With the tragic loss of bagels/lunch, finding a new sandwich place has been difficult. The office has decided unwillingly that Lawsons is the new place to go.I have ordered from here twice, on both occasions lawsons has provided a meal that I can only describe as a blind man putting a jigsaw together. I’m not sure how someone can misunderstand ciabatta for panini. I have never eaten somewhere, nor met anyone in my life who dices avocado into sweet corn sized chunks. 3-4 pieces of these said chunks is a disrespect to not only me but the avocado itself. On my second attempt I went for a toastie, which arrived looking like my obese aunt had sat on it. Avocado chunks hidden amongst the new born baby poonlooking pesto, 2 anerexic slices of chicken breast which were tougher than mike Tyson. The only sign of any mozeralla was the cremated crust that had ran over the edge of the sandwich and faced a hot death from the toastie maker, with more crunch than grandma pat falling down the stairs. It may well be that lunch has set the bar so high that z list sandwich shops like this cannot compete. In the wake of such a titan being lost, establishments like yourself should be doing everything you can to make sure every order is going out like Gordon f****** Ramsey himself has ordered it. Shocking food on two occasions, will not be ordering from yourselves again, and I will stressing to every Tom dick and Harry who’s passed me by to not even bother. Experiencing your war like rationed sandwiches has made me miss he old LUNCH even more.

Has a rather captive audience , but food is decent for lunchtime, limited breakfast selection which is disappointing , no eggs, omelettes etc not possible to get a full English. Service is a little chaotic at times

Honestly can’t belive it . I ordered a toasted chicken bagel with chicken and ketchup. Was it toasted ... no! Did it have ketchup .... no! I’m surprised they didn’t just give me a bagel..... Lawsons NEED to start listening to what there customers want. Because right now I no longer want Lawsons.

Do not get me wrong, Lawsons no how to make a sandwich, which is fundamentally why we all go to a sandwich shop but every single person who works there needs to go a customer service course, i do not ever feel that strong to write a trip advisor report but when it comes to Lawons, I do ! no one knows how to smile in there, not even when taking your money ! its a joke and i would rather go hungry than eat in there ! LAWSONS - LEARN TO SMILE....... P.S 20p per sandwich for extra sauce ! WOW

I Purchased several sandwiches the other week here and for myself i ordered a chicken mayo and lettuce .I paid for the sandwiches and waited for them to be made .whilst seeing my sandwich be made i asked if it was possible to also add a small amount of onion to which i was given a prompt reply that i can but !! i will need to pay the extra 20p if i wished for onion to be added. The sandwiches here are made fresh and are not cheap so thought it was quite pathetic after spending over £10 they needed to take the money before even finishing the sandwich service quite slow also

Waited at least 20 minutes for a sandwich. No apology. The lady should have warned me it would be so long and I would have popped back.Sandwich OK - but crispy bacon not in the least bit crispy - very fatty. Ham salad sandwich was much better. Convenient for the nearby offices and I would rather keep it local than give Tesco's any more of my hard earned money but could be improved.

I've ordered many a lunch from Lawson's and have hardly ever had an issue. The sandwiches are always generously filled and there is a good selection to choose from (as well as being able to combine whichever ingredients you fancy). They do tend to get busy around lunch though, so if it's a large order I'd definitely recommend ordering ahead.

Staff are friendly and the food is good when you eventually get it but the service is very slow despite the fact that there is always plenty of staff there and they are the only sandwich shop for miles. No apology either when they forget your food!!!

Food is fairly average and on occasion I have had hair in a salad or sandwich - a little off putting too is the fact that the people making your food up, don't wear hygiene gloves, like most sandwich places do now. Also a tad overpriced, but if you are looking for a quick and convenient lunch, then this place is average

these guys have to compete with the eagle cafe which is cheaper but not as nice, the la cafe which is same price but better food and tescos which is ultra cheap and just as good. nice staff very friendly but the fillings where stingy for me. quality was good but they need to improve to avoid falling foul to the giant that is tescos stealing all their clients.

I worked in Brentwood for over 2 years, having an office in Great Warley. Had lunch from Lawsons most days. Excellent choice of sandwiches, paninis, potatoes, cakes and good drinks, coffees. Well priced, cheap as part of a daily deal. Always service with a SMILE!
