We were welcomed and served by Beth and she was really lovely and her energy made us feel relaxed and cared for. Nice asset to the staff there!

We made a last minute booking which was accomodated. Our waitress/server Bethany, was amazing! Upbeat, friendly, fast and just a pleasure when she tended to us. She made our table laugh and took time for us, the restaurant was very busy but we was not made to feel that way at all! The food was lovely, Thank you Beth.

We ordered a meal from Harvesters through Deliveroo just now (24.01.2025), and I’m very disappointed. The chicken was not cooked through properly, which is incredibly concerning. On top of that, there were burnt particles in the container, and one of the corn cubes seems to have been broken off, as you can see in the pictures. It’s appalling that this was served and sent to a customer. The quality control is clearly lacking, and this experience was very disappointing. It's definitely not what I expected from Harvesters.

Lovely meal on Saturday evening. Our lovely waitress Kacie / Kacey was so brilliant! Checked in with us during the meal, ensured we all got our food and drink in good time and was lovely with our toddler (especially at the end helping us with the toy machine)!!!! The restaurant was really family friendly and staff super helpful

Very family friendly experience at Harvesters. They managed to squeeze us in without a reservation which was nice. Had lovely waitress Kacy who was very attentive and helped with everything we needed. Food was nice and our little one loved the fish fingers

We attended on New Year’s Eve, but was surprised to see the salad bar very diminished & inadequate. The food was mediocre, usually the service is very good.

Food took long drinks aswell asked for grilled halloumi cheese got given battered when the grilled halloumi finally came it was burnt there was a little kid running around everywhere not staffs fault but still annoying this has happened On 2 occasions

Kacie was our server today at Chingford branch! She was an angel, so helpful and polite. We recently adopted a child and he absolutely adored her, she was fantastic with him. Will 100% be returning and she deserves massive recognition!

A great time for my husband's birthday breakfast. Food was great and Bethany was wonderful and so cheerful and funny, made us feel very well catered to and looked after.

Our favourite Harvester by far. The food is great, but the service is even better. Bethany is the best server we have ever had, she deserves a massive raise. We will come every chance we get just to have her as our server. They also have great vegeterian options.

Went to this place a little over 10 years ago. I thought I'd give it a try since I was back in the area. From memory of great time how disappointment was I. Let me start with the food being below midstandard and the service of a waitress that wasn't sure about the menu. The washrooms were filthy, and the salad bar was very unhygienically kept. On top of that I was given a glass of wine which was not washed. The only advantage was that's the waitress apologised with a fresh glass. And instead of a medium gave me a large. Harvester is a well known brand and it's a shame they have let their selves go. There are many other places in Chingford. I would go.This will definitely not be one of them.

Just enjoyed the Christmas Dinner from the Christmas menu. Very tasty. I particularly liked the roast potatoes. They even offered extra gravy. We were served by Michael who is always very friendly and attentive. I find all the staff are great whenever I visit.

I was seated by a lovely waiter, Micheal, whom served us with joy, grace and enthusiasm, which I personally found very pleasing and delightful especially during this season. The food was excellent with only a few things that weren’t to my liking, not to say it isn’t good for others. On a whole I rate it 8/10

The place is excellent! I am a customer and I always go there. I have always been well attended to even though I cannot SPEAK English very well. However, today, December 1st, on my birthday, which I insisted on having at Haverster, my guests and I were completely poorly attended to by two waitresses, one named KACIE (who was the most snobbish) and the other one I couldn't make out her name. We were rushed to place our order, and as I said, I don't speak English very well, and every time I didn't understand what she was saying while she was writing down the order, she got angry. Not to mention the times she laughed and made fun of me and my guests with the other employees. We came from far away to go to Haverster because I insisted on going there because I already knew the place. I was very disappointed because it was my day. Only one employee was polite and was able to help us... Jane (I don't know if that's how you spell it) was kind and helped us.

It was so busy here I didn't think we would ever get served. Just we were about to give up the lovely server Katie came to our rescue with a reassuring 'be with you in two minutes l.' She was kind, knowledgeable and friendly without being overbearing. An absolut delight to be served by her. Worth her weight in gold.

Staff is not friendly at all, with no smiles or nice welcome. I have been to this harvester on many occasions, and this is the first time that I am unhappy with the service. My family and I had to wait for almost 45 minutes for our table to be cleared after eating, and that was only because I asked for it to be cleared. The waitresses kept walking up/down, ignoring us, and kept going to the opposite table, talking to the young boys on that table. We also had to call the waitress to ask for the bill. I hope this is a one-off.

Excellent dining experience at the Larkswood, served primarily by Ellie with some assistance from Beth. We were a fairly large (and loud) party but Ellie was polite, efficient, and excellent at dealing with our orders, changes, and the various voices. Beth helped in passing and really gelled with the humour of our group. Really good value for money on food and clean as well! Recommended for others and may you be so lucky to have either of these two servers!

Would like to say a massive thank you to Ellie & Beth who made our visit fun and enjoyable! They were an absolute delight! Good food, great service and nice environment/atmosphere. Thank you girls!
