All staff great, Marco brilliant! Attentive, professional, personable service. Oysters superb, wagyu burger a treat, steak frites delicious, great atmosphere and surrounding!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at The Grill. Each of us had the wagyu steak lunch and it was delicious. The restaurant was wonderfully festive, and the service was excellent. We got the wagyu steak which was beautiful and an American steak which was beautiful as well. We got some sides. They were over seasoned but okay. The desserts were lovely as well

I had a baby chicken, it was so succulent and delicious, I loved it. I will most definitely be returning. Despite us coming late Ionut provided us the best service ever, accommodating for each and every single one of our needs. I will definitely be returning. Very high quality meat with a great choice of cuts, including wagyu, which is more expensive than usual but absolutely delicious! The place can be a bit chaotic, being on the Harrods restaurant circuit, but the experience is definitely worth it. Perfect for meat lovers!

I wouldn’t recommend dining here if you’re spending around £80–100 per person. I’ve been visiting this place since before its renovation, and frankly, the quality of the meat and the menu were far superior before its reopening. Back then, you could personally select the type and cut of meat, making it a far more worthwhile experience. Now, however, it simply feels like just another steakhouse inside Harrods. There’s no need to specify how you’d like your steak cooked, as ordering medium-rare consistently results in a well-done steak. The service is equally disappointing—starters only arrive after you’ve finished your main course, and I’ve personally witnessed a dish making the rounds from table to table because the staff didn’t know where it belonged. It was repeatedly rejected, passed from one table to another, with people commenting, “We didn’t order this,” before finally landing on our table a full 15 minutes later. I’ve never left feeling that my money was well spent, yet on rare occasions, I return hoping things might have improved—only to find the same issues persist. There’s nothing particularly distinctive about the presentation compared to other steakhouses, so I’ve never felt compelled to take any photos.

I opted for the Australian Wagyu, ordering 200g at a cost of £150, and requested it to be prepared medium-rare. To my disappointment, the steak arrived well done—leaning towards medium. Moreover, it emitted a distinct liver-like aroma, a telltale sign that it was likely cut from the end portion of the fillet. As I attempted to cut into it, I found that in nearly half the steak, I needed to slice eight times to break through. Whether this was due to the presence of tendons (characteristic of an end piece) or merely a poorly sharpened knife, I could not say. The accompanying side dish, spinach infused with mustard seeds and complemented by a béchamel-style sauce, was truly exquisite. Not good. Dry and not a good cut. My steak had sinews in it, tried to cut it, but my steak knife couldn’t get through it. I asked for English mustard with my steak. What they served me was American mustard. Anyone who likes their meat will know the difference in an instant. The waiter said that I must be used to a different brand. Wouldn’t bring me out the jar to show me the truth. Then the audacity to add service charge on top. Disgraceful from somewhere charging such a premium

As always, everything was wonderful! We arrived close to closing time, and even so, everyone was very helpful and the food was delicious! One of the best restaurants to eat steak in London! The price is a little expensive, but it is worth it because the quality is excellent!

The Grill at Harrods offers a lovely dining experience, but it has its highs and lows. I ordered the baby chicken, hummus, truffle mac and cheese, Caesar salad, and saffron rice. The baby chicken was decent but definitely overhyped—good, but not memorable. The truffle mac and cheese was rich and flavorful, a solid choice. The Caesar salad stole the show—it was absolutely amazing, fresh, and perfectly balanced. The saffron rice and hummus were nice sides but nothing extraordinary. Overall, it’s a good spot, but some dishes didn’t fully live up to the expectations for the price.

Beef croquettes are a must! Fantastic food, great service and always a pleasure to visit.

Really disappointed with food ordered chicken x2 came out burnt & dry, took 40mins for food to arrive. Overall for the amount we spent really don't think it was worth it. Underwhelming and average for Harrods would have expected better.

I eat at Harrods for the lovely atmosphere & delicious grill

Had delicious beetroot and goat cheese salad. Service was confusing but got it right in the end. We sat at the round table in the back corner which was the only relatively quiet seats in the house.

Came with a booking and my table is not ready - I think this place is good but needs a professional manager with proper training and experience to manage this high end place.

We got in quickly but it took them 45 minutes to bring the food after taking our order. The food was cold and we didn't feel like it was anything special.

I went there during the lunch hour so it was definitely packed. I was lucky enough to find a place for myself. I indulged myself and ordered a Chicken Cesar Salad and a sirloin steak. The food was excellent and super tasty. Despite being very busy, the waiters still tried their best to serve you. The only draw back was that it was rather noisy given the number of people in the dinning hall. Other that than, everything was impeccable.

The chicken is good, but the behavior is not good. They are confused about our requests and they do not respond to us and they are slow

I had an unforgettable dining experience at this restaurant, savoring the ribeye steak, lobster, and truffle mac and cheese. Every dish was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The steak was tender and juicy, the lobster succulent, and the truffle mac and cheese rich and creamy. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a top-notch meal!

The burger bun was dry a bit. Not something you would expect for a £39 burger. Patty was juicy and tasty overall. Atmosphere was lovely. Service was all right, not the best. Mac and cheese was great!

