Came for lunch, very friendly and chatty staff. Food was great!

I kept hearing recommendations for this place, so I was so disappointed with the experience. I’ll start with the positive, the drinks were fantastic, although a little pricey. The staff were very friendly with ordering and serving the food, although there must have been a shift change as the staff were not to be seen again after the food was served. The food looked good on the presentation, the poached eggs and salmon were okay, the salmon was a decent portion. French toast was ruined by the bacon, which was so crispy you couldn’t cut it and was far too salty. Which left myself and my guests thirsty for the rest of the day. The breakfast had the same issue with the bacon. The Sausages were beautifully caramelised and a decent size but tasted simply disgusting, with what seemed to be more herbs than there was meat, I would have preferred a cheap Richmond banger. The Ham and cheese toastie is actually a cheese sauce rather than a slice of real cheese, that tasted fine to me, but unfortunately it meant my son wouldn’t eat it. The food itself was not the absolute worst I have ever had, but in relation to the price it was terrible value. To finish off the trip I popped to the toilet where I was instantly glad I could go standing up, as the toilet seat wasn’t on the toilet, but propped up against the wall in a nearby corner. The whole thing was certainly an experience to remember, but sadly not for the right reasons.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Munch and it was absolutely perfect! The owner, Michael and his team were incredibly accommodating and flexible, making the planning and evening event a breeze. The venue itself is great, and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend Le Munch to anyone looking for a fantastic venue to host a special event.

WOW! What a great place, great food, wonderful service. Attention to detail, our food looked and tasted really good. We arrived and the man came out with a bowl of water for our dog. So welcoming.

Me and my friend came in for breakfast, we ordered 2 regular breakfasts and 2 cokes. They were short on food items so we had an extra egg and bit of bacon to make up for it. The food came out an hour later, and then was charged the price for 2 large breakfasts.

Definitely going back to this little gem. Reasonably priced too 🙂. Unfortunately it's encapsulated by double yellow lines. Fortunately they don't appear to be policed. I couldn't help noticing that, if you aim a German vehicle, you can abandon it, willy nilly, on the pavement. Win win! 😁

Usually love Le Munch, however while waiting for food today, we witnessed what I believe is the manager (male black hair) being quite outwardly rude to his staff. I found this unprofessional and I felt like some of the waiters, who were still finding confidence with the role, were completely humiliated in the cafe: the manger was speaking loudly and rudely to his staff and I feel this isn’t okay. It’s a shame because we really love coming here and the food is great and the place looks amazing.

We’ve been visiting Le Munch for breakfasts and lunches for about a year now and we take friends there when they visit too. The food (and importantly the coffee) are fantastic and the menu is varied. They also offer freshly squeezed orange juice which I love. They really pay attention to what they make and the owner is lovely. They have plenty of vege options as well as meaty dishes. I haven’t looked for vegan tbh but I imagine they have this too. There’s also a deli and take away part of the cafe.

We are regulars - because this place is a real delight. Love the vibe the people the coffee and the grub! Always welcoming.

Let Munch is a breakfast favourite for us, we often go as a larger group and they are always friendly and accommodating. Best to book if you are a larger group than four as it’s popular at the weekends. Only criticism I have is that the toast could be a bit more toasted on the poached eggs as it’s sometimes a bit soggy. The team are very friendly and helpful. See you again soon!

The Big One full English breakfast was tasty. Hit the spot. Rather small plate though for all the food. Lovely fresh orange juice. Reasonable prices.

A lively English breakfast not swimming in grease, the ambient s good, staff free fly and good coffee. This will now become my go to.

We have been to the Cafe a few times to meet with friends. The atmosphere is always friendly and the food is always prepared nicely. The staff are very friendly especially Tasha who manages to remember what I have ordered previously when sometimes I forget. Well worth a visit.

