Been using this takeaway for 30 years and finally decided not anymore. The staff are friendly and food is better than most, however service is not always good. Couple of weeks ago it took over and hour and half just to get 2 cheeseburgers deli ered. 2 days ago driver came with no change said he would return with it but never did, had he done so I would have give him a tip, now they have lost me as a customer, So on that note I'll never use them again after 30 years of loyal custom, which is a shame. I did try to call but no answer, and takeaway never called to apologise. We order same thing everytime so it's not like they don't know who I am.

Delivery over 1.25 hours,rung to enquire why,got told nothing they could do and hung up. Quality customer service, not. When order eventually arrived it was wrong. Oh dear 🙄

not only is the food amazing every single time, but i want to give a shout out to the delivery drivers! so good and have a bit of banter and a laugh! Honestly these guys are taking it to the level, not only with there food but the delivery its just awesome

normally really enjoy the food from here tonight wasn't so good the lamb was overcooked in the munch box " like black and crispy" and felt the salad lacked stuff such as tomato's. it definitely wasn't to it's usual standard which is a shame as I really enjoyed my previous meals from here. such a shame. hopefully the standard will be better next time. if there's a next time.

Third time we've ordered, pretty much bang on time every time. Pizzas freshly cooked and delivered hot. The thin base is a little bit thicker than I'm used to but that's the only (minor) grumble I can think of.

There was a delay but we were kept informed. Food is always excellent and hot.

An hour and 30mins for a 10inch deep pan pepperoni pizza !! Dry, crust hard, tasty, pepperoni. But overcooked and dry!! What a waste of time and money. If your very busy!! I’d rather know. Then I could go elsewhere! So disappointed!

Always enjoy the food from Le Monde. I ordered five chicken strips but they had run out so only got three, but they went above and beyond and gave me a full portion of nuggets and a can of Coca Cola. Fantastic customer service. Best takeaway in Shipley and Bradford.

After a mix up and someone taking a delivery that wasn't theirs. the guys were really apologetic and made another quickly. Shame some people can't be honest. thank you le monde.