Found a piece of stone in my found that cracked my tooth, customer service “investigated” the situation and said basically that we are lying there. Unprofessional and rude! Never again and I will let everyone know about this to avoid this place

Im shocked. I cannot believe what happened. So i waited for Harrods to reply to my complaint but it’s been exactly a week ago. I was dining in with friends and took a new order takeaway to my wife. We found a stone! Yes a STONE in our baby chicken with the side of rice. I filled the form, explained to Harrods that my wife chipped her teeth and has been suffering from migraines ever since! They replied it will take up to seven days. They still haven’t even replied or had the decency to make a follow up call. I cannot express how disappointed i am with this place. The Grill has always been one of my favorites. Im a Black Member with Harrods and they can see through my transactions that i dine there and would never complain! Btw, in 2016 we were dining in Pizeria and chipped a nail!!! Yes a Nail! And i never went to that restaurant ever again. Such a Shame this restaurant charges a lot and yet dont care ! Im not sure what to do? Shall i file a court case?

The Grill restaurant inside Harrods in Grand Flour. I tried their baby chicken with rice and hot peri peri sauce, and to be honest, it is very delicious. The atmosphere is good, the service is excellent, and of course the prices at Harrods are definitely expensive above average.

As expected, heavily overpriced for nothing really special. The rotisserie chicken might have been the best item on the menu. Even tried the £60 rib eye, but it tasted seriously blant, and the herbal mayonese gave my husband the stomach bug. Service on the other hand was very good. Very skilled and professional waiter, accommodating and quick service. Not so much the ladies that seat you to the tables, though. Asking for a table of two at the grill is like asking them to give you a massage.. The looks you get!

Service was excellent. At the greet and meet Nas was very quick in getting us sat down and comfortable while we waited for our table. At the grill we were looked after by Laslou, who was very prompt, and the food came out quickly. We ordered the tomohawk, it was delicious, and justified the price. Would go back.

I had a great time yesterday with my family. The experience became even better with Ana Paula's impeccable service. It was one of the best services we had in London. Well done team! Excellent food!

I have been in the grill restaurant last week with my family and was absolutely amazing. We was eating the amazing Australian waguy which is unforgettable with a delicious Caesar salad thank to Ana the waitress that was guiding was to pick the right choice. We also tried two cocktails: Passion Velvet and the fantastic Green Margarita. We are excited to go back as soon as we can. Thanks for the all team.

Beautiful place, everything wonderful, very good food. I want to thank the attendant Ana Paula, very attentive and polite, I don't speak English very well and having someone speaking Portuguese to help us was great.

Dinner was incredible. From the moment we have arrived to the moment we left we had a great time. Staff was very friendly, in especial to Ana that was always smiling and very professional. We will definitely come back.

You don't know what and what not to describe. The restaurant attracts your attention from the moment you enter the hall until you sit at the table. You feel as if you are in a museum surrounded by art collection from everywhere. The food is served with great care while preserving the smallest details. Baby chicken dish is pretty perfect. The staff is very friendly and pays attention to all the details.

My husband and I booked a table on the Fork for celebrating my new job. We were seated at the corner. Staffs were not too attentive as we had to wait a while to order. We started ordering the drinks and my husband tried to order a Bloody Mary for me. The server was starting to be quite impatient saying that we should only order things which shown on the menu. We then decided to go for the Bloody Grill without the beef bouillon. I was particularly there for the lobster and unfortunately the server said they do not have it tonight. I was quite disappointed and couldn’t find anything else interested from the menu. So we apologised to the server and left the restaurant. The server said something like “it’s a grill here. It’s all meat on the menu. What do you want?” while we were on our way leaving the restaurant. I felt so embarrassed because it was so busy and he was kind of shouting. I just wanted to ask if there’s anything wrong with only wanting to have lobster but nothing else.

I cannot rate our experience highly enough. Everything from start to finish was exceptional. Special mention for the service, food also delicious. Thank you. We will be back again.

Very good service and good food but when I go home l check that my bill 200g US PRIME RIBEYE is £64 pounds and l check the menu again it is £32 pounds? Otherwise everything is very good

The food is delicious, the taste of grilled beef is very attractive, soft and sweet. I will return to this restaurant when I come to London. However, if you like quiet, you should not sit near the grill, because the kitchen staff uses kitchen utensils too loudly and makes noise.

I ordered baby chicken with rice, it tastes very normal. The taste is chicken boiled in water and then put in the oven. Thank you, it does not have any taste or flavour.

Came here for our anniversary lunch. Food was ok. Truffle Mac and cheese and the truffle chips were delicious. Disappointed with the service as the waiters were too slow and we had to keep trying to get there attention. Our drinks took about 10 minutes to come. We had a reservation so make sure you reserve beforehand as it gets busy.

