Tasty food especially the curry’s. Loved the taava karahi. Definitely try the chicken tikka, never tasted like this before.

Visiting from California. Came here for nashta and it did NOT disappoint. AMAZING FOOD. The service was also outstanding. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. We ordered the poori halwa, mango lassi (must get), garlic naan and keema parata but our server also brought us haleem, nihari, and chicken to taste. We ended our meal with amazing homemade kulfis. Definitely go here if you’re in manchester! We will be back inshaAllah!

First time going and certainly won't be the last. I have had a lot of curries in my time but this is one of the best! Service from Usman was 5 star and we were very impressed! This rivals all the popular curry houses and by far exceeds them on flavour.

Food experience was very good. I have tried Whole Chicken (Deghi), Chicken Karahi, Mutton Karahi and Kulfi. Taste was excellent. Service was very good. Atmosphere is normal. They don't have well dining-in area. Rates are normal too. If you want good food taste with normal dinning and ambience then this is recommended place.

From London with family, we had a lovely meal here & amazing value for money. Loved the mix grill, saag, naan, chole & mango lassi, along with the complimentary zarda rice. Osman was lovely host, always asking if all was ok & also the owner/s. Do visit this place, but have to wait a bit as food is cooked fresh. Will go again ia, before heading back to London.

Very laziest service in the whole Manchester

came all the way from Scotland to try this place for breakfast and let me tell you i was pleasantly surprised never have i ever had halwa puri as good as this one and the chanay were absolutely delicious and i dont really like prathas but these prathas were so delicious and so were the payas and do get the mango lassi it is phenomenal. I am super satisfied with this place and will be coming back

The food was absolutely amazing we had a tawa for 4 it was so good that I can't even describe. The food was also really cheap compare to other restaurants. The staff was so nice, kind and respectful

Not just the fact that I had to wait more than half an hour but for 12£ my rice was way too small plus could tell that it was left out for long and almost sticky texture and my curry was drenched in oil they did not seem to care about the service I feel sick just by taking a few bites would not recommend going to this place and will neither go back myself.

Authentic lahori food which tastes delicious. Highly recommend the halwa puri and chana along with the parathas and omelette for breakfast. If youre looking for a nice chicken curry then the chicken chilli is amazing too.

Absolutely wonderful place, great food excellent service and good hospitality. We went to try out this place food was so delicious just like home made. Usman was serving very jolly, energetic and a lovely young man he made our experience homely and warm. Liquat who owns this place is also a wonderful guy he came to check several times to see if his customers are happy. I would strongly recommend this place.

I dont wann'a complain about food as its minor but yes about the waiter who was serving. It was 30th march and time around 6.30pm. The only concern and focus he had on was on females which is something against ethics. He just kept serving females and engaged in conversation with them. Owner should think about it! Also when requested for tap water it had an insect in it. When asked about it , we were told that they give bottled water due to this reason. So their tap water has insects in them 🙄. Wow good reason!

We had a good time, the service was a bit slow as there was only one waiter for the whole restaurant, almost all the tables were full because their food was very delicious and inviting. I would really recommend the dishes we tried, we ordered chilli chicken, haleem, halwa puri and Nihari with kulcha.

We are from London and we ensure we come here whenever we visit the area. We have tried their halwa puri, karahi, nihari and haleem and all were excellent with authentic flavour!

I must say that this place will never let me miss my Pakistani food but the service is quite slow and it takes years to have our meal ready and they must improve in quite a few dishes.

Had the paaya and chicken chargah. Both were decent for the price. Went for the chargah second time . Was ok.

I have tried their breakfast menu and it is amazing. If you want to try authentic breakfast or want to give your tastebuds a journey back home, you should definitely try this. The prices are economical and servings are good. The services can get slow at times of peak demand - but that shows how much people like the place. Highly recommended. Try their Halwa puri nashta, nehari, and naan channay.

The food was excellent and so was the service , had the nihari and haleem with aloo parantha and kulcha naan which was really tasty and the portion size was very good , the halwa and desi tea for desserts just perfect to top it off , nothing but positives , highly recommended , please try and enjoy !!!

Couldn't try everything but had plao rice and the sweet rice. Plao rice could've been better and it is the reason why food is given 3 stars otherwise it was a good experience.

These guys are extremely friendly. Service sometimes takes a while though so it’s best to order early. The curries are their strong point and exceptional. The deserts are all the Pakistani authentic traditional ones we love in this culture

Lahori Sawad is a great addition to authentic Pakistani food cafes in the Levenshulme area of Manchester. In addition to delicious food all day long from desi nashta to mouth watering freshly prepared Karahis at dinner, the service is par excellence. The chef owners regular presence and friendly customer service makes this place stand out. We have been there numerous times with friends and family and never been disappointed. And yes, don't forget to try their own made kulfi!!

Very bad services the manager behaviour was very rude. He doesn’t have a sense to talk to customers. Even charged us extra and when we ask for receipt he gave us receipt and made excuses regarding that. Worst place ever visited in my life. I recommend you to don’t go there please.

Don't know he this place even had high reviews. It was full of men that sire have wives and sister who cook 1000 times better. Anyways food is disgusting, the curry's sit cold on the counter and are microwaved up. The meat is nasty and black thigh. I would highly recommend to avoid this place. The only thing fresh is the air when the door opens

I don’t know how this place has good reviews. The food was awful. The curry was so old it was brown we had to check it wasn’t lamb! The curry’s are microwaved and apart from the naan nothing is fresh in this place

Prices are slightly highest other than offers price. Nice place but no family seatings available men women all in one place. Not too bad only family separate seating will improve clintage.

Went for lunch when they were about to close. However, rather than telling that beforehand, they served me and then asked me to eat fast because they wanted to go. Food was okay; nothing special and you can do better with any of the similar restaurants in the very same street.

We come from stoke on Trent and this is the second time we have been. The fourth time we came in the evening for dinner and i am a picky person food quality and cleanliness is a must! I cant enjoy my food in a place where it is not hygienic. But this place was clean. Food was just like home made, staff were friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Its good value for money, eat a good sized meal for next to nothing. Would definitely come back again and again. Very family friendly the kids even enjoy it!

Customer service was very bad if anybody wanted to go to the toilet you have to ask from staff.

My first time trying out this restaurant without expectations, it turned out to be an excellent addition to my list of pure desi eateries in Manchester. I had the chilli chicken, Nihari and Channay and I must admit all three reminded me of eating out in Lahore. Plus the owner who was also serving was a very humble and nice person and didn’t let us down in service. Thoroughly recommend eating here and I’ll certainly be returning.

Great Lahori food at reasonable prices with good service. Had chicken seek sandwich, aloo parata and mooli parata. The place actually sold the mooli parata, it wasn't just an addition on the menu. Plus the paratas were really well made and of a thin composition. Something an expert chef would make. Wouldn't hesitate to try other options on their menu. For dessert the qulfi ice cream was also great.

Food Is Good but they need more staff, and should only do one service person on each table . Too many things were handled by one person at the time and messing or order, keep delaying our food causes Stops during our meal . Your food Is good please make your service better ! Service Matters The Most!!!

The best halwa puri place in Manchester. Thier lassi is tasty as well. So far I've only tried their nashta, would love to try their other dishes. Looking forward to visit them soon. Staff is friendly and the premesis was clean. The pricing is very reasonable. The only minor suggestion I'd like to give to the management is to have some consistency in their dinnerware.

The whole family really enjoyed the meal the grilled tawa. And the Lahor charga really delicious, the best meal we had no grease and not over spiced. This is the place our family will visit regularly, not to forget the staff very friendly and helpful. The place is child friendly.
