The Acapulco burger is well worth the purchase, I've had it twice in the last week. It has a slightly spicy sauce, but nothing that will make your nose run.

Very pleasantly surprised by my visit today. Me and a friend went for the bottomless brunch and our drinks were served very quickly and the food is brilliant also. Omar and Daniel were very friendly and made our visit more enjoyable ! 😄 Would definitely visit again lovely atmosphere and brilliant service !! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I went to Las Iguanas on Saturday The food and drinks were amazing Daniel behind the bar was serving the best cocktails and also great service and also our waiter Chloe was very quick and great service. They both made us feel bery welcome and very chatty.Good service lovely food and lovely drinks.

Wonderful experience, loved the vibe here very 2018 and still modern. Tucked into such a lovely corner of Kingston, atmosphere is wonderful. Service is exceptional, our waitress Deborah was so kind and attentive. Food was a heavenly experience, many options for vegetarians as well. Would 100% come again and recommend to anyone.

Jessica T was our waiter and she was absolutely amazing. She was really kind and attentive to us and made sure we were comfortable and welcomed. I really enjoyed the service we received there and would visit again. Although it was really busy and the wait was 1 hour, they told us in advance and even after we accepted the wait, they served us pretty quickly after being seated and it was just a lovely atmosphere for a Friday night. We’ve been living in Kingston for more than 15 years and last visited Las Iguanas just after we moved here. I remember I was not impressed then and we never went back until today when we decided to try something “new”. I’m sorry to say we liked it even less this time. Firstly, the place is very cold. I couldn’t see any heating source and we stayed with our coats on. The service was OK, but the place gets very noisy and it’s hard to get the waiters attention unless you shout. The dessert took ages to arrive. The food was terrible. I had the chicken quesadillas - very small portion and tasted nothing like quesadilla. For reference - try the same in Tortilla, or even better - in Wahaca - and you’ll see what I mean. Very disappointed, can’t recommend and will not return.

Bottomless tapas was amazing usually priced at £25 per person for 90 minutes is a bargain and throughout the month of January it is only £15. The food was amazing - especially the hot honey cheese! Staff were brilliant too escpecially Ellie and Jamal and we were not kept waiting ever and even offered us food until the very end of our time slot. Definitely worth a visit even when full price.

Never had a bad experience here. Very attentive staff and food and drinks are quick. Tom and Matt were fantastic servers. Definitely recommend the king prawns, the tacos and the quesadillas - don’t recommend the nachos.

Our first time at Las Iguanas, making the most of the Bottomless Tapas offer. We were treated brilliantly straight away, we had two dogs with us and we were seated in a quiet but comfortable corner. We were a little worried we'd be out of sight but our waiter Jesse made sure we were kept in mind and took our orders throughout the 90 minutes promptly and regularly. We can't say enough about him - he was friendly and helpful from the outset and we feel his efforts should be recognised. We loved the food, we were slightly sceptical of the offer beforehand - small portions perhaps, or ages to bring the food/take the plates - but we needn't have worried. We weren't drinking on this occasion but having seen the cocktail menu and knowing the quality of the food, we'll definitely be back.

Chloe our waitress was fabulous. Explained everything and was so helpful and cheerful. An asset to the restaurant! Food was amazing so much so I booked to come back next week! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Overall a fabulous experience with delicious food.

Came here during January for the bottomless Tapas! We a Sunday and family quite. Tom our server was amazing! Drinks and food came very quickly and he was conscious of when we had finished dishes and wanted to order more. Great value for money and a good experience over all!

Absolutely appalling service! The place was packed to the rafters, yet we were utterly neglected by a skeletal staff of four. Two stuck in the kitchen, one glued to the bar, and a measly two trying to wrangle the entire floor. We couldn't endure it any longer. After a soul-crushing 50-minute wait for drinks that never materialized, we simply stormed out in disgust. Their 'unlimited Tapas' promotion is a laughable joke. You have a mere 90 minutes to devour as much as humanly possible, but how on earth are you supposed to do that when the food takes an eternity to arrive? This 'promotion' is nothing more than a cynical ploy to lure customers in with false promises."

When an offer looks too good to be true, it usually is. We wish we'd considered this, rather than be taken in by the unlimited tapas for £15 deal. The restaurant was in chaos. We arrived at 8pm, didn't get our drinks till after 9 and didn't get our food until well past 10pm, and even then several plates were missing. The only saving grace was our waiter, Rocky who was apologetic and trying his best to manage a lot of disgruntled customers, when it wasn't his fault the food wasn't ready. He was very professional and a credit to the place. The restaurant had the good grace to give us a hefty discount, which is what the extra star is for.

Tacos, chroz and cocktails were delicious. Prices were average. Service quality was very good. We thank Deborah and Matt for their attentive service.

We ordered tacos & drinks (happy hour). Drinks were good, atmosphere was good and interior was amazing. We were gonna order more food but tacos put us off. The filling was dry, we didn’t like it at all and asked for a manager. Instead she started arguing and said “you ordered you should know how it tastes” I mean I have never heard anything like that before.

I recently attended a work function at this venue, which has consistently impressed with its ambiance. While the atmosphere remains as inviting as ever, the overall service experience left much to be desired. Despite the food being well-prepared and of high quality once it arrived, we endured a prolonged wait of over three hours for all our courses to be served. Additionally, some orders were incorrect, and securing table service proved to be a challenge throughout the evening. That said, one of the managers -Jesse demonstrated exemplary service recovery skills, offering sincere apologies and attempting to address the issues as best as possible. While the staff were courteous, a more streamlined and efficient service would have significantly enhanced the experience.
