Massive waste of time!!! We thought we’d try here as The Breakfast Club’s queue was too long ~ big mistake, we waited 30 minutes for a luke warm coffee then a further 20 minutes for a cold slimy revolting 🤮 tasting slop of a crepe. It is insulting to actually call it a crepe! Clearly they have no clue what they are doing.

Have visited here a few times for breakfast and am always impressed with the service. James and the rest of the staff always go above and beyond to make the customer feel welcome.

I was attended to straight away by Glenys and she served me a tasty crepe with hot chocolate which was an unforgettable experience 😋😍. I've always loved this place and been many many times.

First time there my friend ordered an Earl Grey tea it tasted awful like there was chemicals in it maybe what they washed it in. She also ordered a banana split crepe and the banana was black she told the waitress and showed it to her she seemed to want to go to tell the chef we asked her to take it away as my friend couldn't eat it she eventually did and then brought it back and even then the banana wasn't even that fresh and there was too much chocolate sauce on the crepe she couldnt eat it. On the plus side my coffee was nice crepe salmon cream cheese was OK nothing to write home about but it was eatable. We wouldn't go back it was quite expensive too 22 quid for the experience..

Well I have no idea if they should be called crepe’s or pancakes but they were delicious. Called in whilst trying to find somewhere to have breakfast and we tried two of their breakfast crepes and both were delicious. The ordering on the app via the QR code was easy enough, and the staff seemed friendly and helpful. Would call again if in the area.

Crepe-tastic! Savoury and sweet pancake deliciousness all served up with a smile. Totally bannanas and a bit nuts!

Why is it no one ever cooks crêpes properly? Even when you request it to be cooked or well done all you ever get it one side beautifully crisp the other underdone & soggy. Learn to control the hot plate. Lemon & sugar - one measly wedge & a light sprinkle of icing sugar. Definitely not crepe au sucre & limone. Overpriced & not worth the visit.

Loved the idea and the service was good - but these are not crepes as I know them - so really think it is mis-named. Yes, they might be pancakes but someone needs to check out what crepes are in France.

Great crepes here with a good selection. You order at the bar or via the menu at your table. The pancakes are tasty and enjoyable so you will not be able to resist a dessert one. Reasonable prices and not at all pretentious. What’s not to like?

Popped in for a refreshing Earl Grey tea and great tasting cannolis - tried all 3 flavours: pistachio, lemon and chocolate. Friendly staff.

Popped in to have breakfast, I was asked to scan the QR code which I did. Had trouble ordering, went to the waitress for help, she spent 1 minute looking at the menu but couldn’t explain how I could order exactly what I wanted, she then started speaking to two other customers…absolutely appalling service, my husband and I decided to leave, she didn’t even notice we were preparing to leave. Just as we were leaving a lady walked in, we told her not to bother because you have to scan the QR code she immediately turned and walked away. I guess this company is so rich they don’t want customers with money to spend. Absolutely terrible service. Won’t be going back there.

Amazing gluten free pancakes. Went on Sunday early especially for my daughters birthday for gluten free pancakes. Huge pancakes with every filling you can imagine. She ate the lot. Definitely go early as they were turning people away as they were full.

First time visiting this place and it was a great experience. Place was clean and had a fun atmosphere, staff were friendly and food was great 😋 (I had the Ferrero Rocher crêpe and my wife had a buckwheat cinnamon, banana and butterscotch crêpe) We learned that they had a staff swap very recently and you could tell that the new lads wanted to work hard and serve their customers well. We were served by Thiago who was attentive to detail and happy to help. When we’re in the area again, we’ll definitely come back 😊

This place seems to have upped its game since my last visit 5 years ago. The service is exemplary and the ultimate cheese and ham crepe without fault. You can sit inside or out and there is a selection of savoury and sweet crepes. It also serves coffee and pastries. All the prices are reasonable so I will be back shortly.

The crepes came all at such different times that each of us basically ate alone, they also forgot part of our order entirely. The crepes themselves were nice for a quick lunch stop but nothing amazing.
