Carriages Brasserie in Islington

We were too exhausted to find another job place to eat dinner so we decided to just go to the hotel restaurant. They had the early dinner special for £11.95 for two course meal per person. The meal was great but service was slow especially since we were the only ones there.

Good was nice, service good. I found the restaurant to be a little cold and unfortunately I left my jacket which I never got back

I had a lovely meal here following a day exploring the British Museum. My food was seasoned and cooked well. The menu felt like it was just right for the weary traveler. Should I stay at this hotel again, I will eat here again.

We only ate once in this restaurant, it was our first night after a tiring day sight seeing. It was ok, not amazing, expensive for what we had. There are better and cheaper options not far from the hotel.

Excellent accueil alors que nous sommes rentrées vers 21 h .Le personnel de salle très agréable nous a Meme fait l'honneur de quelques mots en Français .C'etait charmant !

Wine was reasonably priced, we were on the set menu - starters were fine, fish and chips were adequate but not as good as our local fish and chip shop, fruit salad fine but waffle a bit stoggy, staff were pleasant, we found the service fine, but I did notice some tables waiting longer than us to be served maybe they were on the a la carte menu. Breakfast was fine, we got a table straight away and food was hot and plenty of it

my family and I ate here both nights of our stay, they have a very reasonable set menu and the food was nice, however they won't allow you to choose a dessert from the normal menu and just pay separately so they ended up loosing money because we choose to have no dessert. Staff unable to speak much English.

Ofrece la posibilidad de una tranquila cena. El menú ofrece una alternativa variada. La lasaña de verduras estaba exquisita.

Ristorante nella media, elegante e sofisticato ma piatti nella norma. Io ho preso un piatto di pasta che era buono, ma potevo farlo anche io a casa con un bel po' di formaggi mescolati in un pastone unico.. c'è da dire che noi italiani siamo molto pignoli sulla pasta ;) Il mio ragazzo ha preso un filetto che era molto bello a vedersi e anche a mangiarsi. Il contorno erano le solite patate fritte, sempre buone. niente di straordinario purtroppo, ma devo fare i complimenti al nostro cameriere andaluso, cortesissimo e diligente, sempre pronto a venirmi incontro non appena cercavo di trovare la traduzione di parole che non conoscevo :) quindi, pazienza infinita e servizio ottimo.
