Laksa Malaysian Street Food in Islington

Unglaublich gutes Essen - sind spontan rein und haben für 4 einen Tisch im oberen Stock am Fenster bekommen. Das Personal war super freundlich und extra Wünsche waren auch kein Problem. Das Essen war sehr schnell da und einfach nur großartig! Ich kann es sehr empfehlen!

Ate at Laksa last night with a friend and it was delicious. Friendly and attentive staff, well priced and simply delicious Malaysian food. I will return!!!

I was looking at restaurants near our hotel and had enjoyed Malaysian food before so my wife and I decided to try Laksa. It was a fortuitous choice. The restaurant was super clean, the staff attentive, and the food was superb. I love most Asian food but have not had many opportunities to eat Singaporean style laksa before. We were only staying one night in London but our next trip will include another visit to Laksa. I briefly talked to the chef and he asked me if we liked the food and he was sincerely happy that I told him it was fantastic. It is inexpensive but well dome healthy fresh Asian curry type food. We stumbled on this fantastic restaurant during Clerkenwell Design Week. It was busy but they had a table and let us in without a booking. There was a steady stream of customers all evening, which is always a good sign! The staff wore masks which is a bonus we did not expect. Our meals came promptly: hot and very delicious. The staff were friendly and polite and very hard-working. In an area that has some over-priced, fancy restaurants it is a gem. Well-working seeking out.
