Best coffee & cake experience I’ve ever had wonderful selection of cakes (hazlenut & chocolate bun was to die for !! Cinnamon bun was a clise second !)

I really really love the coffee here. It always tastes top quality. The downside to this place is the atmosphere and seating. It could be so much more inviting but feels too cold and spacious. I have been back a few times though mainly because of how nice the coffee is, however I do think the environment of the coffee shop itself is something that could be improved.

I found who served me to be unfriendly. The seating was uncomfortable. The cappuccino wasn’t for me, but that could be down to personal preferences on coffee. I wouldn’t go back, to be honest. I think I just expected such a small place to have a warm, welcoming feel; it didn’t.

I don't actually like the coffee from this store all that much, but I know I'm an outlier - everyone else I know raves about it. It's a great location, and it's a good spot to sit in to watch the world go by. Prices are about what you'd expect.

This is my go to coffee shop! The coffee is to die for The staff are wonderful and always friendly. However there is one female member of staff (maybe owner/manager) that has made me feel uncomfortable on 2 occaisons now. Hence the reason for this review. Yesterday i asked could the door be left open (as it has been many times) while i sat and had my coffee. The lady refused outright and said i could sit outside instead. I have severe Asthma and Covid is a big concern for me so ventilation is key! The previous encounter with this lady was a few months back when i asked for a little more hot milk in my Cortado as it was a lot stronger than usual. She was abrupt and said i should'nt need any extra milk as that is how the Cortado should be! I never really bother to leave reviews and i don't consider myself picky or fussy. Like i said, i LOVE this little gem of a coffee shop and the guys are so happy and friendly and i will continue to visit. I am also more than happy to provide feedback in person Many thanks .

I work for DPD long hours hard days and in the middle of a hard morning I delivered to ld24 Altrincham wanted to buy a coffee but discoverd I’d left my phone in the van a distance away, gutted I apologised and headed for the door without a much needed coffee only to be called back by the manager who offered me a coffee, embarrassed but needing the coffee I accepted !! I have to be honest I’m a complete coffee addict and this has to be one of if not the best lattes I have ever had beautifully crafted latte art in the top perfect temperature to drink hot, the coffee was sweet and strong the foamed milk perfect I would travel to buy a coffee there any day of the week and then I find out you have one literally 50 yards from my house in Stockton heath I would recommend these small coffee houses to everyone wholeheartedly

Where I always go in Warrington. Independent locally owned cafe. Cool music chosen by Joe & Sarah. Friendly staff. Panini for lunch is good. Try the cinnamon swirls if they haven’t run out.

Our (delayed) return visit after over two years proved to be just as good as the first one. Perfect flat whites, tasty cakes and exemplary service! Oh and a great value bag of coffee beans to take home.

LD24 has become my favourite place to get a Hot Chocolate and there insanely tasty Billionaires Cookie!

By far the best coffee shop in Warrington! Most importantly the coffee is phenomenal, but the staff, seating and cakes/food on offer make it even better! If you’re local make sure you go and if you’re outside of town and into coffee it’s well worth the trip! Even some outdoor seating to take the furry friends!

Popped in for lunch on Saturday, decor was calm, neutral and inviting. I had a pastrami sandwich which was absolutely delicious. Chai latte was fine. Female staff friendly and welcoming, male staff (perhaps owner) not so.

My regular coffee spot - genuinely top class coffee and a great selection of cakes and sandwiches to compliment the range of hot drinks. They have recently added bacon sandwiches to the menu which are seriously good!

I’ve visited several times and even introduced new people/recommended this place because the coffee is genuinely good and the range of cakes/sweet treats is quality. However apart from the girls who work on a weekend (who have all been lovely in my experience) the owners are very variable with service. The guy can be quite nice in fairness, but the woman comes across as incredibly hostile and as someone who normally gets on with people in these sorts of places, I find her rudeness alarming. Weirdly, she can be friendly and even quite obsequious to some customers, but completely blows others off. It’s such a shame because the place is great but her rudeness is so off-putting that it makes me feel like I shouldn’t give her business as a point of principle.

Superb coffee and a great range of options. Far far superior to all the chain coffee stores and good value . Ran by young passionate and friendly staff who really care about coffee and it shows.

