Great place to meet friends. Welcomed on arrival. Traffic accident caused a delay for 2 members of our party but service excellent. Staff didn't try to rush us in to ordering. Food arrived correct & piping hot. as ever, great tasting food. We had a pregnancy, an engagement & a birthday to celebrate. Our waitress organised a gf brownie with ice cream & a candle for 5 of us to share. Such a kind thought.

Lovely atmosphere, bright and authentic decor, friendly and efficient staff. Especially Aimee, our server who was very patient with our indecisions and accommodating. We needed space to work and Aimee guided us to a lovely spacious booth with electric access. Thanks for a lovely visit.

i dont usually visit chain restaurants as im a snob but staying in a hotel nearby we had little choice. food was actually really good, not over priced. service was good and professional (we were served by Aimee). had the Taste of Brazil meat platter and was good to try different dishes. also dont add a service charge on the bill unlike most chain restaurants.

A lovely range of different dishes, have been here a few times now and always had tasty food and prompt service. If you're in to South American cuisine, I would recommend. Our server Aimee was very friendly and checked on us multiple times throughout the evening.

Arrived at 8pm on a Wednesday night. I was seated quickly and the restaurant was half full. Good points: Friendly staff Seated quickly Didn’t have to wait long to be served Bad Points: Calamari to start was cooked well but had no flavour The burrito for my main, was obviously microwaved as the temperature was nuclear and the wrap was hard The food came out extremely quickly( never a good Sign) Probably a good place for drinks but the food is average at best. Stayed here for work so wasn’t to fussed but not value for money at all.

Great food, the cocktails were delicious and service was excellent. Dominika was excellent, she was very friendly and helpful.

I have been going to this Las Iguanas for many years and I honestly have no negative feedback. The service and food have always been great. I recently visited another LI in Bristol, which clearly demonstrated the differences between the two. Cribbs Causeway being the better venue in my opinion. Visited with family and had the Bahian Chicken Curry. Will I be visiting again, 100%.

Stefan was our server and was attentive. To start we shared large pulled beef nachos which are probably my favourite thing on the menu. I had the veggie chimichanga. The tortilla wrap is herby, the edges were crispy but sauces are dolloped on top which makes the texture soggy which is a shame because what’s the point in deep frying it just to make it soggy. I should’ve asked for sauces on the side. The feta like cheese was lovely and the beans. My boyfriend had the chicken burrito and said the contents were tasty but all mixed together and a bit mushy. superb food and excellent service. Booking recommended as this place is popular. I was on a date and the guy was a chef so I chose this place for its excellent food. We both enjoyed it although the date was unsuccessful.

Booked and put a birthday meal, we were 15mins early, drink order taken mains order taken and served then go busy, 4x waiting staff I believe on. But long time to clear plates asked to order our desserts when they did, they said would come back but didn't. Then got attention on another waitress ordered desserts ask if they would be to long as we had been waiting and missed, then after a while and them being sat on kitchen counter, gave up asked for bill and took churos with us as takeaway, but not a get experience as booked and was a birthday meal/treat out. They did give a discount as apology and we apologetic, but spoilt the occasion.

Las Igs has always been one of my favourite restaurant chains and I have been dining here since it’s roots in Whiteladies Road. Sadly, the last two times we have dined here have proved thoroughly disappointing. The menu has been stripped back, the food is now average and the service really lacking (our food order was not put through properly leaving us waiting over an hour for food). It’s a real shame but not what it used to be.

Dissapointed to see the other Mexican had closed down, we thought we would try out Las Iguanas. It has been some years since my last dinner hear, it was dissapointing. Nacho's barely had any toppings on them I had to ask for extra. My partners fajita's were nearly £19 and were the size of a kids meal..and my Burrito was soggy and bland. We won't be returning.

A disappointing visit to this now bog standard restaurant. The service was decent enough but the food was of a very poor standard and far too expensive. The £19 “Chicken Fajitas” consisted of four (very) small tortillas with barely enough chicken, sour cream etc to fill two of them. My beautiful wife wasn’t overly impressed with her meal either unfortunately.

We had a great experience at Las Iguanas Cribbs Causeway — Osman was a great server and the nicest guy, he made us feel very welcome and made some great recommendations. He is a credit to the restaurant. Delicious food, although a number of the beers were unavailable. Would come again.

Waited more than a while to be seated whilst staff walked past us. Once seated we waited 25 minutes before I had to ask a waitress if I could order a drink. She continued to clear tables without passing on the message for another few minutes, so we decided to call it a day! The restaurant was probably just over half full. Can’t comment on how good the food was because we didn’t make it that far. Very disappointing.
