A lovely cafe, hidden and tucked away in this Camden Passage. Cozy place to chill whilst enjoying a cuppa.

Very bad, they advertise gluten-free and when you go they don't give you service because they don't have any.

Surprisingly cheerful and pleasant service.

I have never had this experience before here. But today, look at this—these rockets don’t even look fresh. This is not how you should present your food, and the taste is bad, not like before. I ordered one avacado veg supreme and other is chicken one. They put too much sauce.

Good food and coffee with excellent service. Reasonably priced in comparison other local restaurants. Complimentary Match Latte also given which was a fortunate surprise. Unfortunately the toilets were not the cleanest but this may have been due to being quite busy.

We got seated fastly, but they had a problem with their ordering app and we waited half an hour for our crêpes. They offered us a smoothie for the inconvenience. The crêpes were really good !

Looks nice and cosy but it's a bit small with limited seating. When I visited it was a bit on the noisy side but I guess that can easily change. If you manage to come in at a quieter time, the food is decent and the service is spot on. They were also open until 8PM which is very convenient since, most cafés close 5 PM

No toilets available . Service one coffee at a time for 4 people. No spoons for capuccino ….. lots to improve . Nice location

I had a very disappointing experience at Crêpeaffaire recently, and it was largely due to an employee named Andrei. From the moment I walked in, his attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. He seemed uninterested in helping customers and acted as if any request was an inconvenience. When I asked for recommendations, Andrei responded with impatience and a noticeable lack of enthusiasm. The crepe I ordered was poorly made – unevenly cooked and cold by the time it was served. When I politely pointed out the issue, Andrei’s reaction was defensive and condescending, making the entire situation uncomfortable. Customer service should be a priority in a place like this, but Andrei’s behavior made it clear that he didn’t care about providing a positive experience. It’s a shame because the concept of Crêpeaffaire is great, but staff like Andrei ruin it. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone unless serious improvements are made to both the service and the quality of the food.

Dirty restaurant, exhausted staff. Doesn't make you want to enjoy your drink or want to come back.

The lady with the red curly hair who served me was absolutely rude. She burnt my crepe and I had asked for it to be remade. She began complaining that I was being rude for asking her to remake my crepe and walked away continuing to complain about me for the whole place to hear. The service was absolutely appalling as a Muslim woman it was horrific to see as the other customers there at the time were not treated in this way.

Came in to get a crepe at 08:30pm. I was told the shop closed in 30mins. The staff made me feel like I was a big inconvenience, barking orders at me. The restaurant looked pretty dirty with tables still uncleared. I felt so unwelcome I left it.

Simplemente el peor servicio al cliente y simplemente el peor café amargo que he tomado en mis 2 semanas en Londres. Es el tipo de azúcar de café que ni siquiera ayuda a Dark Roast y tan amargo como, cortésmente le pedí al camarero que se lo llevara y se lo dije. Las crepes estaban bien, pero esperaron casi 45 minutos para una porción de limón y azúcar y una de fresa y Nutella, que estaba bien, pero la espera fue extrema. Personalmente daría a este lugar un parto amplio, especialmente si busca un bocado rápido o un gran café muchos mejores cafés cerca.

Tasty crepe and make me visit again next time at soonest time

A nice place in Camden Passage serving Crêpes, drinks and pastries. Service was good. Discounts available if you order via the QR code. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is not big but when busy there is a nice friendly atmosphere. Will definitely return.

Coffee is insanely delicious and service/vibe is cozy - crepe on the other hand is undercooked and mushy with not much flavor

Food missing , Delivery guy rude , he was outside calling me when i was working reception he did not even try enter the bulding , he wanted me tell him the code outside i told him im in reception come up then he came. I did not give jim the code because the order was 1 crepe not even the one i ordered Nothing else. The restaurant is awful , not answering my call , not making my food , waited for nothing. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY!

Toilet was gross, staff left out straw on a dirty table.

We were looking for a place to have coffee and stumbled upon this place by chance. They have special offer for crepes on certain time. You can order from the counter or online at your table. Unfortunately our crepe was given to another table who came a lot later than us. Having said that, when we finally got our crepe and it was so yummy.

Food is good. However, baristas are so stressed, that they take wrong orders and make you pay for it. So double check your order before you pay!

My friends back pack got stolen!! 22nd September. Between 6.30pm and 7.15pm. Staff said they couldn't access CCTV!! No other help!!

