The food and service is amazing. I have told all my friends and family to come here. The hummus is out of this world. I would highly recommend! Please eat here!!

The food was excellent. The biggest shame is that the service was slow and lethargic; also too chatty at times and completely inattentive at others. Let's just say the lady, whilst being lovely and sweet, is not a natural waiter. Also, the music was good but the rest of the atmosphere gave off a vibe of a closed cafe. The rather non-descript outside doesn't shout "come in, welcome", the tables are not laid up with any cutlery/glasses and the lights were completely off. It was just light enough but wasn't in any way atmospheric. It's a shame they are not making more of the excellent location and nice premises because the food deserves to be celebrated more than it is being.

Lovely restaurent and staff and great food!

A shame we didn’t catch the name of the lady who served us but she was amazing! The food was absolutely superb, from starters to the mains and desserts with Turkish coffee. We had a lovely family meal and if we lived closer we 100% be in for a regular dinner!

Delicious food and very nice people! We lunch here often and it’s the only restaurant in Hastings I consistently recommend. Keep doing what you’re doing!

We visited Lamarina on our way to the ‘Boogie by the Sea’ event and were so glad we did. Generous portions of tasty food, with great service and at a superb price. Three courses plus beers for £65. What more could you ask for! Highly recommended.

Was in Hastings for 2 days and dined here both afternoons. This place was exceptional! The food is delicious and service impeccable. In addition, the seaview adds to the lovely ambience of the environment. The lady who runs the place is very nice and friendly as well! Will definitely come back here if I'm in Hastings again.

A friendly and delicious Cypriot family run restaurant. Seafood and grilled fish is a must have! We’re coming back, whenever we’re in the area.

This quiet family restaurant on the sea-front is homely and welcoming. The food is authentically Turkish/Cypriot with generous servings beautifully cooked and served with friendliness and care. I had the succulent sea bass fillets with salad and chips but there are various options to accessorise the meal. The sweet Turkish coffee is a winner!

What a delight, friendly relaxed service. Menu extensive and tasty with an explanation of the dish on menu . Everything piping hot and freshly cooked to order from the kitchen. Staff super friendly. Hidden Gem. Had read reviews so it didn't disappoint. Nice casual setting. A couple of tables looking out to sea but were taken. Good Mediterranean choices on the menu. Great service, friendly staff, very reasonably priced. Close to WhiteRock Hotel and Pier. Well worth a visit. Would definitely recommend and visit again if in the area. 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 alcoholic drinks £46. Only 3 stars for atmosphere just because it was quiet. Don't walk by go in and give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Really great place. Food was absolutely superb. Even though it was past close we were allowed to finish our food and drinks at our own pace which was really nice of them. Would definitely come back next time we are in Hastings!

Lovely and tasty food, arrived piping hot

We were staying at the White Rock Hotel opposite the pier, a few yards away, so this little restaurant was very convenient. I struggled to book online as they don’t seem to have a proper website (and I worry for them that this could be a real problem as the restaurant was very quiet). I phoned and they called me back. The food was excellent and the service very friendly. This is a proper family-run establishment - if in Hastings do go!

Didn't feel welcome at all, looked at the menu and felt it wasn't explained well, and I know my Mediterranean food.. service felt rude, to be honest. We weren't greeted, but merely stared at, I asked about a table for lunch, the waitress (assuming) seemed surprised that we were in there in plain clothes standing next to another plain clothes gentleman, who later turned out to be a customer waiting for a collection.. we didn't stay, we didn't feel at all welcome. I cant comment on the food sadly.

The food was amazing!! We got Iskender and it was delicious. The chicken was juicy and loved the flavors and the bread under the dish was so soft and creamy. I would definitely recommend to try Iskender from here and the filo feta starter. The owner and the head chef were very friendly and we had a nice long chat. The atmosphere was amazing and very clean and the staff were very welcoming.

I was recommended by a friend and can honestly say that I was not disappointed. We had a takeaway and the food was really lovely, it arrived on time, the portions were very generous with loads left over for another meal. We will definitely order again or even pop down to the restaurant for a meal.

A lovely evening out. Gets busy, best to book. Food was amazing and plenty of it. Brother and sister run this restaurant and are a brilliant team. Both very friendly and give you their time. I have been meaning to try this restaurant for so long and last night finally did it. I am kicking myself for taking so long! Food was delicious and plentiful. Home made chilli sauce was great. Complementary fresh home made bread and Olives was a very nice touch. If you are considering here or Nazar, go here. You won't regret it. Staff member was exceptional, very friendly and very on it. I wish this place every success and hope they get the business they deserve as they are really good

Ein unscheinbares Restaurant von außen, muss man wirklich entdecken. Umso wärmer und netter drinnen. Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker, als auch die Musik und das Personal sehr angenehm und nett. Es war wie ein Abend am Mittelmeer. Türkische und griechische Musik wurde abwechselnd gespielt, was besonders toll ist. Die Rechnung mit köstlichem türkischen Honig war dann die Krönung!

A lovely unpretentious authenticish looking where the food is simple and fresh as should be, very tasty, generously served by a friendly and chatty waiter, very decent prices (dint even look at the wines though)

1st visit to this restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the meal, will certainly be returning for another go...

This place is a hidden gem!! We went for dinner before seeing a show (this place is about a 40 second walk from the theatre!) And it was AMAZING!!! The view overlooking the sea is stunning and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the hot meze sharing starter. Also huge thanks to the staff, who despite it being a.very hot day, couldn't do enough for us. We can't wait to come back!

La Marina Mediterranean restaurant is the perfect location for tasty, well presented and reasonably priced food. Staff very helpful, attentive, friendly and professional, the food, very well presented, tasty, good portion size. Definitely worth a visit.

Highly recommend this restaurent. So many places covering this cuisine, and all round this is definitely the best around. The service is excellent, the location is great and pricing is on point ! We had the feta filo, carrot yogurt dip, tzaziki, chicken shish. Amazingly fresh and tasty! I wish this restaurent the best and would definitely go again if Im in Hastings.

Good mediterranean fare. Give it a try if you are heading for the White Rock Theatre. Seemed like everyone in there was heading there.

11 of us friends ate here on Saturday 13th May the food was wonderful we weren't rushed at all we had a truly lovely experience. Highly recommended. Great service. Excellent Value too

Had a wonderful time here, the staff were very friendly. All the food was really good and despite there being eleven of us it all came at the same time with no delays. We all remarked it was the best dinner out we had had out for a long time. And in these hard times it was also very good value. Really great.

Overall, great. Very fresh and different to the usual kebab experience - instead of a soggy pitta, you get a tabbouleh salad but with lovely fresh, soft, thick, authentic bread on the side, packed separately so it doesn’t suffer the fate the pitta normally would. Chicken shish nicely cooked and tender. I also had calamari and this was not quite as good - I only say this as a hint to the restaurant - it was slightly overcooked and chewy, but I did enjoy the light, crispy coating instead of the normal batter. Both came with little pots of sauce and salsa which were nice. Would definitely recommend and is a cut above most places I’ve tried in Hastings. 👍
