an order confirmation, I'm ABSOLOUTLEY starving, I've been waiting over an hour for my food to arrive, it's gone 10 minuets past the estimated delivery time, so I've tried calling the restaurant and got no answer, I've rang 6 times and its rang for around 3 minuets each time and no one is picking up the phone, so now i have to settle for toast, I'm disgusted with the service. IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT DINNER, ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE

Generous portions and food was excellent

As the food quality and restaurant service states by the stars, abysmal. They gave me the wrong curry so I ended up with 2 curry’s that I didn’t order. When I spoke with the restaurant their answer was ‘I give you next time‘ I said no, he said okay ‘i get hot curry to you’ and I said what about the rest? as it will be cold. Got told to wait 10 minutes, I get a call back and the person I spoke to then said he will not refund me for the whole meal, as it was only the curry that was wrong. What do you order chips rice keema nan and popadoms for? To have with your curry! All they offered was a refund for the curry. I advise people to do what I’m doing next time and going elsewhere!

Meet was chewy like steak and I ordered chicken

Chips went in bin all greasy and burnt. Poppadoms were very greasy and naan bread was burnt so binned it.

After a 2 hour wait our food never turned up. Tried to call the restaurant multiple time’s but they didn’t answer for a whole hour. Will never use this restaurant again!

Absolutely disgusting all the packaging was damaged and food was spilt all the the bag will not ever order from here again

Ordered food approx 5.15 for 7..30. Foid arrived having chased restaurant at nearly 9pm Food was average but chicken v dry in rice dish and breads large but not v tasty. V dissapointed

2 hours late phoned restaurant about 10 times got through on last attempt to be told it in way no apology tried to speak with just eat no help at all disappointed will not order from here again I only live 5 mins away no excuse for how long that took

Delivery and service was so good, came way ahead of time and driver was kind. Shame the food was tasteless, everything tasted the same and extremely bland, coming from a brown guy. However, large portions and definitely worth its quantity for money.

Not very impressed. Made a order with le Raj I had to phone to make a inquiry. They said it would take 1hour half . I was happy with that. After 2 hours I had to phone again. So they said another 30mins . We got our food Nealy 3 hours later. I ordered it at 6.55 and didn't get it till 9.55ish. I understand they might have been busy but please don't give your customers a time and not meet it.

Freshly catapulted to the front door, bag was a mess but food tasted good. Naan breads were wrong but they were huge and still tasted good.

I wish there was a way of blacklisting places in our accounts so you know never to order from them again. Probably the worst meal I've ever received. The oil from well, everything had escaped containers and drenched everything in the bag so it created a mess as soon as we attempted to dish food up. Meat bhuna was lacking in meat and flavour and overloaded with oil. Garlic and cheese naan had no cheese. Chips were fine but how can anyone screw up chips? Tandoori Chicken was mostly overcooked to charcoal so there was very little dry meat remaining. Saag Paneer tasted like the absense of flavour - how can you have so many ingredients and have it taste of literally nothing? The most pleasant tasting thing was the lemon slice in the salad. Just avoid, go literally anywhere else.

Always a delight to order from here food is lovely delivery time is amazing only ever one issue with delivery time but I've ordered a lot from here one of my top indian take outs to order from very good value for money too!

Ordered 2 biryanis 1 special and one meat. However the taste was very bland, the dish looked colourful but there was no taste on the meat or on the biryani rice. Very disappointed.

Order was marked for 8pm delivery chased at 8:10 told it was on its way at 8:25 rang again told it hadn’t been sent tried to cancel order restaurant wasn’t happy and kept stating it was leaving now so I agreed for it to be delivered. Turned up at 8:45 majority of it was cold or just warm. Have ordered from here quiet a few times and has always been ok . This time it was not!

Ordered English roast chicken ..it was a chicken leg but only had 4 bites to eat.always use le raj feel very disappointed

Very late delivery over a hour when it did turn up part of the order was missing. Called them up and Another hour later the rest turned up but was stone Cold. Call about why and got no answer to why. Why should you order food to wait over 2 hrs and to arrive cold not good severe at all.

Cold food.very greasy Brown masala..no taste Missing 2 items..again

Food was ok, however got potato dish instead of paneer ( absolute joke) and then they said they rang me to tell and I didn't pick up ( no way), too much of yellow oil which leaves stains all over, biryani was too dry so not even sure if it was fresh, can't imagine ordering it again.

This restaurant used to be good the food is good but the service is a joke gets later and later everytime won't be going here again

Food was okay enough but it was ruined with the amount of oil over it. The rice and curry’s had pools of yellow oil on top, so much oil it stained my metal sink and a plastic tub bright yellow.

****WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN**** the absolute rudest staff I have ever spoke to. the driver complained about opening the door slow even though it was 45 minutes early which you could tell because the food was disgusting. the chef who we spoke to was shouting at my friend when we rang up then went on to swear at myself numerously. would refuse to complete the order so we would not get our money back from just eat which he then swore again and hung up the phone. I honestly am shocked that a place like this would give this service. there was no effort in the food which I could not stomach.

As always food is really good, the level of service lets it down.. being going here for years but the last 6/7 times I’ve been let down .. the worst was having food delivered over an hour late! I’ve now resorted to ordering and paying on collection... won’t be going back!

I ordered my meal ridiculously close to their closing time but they kindly accepted my order, arrived on time and delivered gorgeous food.

Order placed at 6PM. Food delivered by 8.15PM (Promised delivery time 07:10PM) I have had similar issue earlier with the same vendor but gave a second chance. Now regret my decision. Good Luck for your order.

Do not order from here! Food was over an hour late, on calling the restaurant was rude, calling again was told it would arrive in 10 minutes, did not. About to cancel with JUSTEAT and then arrived. Food was squashed and sauce leaking into bag, missing items from order, food was cold, chicken was tough and Naan was the worst I have ever had. AVOID!

Pathia hot sweet and sour. Had this dish so many times. This was by far the worst tasting for flavour and heat. Peshwari nan lacked flavour and the bottom of the bag was swimming because you squashed the order in. Its going in the bin. If you want photos I'll send some. Never again but like when I called you won't care.

food was late 30 min, no communication. food not fresh(aubergines were undercooked and gummy) driver rudely said they were busy and they will not inform every customer if its late because it would be nonsense to inform them all. told him its unprofessional, heard back its my opinion.

Pathetic!! I ordered pasanda (marinated in yoghurt.. mixed nuts and topped with cream.... as per their menu) but what I got is coconut, yes, Cocnut paste in red color. Probably a khorma left by amother customer they might have mixed to make my dish.

Ordered 6 poppadoms with 3 dips, never received poppadoms, so dips were useless leaving me £4.50 out off pocket. I didn't call restaurant to rectify as I wasn't holding my meal for an hour while they delivered the poppadoms. Shame I have to rate their service as low as I did, as the food was pretty good.