I dined in to get the Mexican crepe and sat on the table closest to the door. The table was quite dirty with lots of crumbs and splotches on it. It was busy so there weren’t any other tables too. The waiter cleaned the table but there were Stains of chocolate on the table. I generally like this place but the cleanliness must be maintained.

Came here today Kim and ana were very nice and welcoming food was good. Will be coming back.

I had visited a fair few times and never had issues. I visited a few months ago and due to them having no plates or cutlery we were served with wooden cutlery and take away boxes. But was gifted a free crep valid until August. Upon handing this to the manager today, I was told it’s from 2022, I tried to explain that I was given it a few months ago but she proceeded to speak over me whilst telling “don’t worry I’ll still give it to you” implying I’m still lying. Not something I’d expect from this type of establishment. Will not be returning

If I could do 10star I would. The taste of the Crepes reminded me of my first organs. The looks weren't everything but once you got into it. Was mouth watering good. From out of country on vacation and was greated as soon as I walked in and was told about 10%off when scanning the QR code at the table. Extremely polite and nice. Facility is very clean and organized with in and outdoor seating. Highly recommend the all day breakfast crepe and a vanilla and salted caramel latte.

the food was absolutely lovely and the atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming, the service is wonderful especially from a staff member named kimberly i believe who was more than amazing with her job,she made me the most lovely waffle and milkshake you can see what an effort she made especially how friendly she is , will definitely be visiting again!

Very prompt service . No fuss . Clean tables. Friendly and efficient. Crepes tasty , very nice selection. Open till late . So flexible opening time . Well staffed . Nice area . Had lotus biscuits crepe and a banana and butterscotch with cinnamon.

Food - some good some not but dining experience was unpleasant. Had to wait 30 mins to sit down despite multiple open tables. Tables were not cleaned beforehand - crumbs and food leftover. Food served on cheap paper plates?? Salmon cream cheese crepe 2/5 - barely any salmon on it. Ultimate ham and cheese 5/5 Hot chocolate 4/5 Matcha latte 1/5 Matcha powder was not fully dissolved from my partners drink so it was diluted then intense all at once. He swallowed a bunch of matcha powder. Sent it back and got another, same exact issue, was told “just stir it yourself”. Even after stirring there was no difference. Got refunded just for matcha.

The manager are super rude (guy with the glasses) we had breakfast there 22/06 taken almost an hour to to get our breakfast the crepe was burn. really unorganised staff. 0 Customer service . Not recommended.!!!

We had to wait over half hour for a couple of crepes, when the restaurant was want even that busy. We had the eggs Benedict crepe and the avocado vegan one. Both were abysmal. The eggs Benedict crepe barely had any eggs and the eggs that were there were overcooked and almost scrambled. The hollandaise sauce was basically mayonnaise and the way it was presented looked like an afterthought. The vegan crepe was unbelievably bland. It was almost like eating cardboard. A member of staff said they have too many Deliveroo orders, which is strange when there are customers paying more to eat in. The cutlery was dusty, and I’ve had better cutlery on an airplane. We had a cannoli as well, which tasted stale and it was like the sugar in the crème wasn’t blended in properly. Additionally, there were dirty tables all around and the washroom was a mess as well. Overall, wouldn’t recommend at all, and would go to any of the other establishments on the same street that have excellent offerings.

Food was average at best, savoury crepes were lacking. Waited for about 30 minutes to get our food due to Deliveroo taking priority over sit in guests, who pay more for the privilege I might add. Lots of dirty tables with empty plates, cups and glasses. A novelty for children but if you want decent food go to one of the 15 other, better places found on the walk to this abysmal dining experience.

I could not be happier with this restaurant! Amazing food, beyond helpful and friendly service, and warm welcoming atmosphere. You can tell the staff is hardworking and they are very kind. I am only here for a few weeks and I already know I will be coming back multiple times!

Please for the love of god to whoever in head office is sourcing the matcha, you need to pull some pennies out of the company pockets and order a higher grade. You really can’t be charging what you charge for grainy, grey matcha which sinks to the bottom of the glass in clumps. For reference matcha should be green and not taste vaguely like ash. I think you have your lovely staff using baking grade, please fix.

I ordered a strawberry and chocolate waffle. It came with the few pieces of strawberry. The attendants were lost in the orders.