I often pop into Le Munch for a morning coffee as I live nearby and work from home. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and friendly - especially Tash who is always more than happy to help, efficient with her work, and makes incredible lattes topped with beautiful art! The vibes inside are immaculate and the café is overflowing with personality. If you haven't been to Le Munch yet, you're missing out!

I arrived at this chic cafe, after being drenched in a torrential downpour, to be met by a delightfully courteous woman called Natasha. She immediately made me feel extremely comfortable, whilst explaining the breakfast (and specials board). My food, comprising poached gags, avocado, and fresh chillies over sour dough toast; was delicious! I can’t thank Natasha and her team at Le Munch, and I’ll definitely be back soon 😊😋

This cafe is a hidden gem! The interior is cute and cosy, went and had a look at the art displayed on the walls, love the wood vibe. I ordered a spicy ginger shot and it was so delicious, fresh ingredients, and beautifully garnished. Latte art was a nice touch you don’t see often anymore. The staff were caring and funny also .,waitress with the REALLY long hair was brilliant and efficient, providing fast high quality service with a smile, the servers really do make a place I believe. Will be back very soon!

Always such a great experience i come here when ever im in the area for the lovely food and vibe the staff make possible. The food is always beautifully presented and attention to detail is important to the owner. Natasha was lovely nothing was to much trouble she really brightens up the place. Good staff are hard to come by

Normally come in on a Sunday morning after my son's piano lesson. Breakfast absolutely delicious. Very generous portions and they kindly swap any ingredients you don't like, e.g. give you an extra sausage instead of mushrooms.

OH had a very nice Wrap from their Specials. I had a typical Full English, although the black pudding was ultra thin. Service was very good. In all the food was good. The HUGE NO NO was seen on our way out. I know some places allow dogs and whilst I don't agree I can see it will attract additional customers and owners may humour the idea. What however is a huge no no is when customers are allowed to hold the dogs on their laps and put their paws on the table, all in clear sight of the staff/manager/owner. We won't be back

Passing the shop front and saw the especially made scotch eggs - bought two and they were two of the best that I’ve ever eaten - highly recommend !!

I'm a miserable old so and so and don't normally write reviews but this place is worthy of an exception. We had 45 minutes to kill so decided to grab a breakfast here. It was, without a doubt, the best English breakfast I have ever eaten out. Every element was cooked with care and the whole was far greater than the sum of the parts. The sausages and hollandaise deserve a special mention though. The staff obviously cared, were welcoming and friendly without being intrusive. Overall a very pleasant and surprising experience.

Quirky little place. The food is good. The staff are welcoming and there are board games, jenga etc. They are very child friendly, and their prices don't seem to have changed in the last few years.

Le Munch is one of the go to eateries my partner and I visit whenever in Bournemouth. The food has never disappointed and we always look forward to getting a meal here. Our experiences of eating here have consistently been positive - from the wide and varied choices offered on the menu, the exceptionally high standard of the food, to the lovely warm service received. To top if off, the prices are very reasonable for what you experience and get. On our most recent occasion of visiting Le Munch, I had a delicious burger meal and Popeye smoothie. My partner had the vegetarian breakfast and Popeye smoothie. Both of us could really taste the quality of the ingredients used as well how well the food had been cooked. We both walked away with full bellies and 100% satisfied. We are eally looking forward to our next return visit.

This restaurant is a perfect place to go for a brunch, went on a weekend trip to Bournemouth and had breakfast here both days and they did not disappoint, it was so good had to go back twice. The food was quick to come, presented well and they have a fantastic choice of smoothies. The prices were very reasonable and the portion sizes were perfect. Staff where so friendly will definitely be coming back to Bournemouth just for this place.

Popped in for lunch on a rainy Sat afternoon. Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful and the food (lunch special) was excellent. Very good value too. I highly recommend the freshly made fruit juice drinks. This place is also dog friendly and the dogs are certainly eager to come back.

I had the best breakfast since I lived in Bournemouth UK for about 5 years. The service is impeccable 👌 👏. We will definitely come back. The food is very 👍 good.

