Le Deli Robuchon King's Road in Kensington and Chelsea

The place looks real good with a most beautiful ambiance. However the service is not up to a high standard. Even with not too many clients, they made us wait for a cup of coffee for quite a while. The table in front of us was not cleaned for a long time. The toilet was horrible and stinking, staff not checking on it, apparently. We had to request some cleaning before we could use it. I must say they reacted swiftly, thanks. I liked the kitchen it’s very nice to see behind the window.

Branded french but pastries are not French at all.

Rude unprofessional staff made this a terrible experience. I was visiting London on a business trip and popped in for a meal with my daughter. Upon leaving, right after paying for our two meals, an arrogant little ginger-haired French man called 'Chris' said "You've stolen a bottle of wine" and I was taken aback! How disrespectful to make such an accusation to a respectable, mature paying customer. The manager then tried to step in and said "Sorry, it was a mistake" but by then it was too late. I was considering taking a friend there for lunch the following day, but after this episode would advise anyone to stay away from this place with it's embarrassing customer service.

Dear All, I come to this place as it is just near to my house and has a nice ambiente with a good people around you, all age, nice happy persons. But all the time I come here I get really nervous with the service , with the lack of service! It is too long to make a cup of normal American coffee and some cookie already ready to be served. The stuff changes every time I’m m here, all new faces every month and a half. So I do understand the problem is not the waiters ! The problem is in the unprofessional management that can’t keep the staff , adunate them ,take care of them. Management just careless about the business in general! I was here 4 times already and nothing changes in 1 year…. Just a pitty. Wish the brand just take good International manager that spend time with waiter in the cafe. Thank you Naili

The pastries are good but not to the hype. The cube is definitely something. The goo is not so sweet but tasty with pistachios. The marble cake is also good. The seats outside are good for people watching if you’re interested in that but not comfy to sit over 30 mins. It’s a quick grab and eat/drink cafe. They were handing out canned mirabeau rose when I went so got free drinks on top of our coffee.

Second spot to the lovely deli at green Park. Great selection of fresh Pastries, salads,main dishes and good looking cakes absolutely amazing all served with big smile and great service.

I grabbed a small bottle of Evian water and they charged 3£ ! The large brioche was very good with a buttery flavor and that was 5,95£ which is acceptable for a product like this

Le Deli Robuchon has the potential to be a great night-time dining / drinking spot in this part of the King's Road, though the current focus on their morning and daytime offerings is clear, and still great. Always excellent coffee and great service in a café with a relaxed restaurant vibe. The launch of this lovely place last November set the tone of the quality to expect, and my expectations are that this particular location will become a place to be on the Kings Road in time to come. I look forward to visiting again, day or night!

Filthier than a central London KFC, entitled staff can’t be bothered to shop keep.

The only good thing about this place is the food. Staff were very COLD. VERY!!! Probably the only time ill ever go there.

I used to like it here when they opened, but now I can agree with other reviewers in saying that it is not worth it anymore unfortunately. I ordered today and payed £11.50 for literally 110g of "Greek Salad" - I measured it, yes, because I could not believe how small it was. A mini baguette vegan sandwich with 2 slices of aubergine was £5. I'm speechless and sad to have to say I would never go back / order again, it's just not fair.

Today i bought pain aux raisins and cinnamon roll for my breakfast,i was so excited,But i am sad the taste is not fresh and i have itchy in my tongue.I knew if the bread is freshly bake and not out of date.I will not gonna buy again so expensive though.

I’ve been a regular customer since they open this place. At the beginning everything was perfect, amazing food and great service, it was hard to find a table. In the last few weeks something has changed. I had several issues with dirty cups, and today my cup smelled terrible. They changed it immediately of course but I already drank a bit of tea, so disgusting… I also feel good quality has decreased. The ham and cheese croissant used to be super tasty and juicy with bechamel sauce, not any more. Now I easily find a table, I wonder why…

The restaurant packs the food as if it’s for prisoners. They didn’t pack the food or even cover it. The bread was open with dust on it as if it had fallen down. Now I had to throw it all away.

