Didn't get to try the food, but the service and atmosphere were RUBBISH ! We booked a table for 6 for my friend's birthday and were reminded, via text, to let them know if we WEREN'T going to be able to make it . So we were all surprised to find out that they had let our table go to another party before we arrived ( on time ). Most disappointing.

Having not visited for some 3 years we ventured back due to a birthday offer. What a great experience it was. Our server, Bethany, was exceptional and exceeded expectations in every possible way. She was friendly, professional and attentive. The food was interesting and well presented with very generously sized portions. The prices were reasonable too. We shall definitely be back soon and not allow such a long gap between visits!!

Met up with a friend for lunch and we enjoyed the food especially the sweet potato fries. Their menu is quite affordable and they have a 2 for 1 all day happy hour for drinks. We ordered mocktails, but they were a bit too sweet. The staff were quite friendly! Would definitely recommend this place and would be back.

My friends and I like to come here as you’re never rushed the food is always great the drinks are good value and I’ve never had a reason to complain in all the years we’ve been to this restaurant. The staff are excellent always friendly and helpful

I ordered a take away to be delivered. The delivery was fine but the Burritos had to have been microwaved before they were dispatched. They were too hot to eat, and contained very little chicken. Disappointing. I would not order from here again.

Nice food and decent kids options

We waited 45 minutes to be seated on a table we had booked 3 weeks in advance. We then didn't get any orders taken for over an hour and in the end had to leave as it had got to an hour and 10 minuets with no orders for food taken. The waiter was ignoring us even when we tried to get their attention, and we'd barely got a drink. I would not recommend going here.

We had two waiters, Eddie and Deborah and they were so friendly. They even took our group picture for us.

Table booked for 7.15, ordered drinks at 7.30, ordered food at 7.40, starters arrived at 8.00, drinks arrived at 8.10, main courses arrived at 9.00. Won't be rushing there again.

His wit a tonic, our spirits flew high, In Eddie's care, not a tear, not a sigh. Tequila Rose, a sweet surprise he bestowed, Adding to the joy, our happiness overflowed. For amidst the clinks of glasses, we found glee, Eddie, our hero, forever we decree.

This is very much a Marmite restaurant. You will (probably) love it if you are young, brash, noisy, half-drunk when you arrive, believe McDonalds is a gastro-experience, and think that heaven has arrived early when you discover you can get TWO (of the same) cocktails for £14. Almost everyone else will have difficulty in identifying any redeeming features apart from admiring the fortitude of the staff who, despite being desperately over-worked as there are too few of them, run around frantically fire-fighting while continuously smiling through gritted teeth. It's not an experience that I ever intend to repeat but for anyone under 25 and/or with very modest expectations, you might consider it.

I am writing with deep disappointment and frustration regarding an incident that occurred during our recent visit to your establishment. On the evening of the 28th of February 2024, my partner and I, along with our friends, visited Las Iguanas to celebrate our 8th year anniversary. What should have been a joyous occasion turned into a deeply unpleasant experience due to the reprehensible behaviour of one of the staff members. Upon arriving at Las Iguanas, we were enticed by your advertised brunch deal for £25, which concluded at 11 pm. However, upon inquiring about the offer, we were informed by your staff that a booking was required. Understanding this requirement, we promptly made a booking online for brunch at 8 pm to enjoy the deal. Unfortunately, the evening took a turn when we were attended to by a waiter named Byron. We informed Byron about the new booking and asked if it was okay to now enjoy the brunch menu, excited to enjoy our anniversary. In an act of utter unprofessionalism and disrespect, Byron directed offensive language towards my partner, labelling our decision to book for brunch at 8 pm as "c***ish." We were completely taken aback and appalled by his choice of language, which not only violated basic standards of decency but also tarnished what should have been a memorable evening for us. When we expressed our shock and asked Byron to clarify what he had said, he callously repeated his offensive remark calling my partner a ‘c**t’, leaving us feeling deeply disrespected and uncomfortable. Such behaviour is entirely unacceptable and has no place in any establishment that purports to provide a welcoming and hospitable environment for its patrons. As a result of Byron's actions, our anniversary celebration was completely ruined. The incident left us feeling humiliated and distressed, overshadowing what should have been a special occasion shared with loved ones. Bryon then left the restaurant floor to make a phone call. We drank the drinks we had already ordered and then another waiter approached us asking if we wanted any food. Due to Bryon’s offensive language, we wanted to leave the restaurant promptly. We requested the bill, which was provided to us with the service charge added. I stated there is no way we are paying the service charge and for it to be removed. Bryon stated he was sorry for using the language, but our evening was already ruined, and we left the restaurant. I implore you to review your staff training protocols to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. While I am deeply disappointed by our experience at Las Iguanas, I hope that your prompt and sincere response to this complaint will demonstrate your commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Leah was incredibly sweet and provided an incredible service. Leah was super polite and was extremely friendly and I never experienced such great hospitality. The food could’ve been better but the experienced was so good that it made up for it.

Leah is so pleasant and cheerful and gave us the yummiest food in the most unique way. I’ve never seen anything like it. When she realised I was into musicals, she sang everything. She sang as she took our order, she sang as she brought our food. And she most certainly as we left the restaurant. I have never met anyone as lovely as Leah. Atmosphere is only a 5 because Leah made me feel like I was at a theatre.

Went there, price was reasonable and had two for one on cocktails. Food was decent, but we had to wait a while to be initially served and had forgotten our water. Overall a fun experience. The calimares were lovely

Bang average food. The service was some of the worst I have ever received. Took twenty minutes to get drinks ordered and then another ten minutes to receive them. That's thirty minutes before you've even ordered your food. Food then took another thirty minutes. We ordered another round of drinks when food arrived. The drinks never arrived. Finished dinner and had to wait ages to get a servers attention and the bill. Bill had the drinks we never received and the cheek to even ask for a service charge. Most of the tables around us were in after us and out before us. The chairs do not agree with the floor with constant screeching when people move them. Wouldn't touch this chain ever again. Nothing has changed.

Ordered home delivery last evening (order number #5E976) a burrito, a burger and a quesadilla. Sorry to share that the quality was subpar, the burger which costed £13.95 yet comes with no fries had a long blond hair in it, the burrito was half open/ not rolled well. very disappointing for something where you pay 2.99 delivery (plus tips) and equal service fee as if you are eating in.

We decides to go to Las Iguanas for bottomless brunch. You get a dish and bottomless on a selection of drinks of £35 for 2 hours. The drink options were great but there weren't many food options you could upgrade to the normal menu if you wished but that's at an additional cost. I had Chicken tacos which was really nice but a fairly small plate of food. It was very busy but the service was still very good, as soon as your drink is nearly finished staff are at your table taking the next order. It was a nice couple of hours but with the brunch it was definitely more about the drink than the food.
