Mikel was great, he catered to our needs and was very helpful.

The place is excellent! I am a customer and I always go there. I have always been well attended to even though I cannot SPEAK English very well. However, today, December 1st, on my birthday, which I insisted on having at Haverster, my guests and I were completely poorly attended to by two waitresses, one named KACIE (who was the most snobbish) and the other one I couldn't make out her name. We were rushed to place our order, and as I said, I don't speak English very well, and every time I didn't understand what she was saying while she was writing down the order, she got angry. Not to mention the times she laughed and made fun of me and my guests with the other employees. We came from far away to go to Haverster because I insisted on going there because I already knew the place. I was very disappointed because it was my day. Only one employee was polite and was able to help us... Jane (I don't know if that's how you spell it) was kind and helped us.

Lovely family breakfast, we were really well looked after by Beth - couldn’t have asked for more - thank you!

We enjoyed the food and the great service in here that we have become regulars. Today we were served by Holly and like all the staff she was very helpful and friendly. We will be back soon

Holly, our waitress, was brilliant. 100% effort was brought to her job and you can tell with her uplifting attitude and how she presented herself. Food was lovely snd service was quick and effortless

It was so busy here I didn't think we would ever get served. Just we were about to give up the lovely server Katie came to our rescue with a reassuring 'be with you in two minutes l.' She was kind, knowledgeable and friendly without being overbearing. An absolut delight to be served by her. Worth her weight in gold.

The environment was warm and cosy. Holly served us and was extremely kind and friendly. Give her a raise !

Staff and service were great. Michael was amazing and looked after us the whole evening. He was great with the kids and went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable evening for them (and us all).

Staff is not friendly at all, with no smiles or nice welcome. I have been to this harvester on many occasions, and this is the first time that I am unhappy with the service. My family and I had to wait for almost 45 minutes for our table to be cleared after eating, and that was only because I asked for it to be cleared. The waitresses kept walking up/down, ignoring us, and kept going to the opposite table, talking to the young boys on that table. We also had to call the waitress to ask for the bill. I hope this is a one-off.

Holly was our server and she was amazing, very helpful and polite.

Excellent dining experience at the Larkswood, served primarily by Ellie with some assistance from Beth. We were a fairly large (and loud) party but Ellie was polite, efficient, and excellent at dealing with our orders, changes, and the various voices. Beth helped in passing and really gelled with the humour of our group. Really good value for money on food and clean as well! Recommended for others and may you be so lucky to have either of these two servers!

Would like to say a massive thank you to Ellie & Beth who made our visit fun and enjoyable! They were an absolute delight! Good food, great service and nice environment/atmosphere. Thank you girls!

Food was good but stand out was our server Michael, went above and beyond and very sweet with kids!

Michael Barrymore was a helpful and funny waiter. Enjoyed our meal.

Me and my partner love coming to this harvester for breakfast! Not only is it super tasty but it’s great value for money and always filling! A special shout out to Beth (annoying girl with the headband) who is always friendly and welcoming to us especially when she was setting up for a child’s birthday party! We will definitely be coming back again!

Always great quality food from this Harvester, easy to make a reservation, and quick service. Really well looked after by Caitlin on our last visit.

Excellent Service and Delicious Food Jane provided exceptional service during our meal at Harvester. She was friendly, attentive, and gave great menu recommendations. The food tasted amazing, and Jane made sure everything was timed perfectly. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really enhanced the dining experience. Highly recommend asking for Jane!

Best Harvester around, no question! Great staff, great atmosphere, and great food Though I didn't have any of your desserts today, please bring back the honeycomb sundae for next time! Haha Also, Bethany is amazing! I have never had a more energetic, friendly, FUNNY, and lovely waitress! Made my 30th birthday memorable and enjoyed every second of our visit, will be back and hope to be seated in your section again! You need your own comedy show! We had a lovely meal (2 adults, 2 kids) and tried the new menu and the Banoffee waffle was delicious! Our waiter Mikel was friendly and helpful and kept the kids amused and remained calm when the restaurant got really busy.
