Been coming here for the past 6 years- I’ve tried many other shisha lounges across the U.K, UAE and Iran, I always come back to Le mirage as it has the best shisha and their house special pizza is absolutely amazing (had it 5 times in one week I was that addicted at the start)- 01/10/2023 update: Once again, Le mirage has my made the day with their excellent service, food and amazing Shisha, their pizzas are absolutely delicious I have to re-iterate this for anyone who has not tried it yet, YOU ARE MISSING OUT, I have just ordered the Margarita pizza for the first time as I usually order the house special, and this pizza beats any place I’ve had pizza from, and what makes it even better is the staff, absolutely brilliant, Mahmoud, you are a star, your making this place great

Great shisha, friendly people, complementary plates were provided, food portions not as big as I expected and a bit slow but taste great. Definitely worth going again.

I went here on 8/4/2023. Shisha was horrible and the glasses for tea and mock tails were filthy. Worst place in Birmingham. Stay well away.

Been going to Le Mirage for couple years now and never been disappointed. I have been to a lot of shisha place and none of them compare to the shisha that's at Le Mirage. Definitely would recommend.

Nice place, food was good, as was the shisha, only small negative is that they take a little long to change the charcoal.

Went as a small group for the first time. Shisha was absolutely flavourless. Left after about 15 minutes and 25 quid lighter. Mentioned it as we left, didn't seem concerned. Least the tea was ok.

My favourite place to go for Nargile, The only issue has got to be the non stop M-huncho playlist. Been a few times now and it's like I'm at a concert of his. Even when asking to switch it up, he comes back on 30 minutes later. Vibes are immaculate, prices, food drinks are all very reasonable. I recommend it.

Not what is once was. Sunday 14th at 7pm. There was only a small number of people at the venue and still service was very slow, with the waiter having to be asked/reminded many times for missing drinks and cutlery. Food was ok and nothing to be impressed by. As for the shisha, this was a big let down, ordered from the standard menu and the flavour was nonexistent leaving the regular shisha smoker of the group speechless.

Atmosphere and friendliness of staff is great and really nice food i have to say... seating arrangements could do with looking at though.

One of the worst lounges I've ever been to. The food took 45 minutes to come out and I believe noone else had ordered food ,nor was it busy. When the food arrived, it was dry and cold. The food seemed like it had been ordered in from a local chicken shop and presented on a plate for us. There was even some packaging that suggested it came from a chicken shop. The shisha was tasteless and noone changed our coal. This was far too expensive for 2 people and for the quality of the shisha. The waitress was the only positive thing about the experience as her service was very friendly. I would highly recommend you never visit this lounge.

My husband is a sheesha fan so we visited this place as we were in the area. Very chill and spacious. Sheesha was good and the food was decent too.

Decent place. Shisha is a good price. Probably add more As it burns very quickly. Food and dessert available. Customer service is good. Decor is also nice. Drinks were alright but wasn’t a fan of the candy floss drink as the glass got so sticky. Parking available outside. Nice atmosphere.

Good reliable shisha and service. Loud environment but if you visit late afternoon it's quieter and they tend to have some sort of sport on the screens. Come earlier in the evening if you want to avoid a bomb site of a bathroom. Most of the food is overcooked and not worth the cash or calories, eat elsewhere

Been here a few times, food is hit and miss. turkish coffee isn't actually turkish do not recommend it. Parking available free after 6. Shisha is a hit and miss. Frozen blueberry and raspberry though last tried was really good. Second time was awful same flavour. Some staff are friendly some patronising. Their customer service could be worked on as well as their service as it is quite slow. We have to ask for coal change. Staff some of them don't know english so can be difficult to communicate. The bathrooms are very dirty and need to be worked on big time. Cards accepted. Edited Went there a couple of time, this would be my last visit. It is a total hit and miss. Last visit we went ordered grilled chicken it was not fresh and rice wasnt fresh, wasnt nice and smelly, so sent it back. Then ordered shish tauuk, it came out cold. We informed them and they didnt care. Manager here does not care about customer service. We ordered this time same shisha flavour as last and it wasnt the same. Its a shame.

Very welcoming place that serves original Arabic Shisha and middle eastern dishes. Been a weekly customer for more than 2 years and they were always top.

We visited This lounge yesterday and was extremely impressed with the vibe of this place. A lot of comfortable tables and seating area designed to fit large and small groups. The atmosphere is chilled and service was great as I didn’t have to ask for coal changing. The Menu in this place include middle eastern fresh food, Pizzas and a lot more foods will be trying soon 😍 We were given a free Baklava sweet on the house and tasted really authentic. Double apple shisha lasted for over an hour and the flavour tasted strong so was completely satisfied.

