Fresh food , perfectly cooked lamb , tender amd well seasoned . Staff were so welcoming and helpful !

Today was my first visit but won't be my last had a short break between trains nearby so ran out of Paddington station to grab lunch. I opted for the Lamb Shawarma chips and salad which with a drink came to £11.45. It was all cooked fresh (except the salad) and smelt fantastic. The fries style chips were cooked perfectly the salad was tasty and full of variety but the Lamb was amazing. It was all a good sized portion I would even consider having without chips next time as I am stuffed now. I would certainly recommend a visit.

What a little gem of a fast food restaurant. Authentic Lebanese cuisine. A relatively small seating area, but absolutely massive portions. Neither of us could finish ours. I had Lamb Shawarma, my wife had the lamb shish. They were huge, and truly delicious. Came with complimentary hummus, Pitta bread and home made sauces. I travel to Paddington quite often so I’ll definitely be back. Top notch.

This is a great restaurant serving Lebanese cuisine. They have a good menu to suit everyone from children to adults. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The Shawama both lamb and chicken are delicious as are the chicken and lamb shish kebabs. The food portions are great and you won't leave here feeling hungry. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

Wow! What an amazing little secret this place is! We went in late on a Sunday night (about 915) wanting some dinner, and we are so glad we did! The food is amazing, yummy, fresh.... the list goes on. The service was fantastic and both people serving were friendly and happy. We had a chicken burger- my daughter rated this very high- she is very picky I had a chicken wrap- it was fresh, filling and so delicious My mum had lamb kofta- the serving was huge, fresh, full of flavour and absolutely Devine. We will be back! Do yourself a favour and visit this place.

Πρόκειται για ένα μικρό και καλό μαγαζάκι. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό. Πήραμε μερίδα γύρο κοτόπουλο και μια μερίδα φαλαφελ. Ο γύρος γευστικός και καθόλου αλμυρος. Η μερίδα μεγάλη. Το ίδιο και η μερίδα φαλαφελ. Μόνο που για μένα ήταν λίγο σκληροί. Να ξέρετε πως στα λιβανεζικα μαγαζιά τύπου σουβλατζιδικου δεν προσφέρουν αλκοόλ. Επίσης στο συγκεκριμένο δε χρεώνουν το 12,5% tip για το σέρβις.

We needed a quick sandwich on arrival in London and found this place.We all had mixed Shawarma wraps which were delicious and filled with plenty of tasty meat.It was busy(not surprised!) but we were able to find a table.We were next to the counter and all the food looked really fresh and appetising.Would love to visit again and try the grilled meat or fish as looked delicious.It was good value for a filling lunch!

Comida buenísima (shawarmas nada que ver con los que sirven en España, al menos en mi ciudad), muy buena atención y muy barato. Una pena que lo descubrieramos el último día de nuestra estancia. Por cierto, probamos otro libanés de la zona que habitualmente está más concurrido y, aunque también nos gustó, nos quedamos sin duda con éste.

At the end of a long day, and not wanting to eat anything heavy and greasy, this place was wonderful....Very good shawarma dishes and tasty natural fruit drinks....Simple place, prompt and courteous service....When you've had your fill of pub fare, this is a great alternative

I was staying in the area for one night and found this place to eat near to Paddington Station. Originally I had planned to order a take out but the welcome was friendly so I decided to eat in instead. I found the place to be clean and the waitress was constantly clearing away plates and wiping the tables down for next customers quickly. I ordered the mix grill with salad and chips but you can opt for rice instead of chips. The lady who served me was nice and my food arrived maybe about 15 minutes as there were a few tables before me. All the grilled meats tasted delicious but I had to quickly as it was a cold evening and my food was not going to stay hot for long. There were plenty of chips and salad to accompany and my hunger was fully satisfied. I’m pleased I have found this place and would likely be eating here when I am in the area again.

Il posto non male, abbastanza pulito, ma con i moscerini che svolazzavano. La cameriera gentilissima e carinissima, etiope, ci ha dato una mano nella selezione dei piatti. Le tempistiche non troppo lunghe.

Vi bestilte en shawarma med kylling og en med både lam og kylling. Kødet var virkelig godt! Den smagte ikke så meget af chili som vi havde håbet på, men det betød ikke så meget, da kødet var godt. Derudover var det billigt ca 5 pund for en stor shawarma.

