These are hands down the best croissants and pain au chocolat I have ever had. Yes, including France. The servers are so sweet and kind. Milk alternatives served.

Authentic and unpretentious french cuisine in a beautiful room. Family run and it shows; they take a lot of pride in every detail. While brunch is always a favourite for us, we’re thrilled they’re now open for evenings. Advise calling ahead for a reso. If you can’t get a table they have a great selection of meats, cheeses, desserts to enjoy at home.

Nice place with many home made things: cakes, pastry, confiture, etc. It's a putty that is a take away place.

Good coffee, pretty good croissant, could not see some of the menu items listed in images of the cafe! Would stop again if already passing by but may not go out of the way for it!

My go-to place for delicious artisan coffee and sublime patisseries....and their Edit of French products is excellent! Staff so smiling and kind, the owner often there and similarly approachable and full of good advice. He's created an atmosphere that feels so homely. I have to forbid myself to go else I puff up myself! But my team at work loves it when we have a special event to celebrate and I bring in the croissants, pain au chocolat and even better, croque-monsieurs!!!! Stay away if you can't handle temptation!!!

Quite simply the best French cafe in London, with croque monsieurs to die for, excellent sausage rolls and mochas using Monmouth coffees, and fabulous produce from the likes of Dusty Knuckle, Navarrico, Maisin Marc, and La Trinquelitinne. I was fortunate to live around the corner from here for many years and I’ll always make the desire to visit when I’m in the neighbourhood.

I can't begin to explain how awesome Le Peche Mignon is. Ok, I'll try. First, the croissants are a must. They are flaky on the outside and buttery on the inside, and are far better than croissants from the more popular places in central London. Second, the coffee is excellent, whether you are getting a cappuccino or black. Third, the quiches are spectacular - flaky crust and flavourful fillings. Fourth, the croissants...

Nos encanta su pastel de llovizna de limón, sin embargo, nos decepcionaron en esta ocasión. ¿El sabor a limón amargo habitual no estaba allí tal vez debido al uso de ingredientes inferiores?

Our local favourite! The coffee, butter croissants, lemon drizzle cake and butternut squash & spinach rolls are absolutely outstanding. The staff are really warm and friendly too.

Fabulous little cafe. I had to wait for a seat to become free but I spent the time looking at their interesting range of mainly French foodstuffs. The coffee is excellent. They source it from Monmouth in London so you just know it’s going to be first class. They only do the one size latte though, so I had to have a second one! The pain au chocolat I had with it was as good as it gets. If I lived in Stortford I wouldn’t other going anywhere else.

Great place. Excellent coffee, delicious sandwiches, quality bread, and the best lemon drizzle I have had in a long time. Also, it must be said, they choose very good music to play.

A lovely little cafe in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire. We were served by the owner who made us a delicious coffee. My daughter had a pan au chocolate. They sell French produce too.

Outstanding quiche and exceptional salad with lovely roasted veggies and a perfect dressing. The spinach ricotta roll was lovely as well.

Loaded with french and italian goods. They also sell wine and drinks. We tried their sandwich and salad of the day, both very delicious. Also their canelé was incredible.

One of the best coffees I’ve ever had

I’m a regular at this cute little French deli because it’s one of those places that is consistently delicious, and I like to see the friendly faces that I’m familiar with. I love everything about it, but especially that I never get bored of having lunches from here and going to Highbury Fields/sitting at the bench in front to people watch. My reviews: - Coffee: Consistently good with excellent baristas and Monmouth coffee - Croissant: Probably the best one in London that I’ve tried so far - Baguettes: I usually order the mozzarella one as it’s usually there and it’s great but omg the tuna one is SO GOOD - Soup of the day: It always feels very healthy - Deli section: Unfortunately I haven’t tried many things, but I love the biscotti One thing I wish for is seating at the back garden. It always seems so nice when I peek through the windows :(

Great coffee and pastries. Overall cute little place with lots of deli style products good for the fridge and the pantry. Try the mocha here it’s great and so are all their pastries as well. They don’t have seating apart from a couple of benches outside!

Perfect. So lucky to have a place with such high quality products so close. Wonderfully welcoming staff as well. Great spot to get edible gifts for others (or yourself!). My wife believes these are the best pains au chocolat she's had in London. Hard to disagree.

One of the best croissant in N7, that's for sure! (Not the the best, we have a new best in the borough) Nice coffee as well and lots of options in case your up to something else. For the Brazilians out there, they do croissant with ham and cheese! But ignore some of the pictures, there is no place to sit inside, it's just take away.

I've been living in london for 29 years and I've never came across this gem until recently. The croissants are amazing and the coffee is the best in the area. What really makes your experience special is the barista there on the weekends, he always makes my coffee perfectly and is so friendly. i always look forward to the weekend of the exceptional coffee and amazing treats!

Cute people serving cute things! Walked in for my morning coffee post run! They use Monmouth coffee so if Borough market is far, this is perf! The pastries were fresh. Quick service. Friendly staff and welcoming with a wide smile! Great start to a day. They also do french Wine and Deli items like cheese and meat if you eat nonveg! The name is a tricky one but a hidden gem and definitely worth trying!

My fiancé and I lived around the corner for four years and must have visited Le Peche at least once a day for all of those four years! Amazing coffee, spectacular pastries (always tough to decide between ham and cheese, croque monsiuer and pain au chocolate), and most of all great people. Will miss Ludo, Alex, Nico and the rest of the team!

A tad too moody for a place inflating the price of continental goods. Often a sign of behavioural profit focus and absent integrity. Being pleasant regardless of how much your customer spends is good social practice.

Good cafe in a locality where there is plenty of competition. This is one of the best. Definitely one of the best is what I should have stated. Coffee is, of course, top notch and there is a great variety of sweet and savoury items. Oh, I almost forgot that LPM masquerades as a, more than passable, deli for the N4 faithful.

I work around the corner and absolutely love this place for a quick takeaway. I've tried the quiches, sandwiches, cakes, sausage roll, salads... pretty much everything except the coffee which I hear is exceptional. Sometimes there's a wait, but it's totally worth it. Bon choix

Beautiful little french café, and yet another great stop for a coffee to add to the already plentiful options in the local area. The only drawback being that there is always a queue so be prepared to wait for 10+ mins.

I used to come here quite a bit a couple of years ago and sit in the back. Today I went and got served through the hatch, it looks like they are dealing with lockdown well and there was quite a queue. I think this place might serve the best coffee in London. It is amazing! Hidden away just off Holloway Road it is well worth a little detour.