The Australien Steak filet is yummy and delicious 😋 🥩 the fries is average ( it’s oily ) the mash potatoes is delicious . The waiting time is too much it’s better if you reserve.

this place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff was also really friendly. The manager MR Chheng was incredible. he know what he was doing and what he was talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy was his main priority. Food is pretty good. Will come back again 👌🏻

The place was very charming with its interior design. The different restaurants were laid out in one big room section accordingly to its cuisine. The Tomahawk steak at The Grill was very good. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare with great crusting on the outside. I think the lobster was a bit pricey for its worth. The truffle chips were very delicious. The Chablis wine was very light and easy in the palate. I think it surprisingly went well with the surf and turf!

Fantastic food, stakes, burgers, chicken, all fantastic. I enjoy sitting at the bar and watch the staff at the kitchen, they are fantastic. Hats down! The place has very high attendance, and this requires higher speed than usual! They are simply fantastic! Hygienic, efficient, so quick, and accurate. There’s a level of chemistry that makes the job more efficient & the outcome outstanding, even with the heat, the noise, and the traffic of people! Fantastic place

We lined up to eat at the grill section on the evening of November 18, around 18:30. When it was our turn, the two ladies who arranged the queue said that our place would be a bar and it was being cleaned. When they were ready, they took us to the bar. At the last minute, the person I learned was the place's manager, who came and left a reservation and happy birthday card on the table at the bar reserved for us. Then, the person told us this place was booked and turned us away. I told them this place was confirmed, and they had no right to do this at the last second. Everyone, including the manager, rudely told us that we should wait and that the place belonged to a customer who was late. As a result, we left there. The manager and the two ladies did not even apologise. They had an utterly indifferent attitude. While we were waiting for our table, the manager brought people from different places, seating them at their tables with endless service. The staff treats people differently and discriminates against them under the pretext of having a reservation. I am sure the manager got good tips from the guests he brought without reservation while we waited to be seated.

Really not worth the price. As it was a busy Sunday, there was a line and I was told to wait 10 minutes (bearing in mind I was alone as well) so I did. 10 minutes pass and I see a few groups of people (2+) without reservations going in before me. I then asked why they were seated when they only just came in and, suddenly, the hosts found a table for me. Fine. I was really hungry. So I sat down, everyone else was being served before me but I sucked it up as I’ve waited a while already and my waitress was really nice. So, I ordered the burger (£38) which did NOT include fries. The most rare that they can make the meat was medium well due to policy (not a fan, but again, I was hungry). The drinks came quite quickly and the burger was made within 10-15 minutes so I was happy. I honestly think that the burger (quality and taste) was 100% not worth the price. Small and very salty overall. I’m not sure about the steaks - the other dishes looked lovely, but this was a disappointment as a whole. The chefs were nice and the atmosphere was nice but that’s about it. It’s a massive shame because I go to the food court dining quite often (first time at the grill though) and the experience really ruined my day.

The food in this place is hit and miss, it used to be my favourite and at least once a week I used to eat here, however the past two times I went weren't exactly impressive. From dry fridge cold baby chicken which I had to send back to Not cooked saffron rice and dry potato dauphinoise. I wasn't amazed ! I love their burgers and despite the £39 price tag I still say is one of the best in london. My second favourite dish is baby chicken which is served with gravy. Will I go again: Yes Food : 7/10 Service : 8/10 Value for money : not going to comment on it as its harrods and things are expected to be expensive Price : £140 ( lunch for two ) - only soft drinks

The Wagyu burger was just DELICIOUS. I was able to taste all the different flavours of burger, especially the beef. Do try and book in advance as there normally is a queue at all times but during peak times it's a long wait. I would recommend sitting at the bar as you get more personal care given to you (in my experience and what I have seen). And before I forget don't forget to order fries, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

They have a bad manager. Who is not polite and lies to us. She doesn’t know how to arrange the table. She kept us on line for one hour. I recommend you to go to all other’s restaurants except this one.

A delightful open grill serving tasty food with great service.

For the money, they get poor marks for steaks. We’ve tried their best cuts so far over several visits (both ribeyes, Kobe fillet, wagyu strip loin). Absolutely not worth the money. Their chicken and sides are all good, but in general you’re probably better off going to a different place for high end steak.

Just finished our lunch at The Grill. I was so excited to have the Kobe A5 fillet and I have to say, it was so sad and disappointing. Kobe beef had no flavor, nor texture. It was not buttery or smooth and there was no marbling. For the money they are asking it is absurd! As a world foodie traveller and having so much experience in food and cooking this is unacceptable.

Lovely food, very attentive waiters and staff. Ordered the Australian wagyu, wagyu burger and lamb chops. Its took a while to arrive but the waiters kept us informed and compensated with free olives and Truffle butter. Keep up the work guys, your steaks are lovely

제일 중요한 맛은.. 그냥 그랬어요. 신선하다? 그정도. 백화점 안에 있는만큼 친절하긴 엄청 친절합니다. 대신 화장실이 멀어요.. 백화점도 처음가면 미로같아서 갔다오는데만 15분 넘게 걸려요. 예쁜 건물에 인테리어는 구경할만 합니다.. 전체적으로 평가하자면, 이런 불편함과 평범한 음식들을 예쁜 건물에서 즐기고 싶으신분들 추천드립니다.