Fabulous, small and friendly coffee shop. The owners are also the managers and waiters so they really care that all is well. The toasted sandwiches ( Brie and Ham with rocket ) were superb all very fresh. We will definitely return. Recommended. Thanks

We diverted off the M6 when travelling up to the Lake District for a few nights, attracted by past good reviews on TA - what a great decision! Excellent flat whites (and my cookie) backed by very friendly service.

A really nice service friendly people . Great tasting coffee and very knowledgeable staff. Definitely going to be a regular. Hugely superior to the coffee chains and all the better for it as all the staff have a can do attitude and determination that you enjoy your stay.

Really love this cafe. Always get a friendly welcome from the owner and staff and absolutely love the amazing homemade cookies on offer! Highly recommend and although I don’t drink coffee, I have heard so many customers talk about it being superb here!

I have been going here since it first opened and was impressed from day one. The coffee is lovely, the cakes likewise. I haven't had any other food here yet but given the quality of the other items we have tried I imagine it will be just as tasty. The atmosphere is great, so relaxing, clean and contemporary. I hope it continues to thrive as the village would be dull without it

My daughter and I decided to visit this delightful little coffee shop. We shared there humous and avocado roll and a chocolate cookie. To say the least the coffee was great and the food even better. Well worth a visit. Preferred this to visiting a regular chain of coffee houses that are about.

Popped in for the first time today and we enjoyed 2 very tasty sandwiches and nice coffees. Very clean, modern and professional, friendly service, a great asset to the town.

Living locally it has to be said that we are not short of cafes/bars in which to grab a cup of coffee and meet up with friends. LD24 however does feel different. The coffee is delicious and always just at the right temperature! The selection of cookies and cakes are the perfect accompaniment, and difficult to ignore unless you have very strong willpower. There is seating both upstairs and down with places to perch outside should the weather allow.

Superb coffee, the soya coffee is also one of the best in Warrington. But best of all are the cakes, all are just a treat, including a great range of vegan cakes. Our go to place for a coffee and there is a lot of competition locally. Great staff as well.

Not only does this place serve amazing speciality coffee, there was a wide range of sandwiches and delicious cakes on offer too! The salted caramel brownie was to die for!! The decor and atmosphere of this place made it extremely cosy and welcoming, can’t wait to go back soon!

Such a treat! Stockton Heath - you are so lucky! I'm quite fussy about my coffee and it was great to enjoy fantastic coffee at this independent coffee shop. Tastefully done out, yummy sandwiches, cakes and cookies and great service too - so much better than any of the chains. The new owners have done a great job. I'll be returning

If you’re around stockers, skip the chains and go independent. The quality of coffee is far superior and the selection of cakes etc is better too. Absolutely worth a visit.

Second time we have called in, after a positive first experience. Nice to have a non-chain coffee shop trying to make a good experience. Owners/ staff very friendly and attentive - food and drinks brought to the table. All the rolls/ bagels look very fresh and are interesting combinations. We chose a smoked salmon bagel with creme fraiche and a sharply pickled dill pickle and a sourdough roll with pastrami and a blue cheese creme fraiche, both excellent. The festive bakewell was an nice idea. Great pot of tea and quality coffee.

A truly excellent independent coffee shop. Delicious coffee; pleasant, comfortable and relaxing surroundings; good atmosphere; and always a friendly welcome from the staff: nothing is too much trouble. Beats the high street chains hands down.

Great for coffee snobs! Delicious coffee and sweet treats - the honeycomb Rocky road is DEVINE. I have been in numerous times and staff are always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is great, quirky and welcoming. My new favourite place the visit.

My husband and I regard ourselvesas coffee officionados so we're interested to try this new venue. What a gem! They really know how to craft great coffee. By far the best in the area.Scrumptious home-baking was an added bonus. Worth every penny.

Everything about this coffee shop shows quality .the ambiance is quirky but comfy .the staff are first class ,so refreshing from the high street brands.the real gem is the coffee.many different blends on offer with a few new options.top notch cakes and cookies and although we did not sample the the sandwiches looke great.a real gem

Visited on a Saturday for a coffee Andrew of the lovely looking sandwiches. The pastrami roll was amazing and the coffee was great, smooth and refreshing. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. I'll be back for the interesting looking cakes.
