Food was lovely as always. It was a quiet nice evening and the food came quick waiters were amazing and they put a candle in my daughter’s desert for her birthday. Our waiter was Caitlin and she was very sweet and she wrote happy birthday on my receipt for my daughter with a heart

We went for an impromptu big lunch on a Sunday, we were seated right away. Food was lovely, salad bar always wins. Burger was great and steak was cooked how it was ordered, chips and starters were great too and a very nice cocktail too. Our server was Beth and I haven’t had such a lovely, knowledgeable and enthusiastic waitress in a long time. Top tier service, a real star. Would recommend this restaurant.

Great food, excellent service and great value

Had not been to the Harvester in some time and was pleasantly surprised by how clean, well run and professional it all was. The salad bar in particular was absolutely immaculate. Our server, Mikel, is a natural at his job and put us very much at ease during the evening. We used a groupon voucher which represented amazing value for money, nothing was too much trouble and we had a lovely evening. Will plan to visit again soon.

My family and I always enjoy eating here. Whilst the food is lovely and the vibe is cozy, it must be said that the quality of the experience is certainly enhanced by Mikel. He ensures that his service is of an exceptional standard each and every time, without fail!

Mikel was lovely and welcoming! He did make the experience even better. Even my son said he is nice. Food was nice, but Mac and cheese was very cheesy and not much pasta but a load of melted cheese. But food was filling and was stuffed especially with their deal on 2 or 3 course can’t go wrong!

Had a fantastic meal, food tasted fresh but our server (Bethy) made the night. Friendly and funny and interactive with the kids made it a really nice meal out for the family.

Was concerned when we arrived (adult party of 5) that we was placed by the door. But in hindsight there was a kids party at the back.... so expertly placed! Lovely meal and evening. Be careful with pastry puddings like pie, obviously they need to microwave them but it makes them soggy is the only disappointment of the evening.

Amazing food, atmosphere is happy and fun. Server Bethany is extremely helpful, went above and beyond and had everybody laughing. Would come again!

Hey there, today we had visited the Harvester in Larkswood as we haven’t been there for a while , and well we’re all very surprised to how the restaurant has turned out to be , it’s a shame the way it has gone down hill. Firstly the cleanliness was awful , the glasses were very dirty and we ended up not giving our daughter apple juice because of it as they said it didn’t come in a bottle. The chicken from the kids menu was wet and soggy luckily the chips were good enough for our daughter to enjoy. The cheese on the chicken that my partner ordered was not even melted on the chicken, the texture of the cheese was hard. The baby high chair was absolutely disgusting very dirty and stains everywhere from when it hasn’t been cleaned properly after use (or even cleaned at all) The cutlery holder had sauce around it and dry food, the menus aswell also had dried sauce all over it, luckily we had baby wipes handy to clean the baby chair and the menus so we can use them. We also was not offered any drinks to go with our food as we had to chase up the waitress ourselves, I believe this was due to low staffing levels, we realised this from the beginning as we had to wait 20mins for a coffee and had to chase up the staff. We had spoken to one of the staff/team leaders about this however they did not seem bothered, I did see other staff cleaning the tables however it’s not just the table that needs cleaning… I hope this sheds light on our experience and I can assure we will not be going again anytime soon.

Food was banging! It wasn't busy for a Friday night. For us, the service was 11/10 Bethy was all over our table and what looked like every other table. Thank you Bethy YOU made our dinner so much more enjoyable and our kids loved you too.

We came for breakfast with Santa and my daughter had a lovely time. Our server Caitlyn was lovely & santas helper Caitlin was great. She helped my shy child go over to Santa who was also lovely.

The management are refusing to take responsibility for the bad and rude service we received from their staff and the cold food which was inedible and we could not eat but still had to pay for it. They totally disregarded that we had an elderly person with us who never received her main meal and went home hungry. Our group was very courteous the whole time despite the rudness from their waitress... having seeing other reviews left it seems other people have had bad experiences too. Definitely we don't recommend going to this restaurant

Unhelpful staff and management.. Wanted to return the burger because it was cold, onion rings were hard, and the server didn't smile once and refused to take the food back. Management wouldn't even take the item off the bill. I would not recommend this branch.

Very poor service, rude staff..food was cold and when we brought this to the attention of the waitress nothing did nothing about it. Definitely don't recommend this restaurant.

Me and my family booked a table for harvesters Christmas Dinner and I must say we were not disappointed. The service from mya was nothing but perfect

Visited the restaurant on Tues for lunch, was served by Bethany who was very polite and friendly. The Resturant was very clean and the salad bar all topped up and fresh! We were seated and served very quickly and the food order taken. Food was delicious especially the chicken skewers!! Cannot fault this Harvester excellent value for money with a great atmosphere, we‘ll be back soon 😊 Returned for dinner to celebrate my mums birthday. The Team are so friendly, sorted out her birthday cake, candles and singing to her! They really made a fuss of her! The food was lovely, there was 7 of us and we all choose something different and everything looked well presented and delicious!! The little side Mac & Cheese was really good! We really enjoy visiting this Harvester, it’s our favourite one!!
