Was freezing and used to be a good place, wouldn't go there again

Very friendly and inclusive venue, the manager Neg was very polite and ensured all guests had a good time and needs were met where required.

Awful place. Always drunken loud and obnoxious chavs gathered outside blocking the public footpath. The other day there were idiots with their van door open completely blocking access and drinking. Will be contacting the council about this appalling lack of care by the owners.

Went here for afternoon tea and I'm glad, I didn't pay full price. Everything was shop bought and you only got a little, normally when we have, afternoon tea,we can't eat it all but this was easily eaten. The 3 stars are for the cocktail we had, which was amazing.

Visited last week for a afternoon tea, we are used to home made cakes and scones, not here, there was enough to eat. Ordered some afternoon tea's to takeaway, asked for no mayonnaise on one of them, when we got them home both had mayonnaise on, even though was told one didn't. Jake is lovely, very attentive. The Purple Rain cocktail was great. We will not be returning, unless it's to do a cocktail night.

Been going in for a while and the over the past week the cleanliness has gone down hill the floor was very sticky and staff wasn’t very helpful when asked about the menu also my glass wasn’t very clean had smear marks and a rim of dirt will not be going in again

Me and my partner love this bar, the staff are friendly security are lovely and the manager treats everyone like family. Great atmosphere. As for the food, highly recommended now that chef has changed over. Lovely place. Our children enjoy going to play too.

I have visited the Lounge Bar many times this year since it has been taken over. The manager Jake is brilliant! His team work extremely hard, and nothing is ever too much for them. When I have eaten here the food is absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and piping hot. Previously, they have accommodated my fussy requests and always made me feel very welcome. From the moment you walk in the Lounge Bar the atmosphere is friendly and inviting. The cocktails that they serve here are amazing, particularly the purple rain. In addition, they have a wide selection of drinks available. I have attended various events here and always had a great, fun night out. The weekends are fabulously lively and song requests to the DJ are welcomed. Would highly recommend visiting the Lounge Bar if you’re considering a night out in Beeston!

Been to the lounge bar a numerous amount of times and I love it it’s my go-to place to go for a good time. Good atmosphere and amazing staff I really do feel so welcomed when I ho there they literally treat me like family, I went Christmas Day for dinner and it was one of the best Xmas dinners I’ve ever had and the place was amazing all day, from taking shots to singing around a piano with my favourite guy Jake the manager! Such a bubbly and loveable character I love him. I highly recommend for food and also a good time!

Came here for the first time today for a Sunday lunch. Everything came plated and the portions were INSANE! First thought... is this quantity over quality? The restaurant was empty virtually but it was early doors and it's not really been open long! I was wrong to have any concerns!! You know when you're on holiday and you find a little restaurant in the middle of nowhere, like a hidden gem... this is Nottingham's for a roast dinner. Honestly, everything about it was great. I'm also intolerant to wheat, cows milk and eggs but they dealt with this great. I didnt get the Yorkshire pudding, cauliflower cheese, mash or roasted veg as they had one or more of these allergens in, but instead got swede mash, extra peas and carrots, and extra roasties. Zero complaints here. Huge portions Everything perfectly cooked and full of flavour Fresh food and good honest cooking Options and amendments to cater for allergies and dietary preferences Friendly service Spacious and comfortable area to dine in Great choice of drinks and nice atmosphere Easy to get to location Value for money Family friendly I rarely write reviews but I couldn't not after today's experience. Had a delicious meal delivered. The food was hot and on time. The ordering process was easy. Definitely recommend. The perfect way to spoil yourselves during lockdown.

Looked for an Italian Restaurant to visit whilst staying in the area. The four of us agreed we had made a good choice by choosing Latino. Staff very Covid aware. We were welcomed on arrival , and as it was early evening able to choose where we would like to sit. Our selections were all very tasty and not overly priced. Would recommend to anyone looking to dine in Beeston.