I eat here almost every day and I really love the food. The food is very tasty and healthy. If you are around Paddington, this is one place you don't want to miss.

My wife and I stay at the Paddington Hilton every year and typically take advantage of executive lounge access for eating since it is free. We decided to try something different and we will probably come back here whenever we are in London. I had the lamb shawarma and my wife had the lamb and chicken shawarma and we both thoroughly enjoyed our food.

Went there for a quick bite with my wife last evening. The shawarma meat was bearly cocked, and I did not like the humus. The juice was just about right. I would NOt recommend this place.

La comida aquí es increíble. Mi novio y yo estábamos buscando un bocado rápido antes de que comience nuestro recorrido. Caminamos por la calle de nuestro hotel y vimos este lugar encantador. Hicimos el almuerzo especial, comida bebida y papas fritas. Me dieron la envoltura de pollo y él consiguió la envoltura de cordero. Cuando salió las papas estaban calientes a la perfección. Todo fue increíble. Definitivamente darles una oportunidad.

The food is simply delicious, and the staff is very nice and helpful in recommending options. I was only in London for 1 month and this was one of my favorite food locations. If I ever come back to London I will for sure visit this place.

I visited with friends, and this place was right next to where we were staying. We were here for 4 weeks doing a short term work thing, and we visited for the first time during our third week. We wound up coming back 6 or 7 times in our last couple weeks and even having our last meal here. It was absolutely delicious and the workers are incredibly kind. 10/10 would recommend, and I will be coming back if I return to London!

Love the customer service, love the prices, and LOVE the quality of food 10/10. I stayed in London for a month and ate a meal here at least every other day till the point the workers memorized my usual order. If I ever come back to London, I will definitely be back for more delicious food.

Estaba caminando por la calle Praed cuando volvía a mi hotel cerca de la estación de Paddington cuando me encontré con Le Gourmet. Estaba mirando por la ventana tratando de leer el menú, antes de que notara el menú afuera de la puerta, cuando el hombre del mostrador salió con un menú en la mano. Tal servicio me hizo entrar y pedir un falafel de carne mixta. El falafel estaba lleno de carne, pude ahorrar la mitad para el día siguiente y a un precio excelente. Volví al día siguiente para tomar la foto del hombre que fue tan agradable, pero no estaba allí cuando regresé, por lo que falta en este post.

Por experiencias pasadas, por lo general, los establecimientos de comidas cercanas a las estaciones de la línea principal son muy pobres, sin embargo, esta fue una excepción. Entramos en torno a las 9. 30 el sábado por la noche y la comida y el servicio era muy bueno. El personal fue muy amable y cuando llegó la comida, a precios muy razonables, los platos de carne eran calientes y generosos, y en algunos platos, como envolturas, se pueden agregar papas fritas o ensalada para 50 p, y eran preciosos. Bien recomendado una joya escondida!

Visited for a quick burger meal before catching a train from Paddington (just 30 seconds walk away). Friendly staff, homemade burgers and reasonably priced (especially for London). Recommend grabbing a burger here rather than using the main burger places (McD’s and Burger King).

I´ve been with my friends to have a dinner, and we really enjoyed, abundant dish of food, very tasty, good price, good service, very good place if you are hungry.

There are many similar restaurants in the Paddington area however I would recommend this one. I had a mixed donna kebab and halloumi cheese. Both were excellent and plentiful and of course freshly cooked. The kebab was served with chips and fresh salad and bread. As you would expect no tablecloths and plastic chairs and a busy takeaway Trade. Service was good throughout. Will Definitely use this place again.

Paddington has lots of small places to eat but for a quick, well prepared meal, no matter what time of day, then this place is hard to beat. Fast friendly service with meals to cover all tastes from all day breakfast to just a coffee and cake if wanted. Would happily go back time and time again.

Having read the reviews I decided to grab a meal deal for £5.95 the portions were small and the additional drink a standard 330ml can. The portion of chips whilst hot was in a small styrofoam box and the lamb shawarma wrap also sized there were plenty of accompanying sauces & condiments. The salad had little crunch but the lamb was tender. I think next time I would skip the deal and only go for the shawarma as the bread was excellent.