Hands down the best eggs benedict I’ve ever had(I only have this when I get breakfast)!!!! My husband got a big english breakfast and he was not disappointed either. I was too hungry and forgot to capture my eggs 😂 The food took a bit too long to come (20 mins) but the wait was worth it.

Le Munch is a lovely friendly eatery in Boscombe, Bournemouth. My partner and I have eaten at this establishment on several occasions and have always been impressed by the food quality, freshness and taste . Added to the incredibly friendly service, it's always a pleasure to eat here. Today my partner and I both had the lunch time special of salmon frittata and fries. It was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Additionally, the accompanying 'Popeye' smoothie my partner ordered was a perfect complement to the meal. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Bournemouth.

I recommend Le Munch to everyone. Friendliest, kindest staff. Best coffee roast in the area, always bold and hot. Breakfast is delicious. Am yet to try selection from the adjoining Deli but always smells delightful.

We came for a late lunch with friends. Staff were welcoming then found us a seat. Menu was busy enough for a spread of dietary requirements with a lot of nice options. Food was delightful, we were all happy with our choices and we’d definitely come back :)

Everything at Le Munch us spectacular. The service is impeccable and the food is great. I highly recommend any jacket Potato and the club sandwich is the best I’ve ever had. I suggest to check the day menu as it changes everyday.

Only discovered this place in the last month, and on both occasions we visited the service has been incredible, food to die for, and all within a beautiful setting. The staff go above and beyond to make your time incredible. Without a shadow of a doubt we will be back as this has become our new favourite place to stop for food when visiting Bournemouth or Boscombe.

Lovely café with friendly staff, popped in last week for breaky, had scrambled eggs on toast with mushrooms & tomatoes, which was all cooked as you would want it. The seating areas are spacious and I sat at a window seat watching the world go by.. Overall good value for your money..

Michael and the staff are alway warm and welcoming. They make the best sausage rolls I have ever tasted - they are fantastic. Always a pleasure to pop in!

On the day after Boxing Day 2022, I went hunting and gathering around Boscombe to find a couple of simple bacon & egg baps for me and my partner. After coming out of several cafes disappointed like the scene from the J.R.Hartley commercial these guys said no problem. Took them home and they were divine! These guys saved our lives. Will definitely use them again

We waited 40 minutes to have our food bought out to us, for my partners food to be very cold. Mine was piping hot so it was very strange. It was NOT worth the wait, we were gutted. We also felt uncomfortable sat right next to another couple… (Table 1 & 2). We all felt awkward.

my daughter and i had the best hot chocolate in town today at this lovely cafe' really impressed with how clean and efficient this was and hospitality was second to none, cannot wait to try what looked amazing food.

Le Munch is a lovely Cafe everyday when u feel like in the mood like in the morning or afternoon the service is okay but medium I think they need more service to clean as they go like cleaning up the dishes from the tables and disinfectant spray for the next Customer's to come by and serve them.

Beautifully presented cafe with delicious food, fantastic service, always accommodating and vegetarian/vegan options as standard. Very nice meal had whilst having a work meeting and very reasonable prices for the quality of the food served.

We pre-booked for a group of 14 ladies on a Saturday morning. This could have been a big ask BUT the staff were lovely and attentive. The food and drinks were amazing. We had a large range of dishes from the breakfast and lunch menu and I didn't hear one grumble! Thank you Le Munch - a great success

Le Munch currently offers all day breakfast, however this was briefly suspended when we were testing switching to a lunch menu after a set time. There was a communication error between staff, so inconsistency with what we offered on this occasion. Nothing personal Ryan! Don't visit unless you are a regular. Came in with family to have a breakfast (as we have done for the past 3 years whilst on our holiday) and got told they don't do breakfast after 12. Only to have a nice young lady (obviously a regular) come in a few minutes later and get offered a breakfast with her choice of whatever. Extremely poor customer service. Will not visit again and certainly won't recommend.