They misrepresent the fresh fruit as a full size cup with a bubble lid completely filled with fruit BUT you actually get a half cup with fruit up to the top of the cup not in the lid at all. So less than half the amount of fruit advertised for the price of £6.20. Is ripping off customers not a serious issue for you? Disappointed

Got a matcha raspberry cube croissant here and a vanilla strawberry danish thing. Both were extremely good!

I haven't been in Chelsea for a while and what a lovely surprise La deli Robuchon 😍 I love their bakery section one of the best pain suisse ever . The staff Is very friendly and super professional they know what they're doing. I couldn't get better experience Highly recommended

bought a few items from Le Deli Robuchon. The service was great and fast. When i asked if i could have a beef baguette, the staff said they did not have it at the moment but they could make it for me if i could wait 5 to 10mins. It's a nice and clean cafe. i forgot to mention all the items tasted great and its worth what i had paid.

Got food poisoning!! The staff were not very clued up about gluten sensitivities either. Our lunch came at different times so one had to eat cold. Didn’t even get the water right!

If I could leave 0 stars I would! My boyfriend and I came here on Sunday. We ordered a Quiche which came lukewarm. Following this we have had 2 days of horrific food poisoning from this food. I’m not sure whether this Deli makes their food fresh but based on the food poisoning I think not! If you are going to eat here make sure you don’t eat the food from the display as it’s probably old and definitely won’t come hot! First and last time eating here…

The deli was amazing, the roast chicken brightened my day and the potatoes were a great side dish. The cube croissants were very delicious but it is a bit expensive. (The pineapple juice was also good.)

Absolute nightmare of experience and we would advice all local communities to avoid this le deli robuchon at kings road . We use to spend alot of money at this cafe until recent events ..on take away orders...they contaminated our food with nuts and seeds ...which was totally unprofesional of them .. On complaint they promised to resolved this issue...when my partner visited them at store ,several different middle aged men started asking same questions again and again, rather than resolving the issue which was already discussed..this made my partner feel very uncomfortable ....and embarrassed....then he was approached by a Skinny Ginger fellow ..and a middle aged man ..they both on different times brought the payment machines for further payment for non existence order ..in essence, they tried to overcharge my partner for the food they messed up previously...we have made a complaint about this cafe to the trading standards ,as this sort of behaviour is not tolerated at this location ....we have now decided not to eat at this place ever again or order from them ...they are mean and ruthless bunch of unfriendly people ..who work there we would urge the local people to avoid this store....a very unsatisfied customer ...

Lovely coffee and the Marble Cake is highly recommended

I went there a few times but today was the first time that i had a full meal there. The service was good, staff are friendly and kind, Michaello (so sorry if im writing the name wrong) customer service was excellent today. They also now serve halal meat which is a plus. They have a variety of meat, chicken, vegetables, salads and of course the patisserie/bakery side are amazing too. Very happy with my overall experience and will definitely eat there and recommend it to others

3 reasons why you should NOT go to this viral bakery 🙅‍♀️ . Their pastry chef clearly missed the class on proper croissant shape 🥐 so you have to figure out how to eat these weird edgy cubic ones 😩 . They have sweet 🍰 and savoury🧀 version of it so it will take you double the time to decide which one you want to struggle with 🙄 . The croissants also have an upleasant surprise inside 😓, this one had a whole lot of ultra creamy scrambled eggs, I did not sign up for that 😐 Just don’t go. . 📍Locations: Mayfair and Chelsea 🚇Closest stations: Green Park and South Kensington 💰Price: £12-15pp (Cube Croissant and Coffee) 🙌Overall rating: 10/10

I went in to make a takeaway order and I was completely ignored by the lady on the till. There were two customers who came behind me and were served before me as they had to pick up the food that was ready for them. This ordering system is terrible as it made me feel very confused and I felt like I was being ignored. Eventually, I ordered a flat white and an almond croissant. The coffee was fine, nothing special but the croissant was very dry and as if it was over cooked- it was not edible. As a well known place, they should not be selling food that isn’t made correctly as it just drives away customers. It was very disappointing and I will not be going back.