Una buena cantidad de carne de cordero y de pollo, todos sabrosos y tiernos. Servido con su elección de patatas fritas y ensalada o arroz y ensalada. Un buen comienzo de nuestras vacaciones.

Íbamos buscando las tipicas koftas alargadas y las vimos en el escaparate de este genial sitio. Muy buenas de sabor las koftas aunque con patatas congeladas, pero tambien te las puedes pedir con arroz, amplia carta y peronal muy amable y rápido en servir. Nada caro. Repetiremos seguro.

Eat at this cafe regularly because it's the best for shawarma wraps and kebabs in Paddington. Very good value for those on a budget.

The food is awesome - the lamb and chicken are great and the salad tastes nice and fresh. There are wraps available but I would especially recommend trying mix grill .If you're vegetarian, you can also get a really nice houmous and falafel kebab instead of meat. There aren't just kebabs available, either - the burger and sea bass are all definitely excellent.

Cena ottima: abbiamo preso la grigliata mista e la carne era tenera e saporita. Porzioni abbondanti, e servizio rapido, ma nonostante l’aspetto dimesso da tavola calda di spendono oltre 20£ a persona. Forse un po’ troppo per mangiare su tavolini traballanti e con la coda delle persone che attendono il take-away addosso.

Stopped off here while wandering about the Paddington Station area. Surprisingly varied menu for a small restaurant. We had mixed mezze and fish and chips dishes.

No siempre tiene que ser la comida demasiado elegante para hacer uno totalmente satisfecho. Sencillo y acogedor, comida sabrosa, libanesa, personal agradable, servicio rápido y, sobre todo, realmente delicioso shawarma. Simplemente, no siempre necesitas algo más o más complejo. Y gran aprobado!

Very friendly service. The food was very reasonably priced and freshly cooked, the chicken and lamb shish and the lamb kofte so tasty, as were the falafel and salad. You had the voice of rice and salad or chips and salad. Despite it being really busy the service was excellent. Would recommend.

Praed street in London is my fave part of the big smoke and i always walked past this restaurant wanting to try it. Lovely service and a great tasty meal, and wow, what a huge portion. i have added a picture, all that for £10...i highly recommend it.

Not sure exactly what I wanted when I visited this establishment but rather than helpful advice I just got rudeness and impatience, this rather took me aback as there was nobody else waiting. I should have done myself a favour and walked out there was a nice looking Lebanese restaurant round the corner that seemed to be doing a booming trade.

We were probably a bit over hungry when we stopped in for a meal and were so happy with all our choices. Hummus/pita, chicken noodle soup was homemade, souvlaki and marinated chicken spiced nicely and came with rice and we were able to have Greek salad as well. Everything was so fresh, the staff were excellent. Eat in or take away.Also good beverage options with smoothies, juices, and the usual (coffee, tea, soda). Meal sizes are good portions!

A family owned business that really pays attention to quality. You can see all their food on display including the huge rotisseries of lamb and chicken in the window. The lamb shank was so tender, it literally fell off the bone. Besides the great selection of Mediterranean foods, they have wonderful combination fruit smoothies in six flavors. You're waited on by one of the owners who serves with a smile. Just a very few steps from Paddington station.

When in Paddington, more specifically near the station or on Praed street, and you need a quick meal, try this place. Its fantastic especially with the grills and salads.

The shish kebab was good but not great.The chicken was cooked perfectly and i could taste that it was charcoal cooked.They did skimp a lot of the salad and it was a bit small.I have had many better shish kebabs but in fairness i have had a lot worse.

Meat was super succulent, tender and easily pulled apart. Rich in flavour but light in texture. Sea bass was decently grilled- just nice. Falafel is superb- crunchy yet soft!Price was reasonable- main ranges around 7-12 quid per meal. Portions were huge- good to share among two. Halal friendly eatery.Staff was very friendly and service was quick.Location was easily accessible, literally few steps from the two nearest paddington undergrounds & train station. Unfortunately less convenient for wheelchair users as the seatings were less spaced and can get pretty crowded during lunch & dinner hours.

Praed Street just outside Paddington Station is full of small food outlets. One of the best is definitely Le Gourmet Lebanese. Not only for its food, which is delicious but for the friendly staff and the very modern interior (which may offend some elderly conservative customers because of the bright colours). Early morning breakfast with halal meat, but best of all the wraps for lunch. Try it; it is definitely worth a stop.
