Lal sher in Warrington

Just an easy 1 star review to be honest. The service at this place is shocking, watched numerous tables that came in after us be served and get there food before us. In total we waited 1 hour since sitting down to get our starter and 1.5 hours to get our main. We have been here multiple times but keep trying to give them another chance as this place is close to home and the food is ok. We won’t be coming back again, we never get checked on, never get asked if we need more drinks, and the wait for food is atrocious.

Absolutely top notch food at a really good price. Eat in or take out. Exceptional service with a warm greeting. Half Indian restaurant and half British pub with a pool table and dart board. What more could anyone want?!

Tonight was the 4/5th takeaway we have had and to-date the food has been fantastic. Unfortunately tonight the meats seemed over cooked and dry and nowhere near as good as previous occasions. Disappointing tonight, sorry to say.

Fantastic curries, dine in or takeaway....The mega kebab is like a baby's arm...(£12)! English food in the day time.

Have ordered a couple of times from here now and is absolutely gorgeous food. The delivery service has, on both occasions, been quicker than first advised, the delivery staff were so friendly. There was plenty of food and every dish tasted gorgeous. Would highly recommend.

Lal sher - We had a takeout for Christmas dinner and it was delicious!! We were told estimated time for pick up between 20-30 minutes. They were running late which was to be expected as they were full and very busy. The whole staff couldn’t have been kinder. While rushing serving tables they kept checking I was okay waiting and keeping updated with eta. They got me a chair to sit on and some chocolates. All in all I think I waited 20 minutes over the suggested time which I thought was perfectly acceptable considering it was Christmas Day. They are such a lovely team and the food was amazing as always. Customer service 10/10 Food 10/10

What Indian serves chilli. The pool team are extremely rude and if you are not a regular you are not allowed in the bar side to watch the football or play pool... I will never come back to this pud I find it extremely unwelcoming and a disgrace to the community

Stayed at the balck swan but like a good curry...reviews not great but took a gamble...i am the most tollerant customer having done the job when younger. Bar staff lovely, older waiter with bald head was terrible and rude...asked for wifi code and told me to go to the bar, when challenged he said give me your phone and i will enter it...not a chance! Main course arrived and i ordered pilau rice which tasted like a bag of uncle bens plain rice...i gave him the bowl back with some rice in it and suggested the chef taste it....he asked what was wrong and i explained there was no flavour, no cardamon, no cinamon etc...just walked away not interested. I just dont understand...its not hard...and with so many places closing you would think the bar would be raised

Great food and friendly service. The curries were really flavourful with fresh ingredients and excellent sundries: rice and naan bread. The restaurant is attached to the pub so there’s also the benefit of draught beers, ciders, etc. Definitely recommended 👍🏼

Tried for the first time. Food is unbelievable. Best lamb chops I've had in my life. Staff are so attentive aswel. One thing is for sure if we ever want an Indian meal again we know where to come. Top marks 🤟