Came to Latino and can honestly say everything was fantastic. Made to feel very welcome, good choice of food and drinks. Tony and the team made sure everything was well prepared and importantly we felt safe. Can highly recommend the Beef Arrabiata. We will certainly be back

I went to Latino’s looking for a lovely meal for a birthday. Me and my family of 4 were greeted by a lovely front of house and was immediately tended too. So lovely & polite. The menus offered great range, and the food we had chosen, was absolutely delightful, they accommodated our special requests and the whole experience was amazing. I can’t thank you enough for making my birthday so great! I can’t wait to visit again

Absolutely fantastic! Had a three course meal and each one was like a heaven in my mouth, prices are decent and ladies serving really attentive! The portions could be a bit bigger, particularly pizza my partner ordered and air conditioning should work in the whole restaurant, especially during hot days. but all in all, we were very happy with our meal!

Great family evening with my husband and daughter. We had delicious food and excellent service and recommendations from our amazingly lovely waitress. So happy Latinos has reopened.

Went to Latino last night with my girlfriend, haven’t been there for a long while but still a lovely restaurant with great food and friendly staff. Initially got our starter wrong but corrected it within minutes and gave us the incorrect starter on the house, cannot fault the service or the staff and will definitely be returning with family again soon! Thanks to all the staff at Latino!

Really glad this place has re-opened! Sometimes you don't realise what you've got until it's gone.

Well lockdown is not over but tonight some sense of normality was restored. Latino's reopened its doors, walking in to see Tony working as hard as ever and running the restaurant felt like he had never been away. The food was as good as ever and the standard of service and strict social distancing made it a safe friendly environment with great food. Highly recommend a visit to support a hard working family who are passionate in what they do best.

Our extended family of 12 persons including the young ones enjoyed a superb early dinner. We had pre-ordered from the menu. Service was slick. The boss was on the ball. Nothing was too much trouble.The food was excellent and the portions generous.All the more enjoyable as our younger son took the moment to get engaged. Joy all round. Lastly the prices were very fair.

My birthday surprise party for seven people. Everyone enjoyed their meals and Tony was his usual efficient self. Overall a great evening with lovely food and excellent service.

Extremely cheap and poor quality food with an expensive price tag. The calamari starter was frozen and overcooked. The chicken in the pasta main was also not fresh chicken. It was frozen, rubbery and poor quality. I was very disappointed with this meal.

I'm genuine perplexed at the good reviews for this restaurant. The food was pretty poor - especially the risotto, which wasn't even made with a risotto rice (such as arborio or carnaroli) but with basmati! So my risotto piscatore was more like a seafood biriani but without the spice! The waiter was ridiculously sexist, insisting on swapping napkins around so me and my daughter had pink ones, and making silly sexist jokes that should have been left in the 70s. There are MUCH better restaurants in Beeston, including a much better Italian (I'oliva).

In nottingham for the weekend, and went with latino because of the high reviews. Was not disappointed! Gorgeous food and establishment with lovely staff. We placed our order, and after I popped to the bathroom, was only 2 minutes and my starter was waiting for me. Highly recommend 😊

Come here often and the food is lovely as always the manger goes out his way to make sure you get what you want. We will be coming again for sure. Food and staff are lovely. Me and my Mum enjoyed our night out.

We had a very warm welcome when we walked in. The gentleman greeting us was very friendly and an all round lovely person. A lovely authentic menu. Food was cooked really well and I couldn’t have asked more from the host. Great food, great service and great value for money. We will definitely be back!!

Really disappointing - visited last night. Had the calamari starter and it tasted like onion rings... I think it was bought frozen calamari. One of the worst I have ever had. Then had the chicken risotto and again the chicken was rubbery... my wife had a veg pasta dish that was average. I would not recommend and will not be returning. They also added a £5 service charge and the service was shocking... we waited ages for drinks and to order.

Food amazing staff amazing what more can I say its a must visit. We had steak I call it a lazy steak takes no cutting and no chewing absolutely stunning.