Actually some of the worst service I’ve ever had - there’s clearly a problem of communication and with the QR code ordering system, as I got my crepe and my dad didn’t get his until 30 minutes later, if not more, it wasn’t even particularly nice (I’m French, this was average at best) and not worth it. They gave us free coffees to apologize but doesn’t feel worth it. Some vegetarian and vegan options, but will not be returning.

First time here was a good experience, crepe came quite fast, truly enjoyed it. Second time round now real disappointment, the guy doing the crepe was a very young guy, obviously not fully concentrated. The wait was a bit long, then checking on when it would be ready. After over 20 minutes waiting in total he made a mistake using normal cheese instead of dairy free. I ordered gluten free and dairy free. Unfortunately my patience ran out and also time, didn't want to rush the food down so had to ask for refund and leaving me hungry and having to go to work with an empty stomach and very moody. I might go back but with this young guy it's a nono for me. 2nd time round and completely disappointed.

Honestly really wanted to like this place. My wife and I popped in for a Saturday morning and walked away really disappointed. Crepes themselves were actually really good, but the filing was bland and I think they use powdered eggs and an odd kind of cheese. May give it another go just in case it was an off day but I would recommend getting something with enough veg or meat to really get enough in each bite.

Got kicked out of the store due to ordering a coffee and being a past employee despite now being a paying customer. Very unprofessional and saddening.

new manager yelled at me and another costumer because we were sitting inside (his reasoning: we used to work here and “it’s inappropriate for us to be there drinking coffee”), kicked us out when there were multiple tables available plus no costumers waiting to be served or seated, threatened to ban us from the store and call the police, and said other costumers would complain because we interacted with staff once when asking for coffee (he said we were “distracting” his staff). rest of staff was lovely and apologetic. completely UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE unprovoked behaviour from the manager. got told we’d been there for “4-5 hours” and “had to leave immediately”; it had been 40 min.

Terrible experience. Baby not welcome at all. Our little baby was starving and the staff did not want to heat up her meal (which was a close food from supermarket). They prefered to have our baby shouting at the middle of the other clients. Therefore, we had to leader without finishing our crepe while we paid. Thank you!

Slow, slow, slow. After enquiring abouts drinks staff recommend ordering via the QR code at the table. After waiting 10 minutes drinks hadn't arrived so went up to the counter to see if I should collect them as were outside. Still making them. Further 5 minutes pass when receive one drink not made properly. Still hadn't received second drink so back up again, with other drink to request it to be mixed as it should be. Staff look at me exasperated and like I'm from another planet so just asked there and then for a full refund, which itself was tortuous. I'm not normally like this to complain but it was not a great experience.

I went into the store on a £2 Tuesday and there were these two girls, Carmeta and Krishna working. The atmosphere was extremely hectic and busy but these girls remained calm and were super lovely and helpful. Made us some lovely crepes super quickly as well, despite seeming understaffed xx

Whilst walking through Camden passage flea market today Crepeaffaire caught my eye. I was served by Carmetta, although it was extremely busy she attended to me very quickly. The crepe was absolutely delicious, I had the ultimate ham and cheese with a coffee. I cannot recommend this shop enough, the service was especially brilliant.

Went here a couple days ago and I had excellent service from Cameta, she was really helpful and picked the best crepe for me as I didn't know which one to choose. Would definitely come again. I would recommend the goat deluxe.

Massive waste of time!!! We thought we’d try here as The Breakfast Club’s queue was too long ~ big mistake, we waited 30 minutes for a luke warm coffee then a further 20 minutes for a cold slimy revolting 🤮 tasting slop of a crepe. It is insulting to actually call it a crepe! Clearly they have no clue what they are doing.

We waited for about 45 minutes and were asked 3 times what did we order. The smell of burnt oil is really strong so it was not the pleasant time of waiting. Do not recommend anyone.

Cozy dessert spot and the server was v kind. Would recommend the crepe.

Electricity for cooking was faulty so not able to have food ... staff were amazing. Helpful, sociable and apologetic for situation out of their control. Looking forward to coming back when things are working and trying food

A super crepe wide choice (including vegan). Hot, freshly made, good service, always a bit of a queue which adds to the anticipation. They take credit cards so no problem there. Its all good.

Hits the spot!! Really good vegan chicken and vegan cheese crepe. Comes with avocado. Delicious and not too filling. Good protein hit. Lovely and warm decor.