Definitely recommend this shisha lounge! Awesome place to be in! Excellent food, lovely drinks and amazing service from all of the staff. Desserts is my speciality, cookie dough with ice cream was absolutely one of the best I had in Birmingham.

Alright place if you want to meet up with friends... Quite dark inside to be honest they do need to work on the lighting of the place

Great place to relax and flavors great too

Came across this lounge with my friends and family. The atmosphere is very chilled and relaxed, the staff were lovely (especially Saba!) as they made us feel welcome. I will definitely come back again, and I’m sure everyone I was with would come back too! Compared to the other shisha places in Birmingham, this is by far the best one I’ve visited due to the music, food and customer service. I don’t usually write reviews but this time I had to. 5* well deserved!

Worst sheesha lounge I've been to in my life. Ordered a mango tango ice sheesha. Tasted like burnt coal. Ordered a cookie dough that was burnt/severely overcooked. Politely informed the staff the sheesha didn't taste right and they simply said they weren't willing to change the flavour. Charged us an additional £6.95 ontop of the £15.99 for the sheesha to change the head to lychee, guava and pink lemonade. They bought out a skittles head, so clearly the wrong head again. Poor customer service, no apology and just an absolutely awful experience. Will never come back here and would not recommend this lounge this to anyone unless you want a bad experience and a poorly executed attempt of a sheesha!

Green Ice Pop £15.95 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Onto the 3rd and final lounge on my Birmingham tour, ended up at Le Mirage. Upon entering we were asked to take a seat anywhere we liked so we decided to seat in these booth style sofa right at the end, seating was comfortable. Decided to order something we haven’t tried before so green ice pops it was. Shisha came out within 10 minutes in a old school ice chamber pipe, might be a KM but unsure we were also given disposable pipes. Shisha was good but the flavour died down within 30-40 minutes and this was because of the Egyptian head they use I tend to find these types of bowls give off a more harsher smoke. Lounge was big in size with plenty of seating. Price since you are in Birmingham is pretty decent and cards are accepted. Parking is a bit difficult as the roads have parking restrictions but if there’s a space on the pavement you just dump your car there. Vibe was good it was getting busier just as we were leaving. Overall a decent lounge to visit with hot food and desserts also served.

Omg!! The staff are amazing especially Saba he was so friendly and polite! Considering it was our first time there we were welcomed by all the staff and they were very happy to take music suggestions. The staff made you feel very welcomed! The location is lovely, the place inside is clean and just a lovely atmosphere! Thank you so much to everyone that welcomed us so well!! Definitely recommend going!!!!😊

Travelled from Manchester to this cute little spot with the husband. Unfortunately, we didn't have the best of time due to the lack of customer service. Asked numerous times for our coal to be changed, the guys acknowledged our request but never came round to do it - that's one way of getting people to leave! One of the guys that did come round changing the coals only managed to go to a table with only girls (i wonder why :/) ... it was a joke really. Shame because we really did like the atmosphere/food etc and enjoy a good car journey to new little shisha spots. (Won't be coming again.)

What an amazing place with great service! I do have to give a huge shout out to Noon the wonder chef. His food is absolutely incredible. By far the best food I have had all year. This guy is a genius when it comes to the flavouring and cooking of meat.

The people here are extremely nice. Service here beats most lounges in Birmingham. The shisha is extremely good and full of flavour! I recommend this place to anyone looking to take friends or just to relax and enjoy the music!

I mean literally everything about this place is top notch wether it is the shisha, food and the cozy vibe. Try their chicken kebab and feta salad the best! Not alone the staff always welcoming and super super friendly. They make you feel like the place is yours. The owner ‘Hassan’ is super very down to earth fella and knows how to really please his customers.

So I have been coming to this lounge for many years, the staff is great the customer service is amazing the owner Hassan is very friendly nice guy. The shisha is very good. Overall the place is perfect if you haven't tried it yet your missing out. Come Down.

Hi, or shall I say goodbye? This is the worst establishment I have ever been to. It couldn’t have been more mismanaged if it was controlled by Theresa May. If the purpose of the lounge was to make the customers feel unease and dissatisfaction then you’ve done a brilliant job. I hope and pray to Allah that service skills will be gifted to those working behind the bar. On such a beautiful Eid day, a day that only comes around twice a year, life was ruined. Can you not let us smoke sheesha in peace or do we need to throw more money behind the bar? My dads restaurant isn’t doing THAT well! No amount of compensation will ever redeem this establishment. Let me not spew or think of this event no longer. Eid Mubarak to everyone but those at Le Mirage.

Love the atmosphere here, nice food, staff are friendly. A bit too friendly as my friend and I witnessed that they let under 18s in. Besides that, everything is spot on.