We visited here for a family members birthday, what a perfect choice, the age range was 3 yrs to 72 yrs. everyone had a lovely time. The food was cooked to perfection and the service was second to none. Lovely place that I would highly recommend and will definately return xx

Visited on Saturday for the first time in a few years and was greeted with a warm welcome, and the great service continued throughout the evening.

There is a rather Mediterranean vibe at this place. Very friendly and nice staff who are so happy to help, quick and even hilarious. They serve a wide range of wine and other drinks. We had dishes with chicken, pork and beef and they were all delicious and of high quality. The portions are almost medium size and a bit pricey but I think it is worthwhile.

We visited on a Monday so it was very quiet. The waiter was extremely attentive without it being too much and the food arrived very quickly. All very delicious but the chicken was a little dry so a bit chewy! I'd still highly recommend it though, lovely flavours.

This is just the most friendly restaurant with fantastic food and great staff. Would definitely recommend a visit.

The welcome at Latino is superb with attention to detail - Tony notices that my wife's hair is still wet so he seated us near the radiator. The menu has a good selection of pasta, pizza, chicken and lamb chef specials but we go for the steaks. On our first visit to Latino years ago we asked for well done steaks. Tony was aghast and said we should try medium rare and if it was not right then he would ask chef to cook them further. He was right then and so it has been ever since.

Went here on 30/03/19 mothers day treat,all good service & staff were excellent food was lovely,the only criticism is i thought it was a bit pricey as we had no drinks at all & bill was still £78. We did call in here on the off chance of a table which they kindly gave us as they were busy so all in all very nice place,staff,chefs & ambience just a bit expensive.

Although we had walk or driven past it regularly it wasn’t until Friday we visited for the first time. The menu offered a wide choice of delicious food. The service was good and the owner went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We are planing to visit again as soon as next week.

We have recently moved into this area and wanted to take our friends to a nice restaurant so I booked a table here. I am a vegetarian so ordered Pasta Alfredo my husband chose the risotto with seafood, my friend had the chef's special King Prawns and her husband the meat balls. We all enjoyed our meals. The home made Tiramisu was excellent, not too sweet and the ice cream with nuts came in a large goblet. I will certainly return to try some of the other dishes.

After seeing all of the good review I was a bit disappointed. I couldn’t fault the atmosphere and vibe of the place - my issue was with the food, which, to be frank was a bit bland.

We visited this venue for the first time in January to celebrate a family birthday. There were ten of us and we had a great night out. The food was excellent and staff attentive and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and look forward to going again

Absolutely WONDERFUL! Early meal as had to drive back to Gloucester. But we were really looked after...in fact, spoilt! Made a fuss of me when discovered it was my birthday. Superb service and food was amazing.

Just popped in with my wife and daughter. Met as usual by the owner with his normal warm greetings. Drinks ordered and delivered quickly. Starters were superb (garlic king prawns) recommended. Meat balls and prawn cocktail, all of which were delicious. Mains arrived all popping hot and superb. Decided to have a dessert for the first time, tiramasu devine. All fed and watered left feeling great and guided out by the owner. Considering we only go there when visiting family we are never forgotten. Well worth a visit.

Visited this restaurant last night with a friend for a special meal together. The service from start to finish was warm and welcoming from ALL members of staff, particularly the main manager guy who looked after us- we didn’t get chance to catch his name. He was accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for us, the smile on his face never disappeared! A perfectly run family business. As for the food, we tried 3 courses. What we tasted was great on each course, we couldn’t find fault with any of it. The food was tasty and well cooked and we finished each course fully. Generous portions of amazing food. Our new favourite restaurant, we will be back soon!

A group of us went for a friends surprise birthday meal. The food and atmosphere were fabulous, and Tony, the owner made everyone feel very welcome. It is a number of years since I have been here, and I'm pleased to say it's as good as ever!

Fair price for excellent food and staff are top class we will be back as there are some excellent choices of dishes

Visited on Saturday 13october. Lovely surrounding, very welcoming and the food excellent. It is very easy to get to on the tram from Nottingham, also parking next door. Will visit again