I agree the system is confusing, there are things on the menu you cannot order on their own even though they have a price, and the hotbox was nothing special. They'd run out of the Parmigiana which is all I really wanted to try. The staff were nice but not fully trained. Might go back for a coffee if in the area, spectacular shopfront, the chairs were very uncomfortable though. It seems my experience was not unusual so really up to the owners to do something about it I would have thought.

Something special in the cube croissant 🥐

I was expecting much more from the hype the croissants were getting, but their taste was around average - both the dough, and the filling. We tried the raspberry, chocolate and exotic cubes. Still, the presentation was nice, and I appreciated that they had some savoury options as well.

As others have said, the queueing system is confusing. The food was fine, but overpriced for the portion size.

I visited yesterday with two friends for a quick lunch. I decided upon aubergine parmigiana and was told by the member of staff that served me that I could have two salads with it so I assumed they were included with the price. I had to order a drink from the other side and wanted Earl Grey tea. There were people in front of us and a confused mass of trays and people waiting for their drinks. The staff seemed flustered. My food was getting colder and I eventually got to pay. I was shocked when she charged £23-£24. I asked how could that be when the parmigiana was £9.55. She explained that salads were not included. A lot of fuss and customer blaming service ensued - although she adjusted my price to the cost of a hot box I still paid for the salads. My friends portion of parmigiana was double the size of mine (see photos) which was another irritation. The manager offered us a piece of chocolate cake to share which I acknowledge was a nice gesture but ultimately what I really wanted was to pay a fair price for the portion I had (i.e. have a refund) and the misleading service. That would really have acknowledged that it was your mistake and I would have left feeling so different. I'm sorry for the boring detail but I think its important that you know how customers feel. It was a tasty parmigiana.

A wonderful addition to King's Road. I'm here maybe 2-3 times a week, and find the quality of food to be very consistent. The cube is delicious, and very well balanced - not overly sweet. Their baguettes are on par with what you'd get in France (no easy feat) and if you time it right, you might even get warm ones as they are baked throughout the day, unlike other bakeries which do all the bread baking first up in the morning. I'm generally sceptical of chain stores, but everything I've eaten here has been of a very high standard.

Terrible experience. Overall, style over substance. 1. Only one WC - and it is extremely disgusting. Urine everywhere. 2. Very uncomfortable and crowded seatings. Tables were wonky. 3. A few items were no longer available but they did not update the menu. 4. Food were mehhh. It was style over substance. Could have better food at Starbucks or Cafe Nero.

Not sure how to rate this place : nice food, great service but terrible ordering system. At weekend (noon) service, lots of people were queuing but only one guy at the till. This poor guy had to make coffee, did a runner to the table and came back to do the till. So when he left to serve the coffee or food there’s no one left at the till and it became a bottleneck. Felt sorry for the staff for working so hard when system can be easily change. 5 stars for staff. 1 star for management

It’s has a very busy atmosphere but the treats and drinks were rich and tasty.I would definitely recommend the mango and passion fruit square crossiant

The cube wasn’t soft maybe go early

I’ve been here a few times. The food is amazing however the service is terrible. The staff are so inexperienced and messed up my order and then I had to go up for the till with two small toddlers to get a refund. When our quiche finally arrived after a long wait it was completely raw inside and so I sent it back. Our second quiche came and was warm but cold in the middle. And so we were given a third quiche. By this point my toddlers were fussing and upset because their food had to be taken away several times. I had also ordered a lasagne which was completely forgotten about and so yet again I had to go up and ask for it after 20mins !!!

Food: 5/5 had the salmon toast (great) Service: 5/5 very busy but super nice staff - understand some people might geht disappointed but you don’t come here to be treated like in a fine dining place so expectation :) Ambiente: 4/5 very cute and authentic Interieur

The staff is too busy gossiping to actually serve customers. After 15 mins of no service (despite the place being empty), we walked out.
