Laguna in Ealing

I been coming to Laguna for 20 years since my friend Billy puri recommendation I don’t live in London anymore but still like to visit when I can The food is bit pricey but well worth the visit 🇮🇳🙏

Service was extremely slow despite having quite a fee employees on the floor- they seemed more focused on their buffet service and our a la carte order took ages - making us nervous as we had to be somewhere for a ticketed event. Had to ask number of times if they can hurry the order. Also had to ask number of times for water.

Staff were pleasant and hard working but very disorganized, with one person's main arriving twenty minutes before the rest of the meal. Food was okay. Windows on all sides made place feel like goldfish bowl and bounced sound around, so a noisy Friday night became very noisy indeed. Place badly needed a good foh manager and some soft furnishings.

A wonderful evening. Well staffed. Friendly, attentive and efficient service; struck the perfect balance between making sure we were well attended to but without any sense of being rushed. Decor and ambience also struck the right note. Well spaced out tables, even when busy you feel relaxed, but not at the expense of losing that vital buzz that is needed to enjoy an evening out. Ordered a variety of veg and non-veg starters and mains, food came out quickly, and well presented. Food was enjoyed by the whole family ranging from 3 kids aged 7-10 and grandparents - that does not happen very often! In summary, a great choice for my Fathers’s birthday dinner, can’t believe we haven’t been here before - looking forward to our next visit.

Nice place for a dinner. I would just suggest that the "spicy level" should appear on the menu to avoid some hot surprises for those who are not used to eat indian kitchen...

I treated my wife for our anniversary. We both had an enjoyable experience, the starters was very tasty and the mains were devine we just didn’t have enough room for a sweet. The staff were very professional and tended to our needs with a smile. The ambiance of the restaurant was tastefully decorated, I would definitely recommend this restaurant as it’s the best curry I’ve tasted in a long time. Well done

Amazing food with outstanding service!

The food is amazing, the manager such a lovely person! We had issue with the deliver guy from uber eat who literally collect our food and never deliver to us. We called the restaurant, they were really nice and helpful even if it is not their responsability. We decide to still order our meal there and it was a good choice! The meal was so tasty and the bread so fresh. We'll order there again and again for sure!!!!!

Staff was so nice and helpfully and food was amazing I’m usually order online but today I saw the restaurant in Ealing it was so clear and they follow all rule like mask , social-distance . Thank you so much for delicious food specially all chicken curries and soft naan .

Stayed at the hilton. Got a 20% discount for the Laguna. Ordered, £50, included discount, 30 minutes later picked up food that looked cheap.Four dishes, all chicken, none cooked through. A biryani that was a flavoured pilau rice & sauce splashed with cream for the other dishes. No flavour at all. Stuffed parata was just a roti. Took it all back, got a refund. Fortunately, no food poisoning. Buyer beware.

This is the first time I have visited this restaurant., and hands down one of the best experiences I have had in a while! Delicious authentic food and yummy cocktails, the staff were so attentive and friendly! Perfect restaurant for any celebration/event.

Second time we’ve been to the Laguna this year & both times the food & service have been very good indeed. We had Mattar Paneer & an aubergine curry with rotis - everything was very tasty. Sadly we were the only customers it being a weekday lunch time so atmosphere was lacking, but we will still definitely return in the future.

Hands down the best Indian restaurant in West London and arguably the best in London. Every single time we eat at the restaurant (and now during COVID - takeaways) Laguna’s service and food are always on point!! I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad dish here. This is why Laguna catered for my wedding in 2019 and my guests only had good things to say about the food and service provided by Laguna. Whole hearted recommendation from my family and me.

Was so glad to finally try this place. The food was plentiful and delicious, with very courteous, efficient service whilst maintaining pandemic rules. Looking forward to the next visit.

I always enjoy eating at Laguna. The food is excellent and the hosts and waiters are very friendly. In terms of ambience, on Sundays they seem to play authentic music, which we did not have during our visit on Saturday evening. It would also have been nice to have a table further away from the door / bar area but it was not the end of the world.

Laguna never disappoints, my favourite Indian restaurant in London. Always great service and amazing atmosphere!!!

Laguna atendido por la boda de las hijas. Comimos allí como preliminar a eso. Y me encantó. Pero son locales para nosotros y halal, pero sirven alcohol. La comida es excelente y formaban parte del plan de descuento del 50%, y solían dar descuentos al NHS antes. Buena comida en nuestra puerta en Ealing.

I’m not sure if it’s changed ownership but the food wasn’t great...meat overcooked to the extent it is falling apart, maybe even older meat. The service was slow and took over 30 mins just for drinks even when the place was half full. Overall disappointing.

Una oportunidad de 1 visita a la calle como en el área un par de horas y es un pequeño restaurante de la tienda Amex y el camarero fue muy amable con cada uno de nosotros pagando nuestras partes separadas, lo que hizo que pagar 6 libras por una pinta de cobra sea un poco menos difícil. Gran servicio, ambiente encantador, excelente aire acondicionado que fue muy bienvenido. ! Muy buena comida. Afortunadamente no habíamos pedido entrantes, ya que nunca habríamos manejado los platos principales. Un biryani de cordero fantástico, un plato de pollo con coco y hojas de curry y deliciosos naans aunque eran un poco duros. Vendría de nuevo. Gracias.

It was our first visit to Laguna (we live in Manchester) and it definitely won’t be our last. The butter chicken & the lamb was amazing as was the paratha! The staff were very friendly & welcoming & we even got a delicious complimentary desert. We got a discount by booking via trip advisor which made it very reasonable. Would highly recommend it & we’ll certainly be back next time we’re in London. Thanks for a fab date night!

They cater large Weddings ( I highly recommend them) and the restaurant serves the same food. In the COVID Crisis they have a massive NHS discount - many thanks for that- the food is always great. (and Halal). I am glad I live locally.

My husband and I dined for the first time last Sunday and we were both hugely impressed. On a Sunday they offer a buffet but we chose options from the menu. The food is delicious, whilst you have to wait a while between courses this isn't a bad thing as gives you time to rest before the next course. The staff are very attentive and always close at hand if you need something. The Manager gave us a round of drinks on the house as it was our first time there, he was helpful with any questions and all in all we had a great evening. It's a busy restaurant so you have to book a table, the atmosphere is lively and we will definitely go back!!

Some friends suggested this restaurant and it didn't disappoint. I especially liked their mint sauce to go with the poppadums . I am a real mint sauce freak and even had it with my main dish. The service was good and it is obviously a very popular restaurant. It is just a shame it is a 45 min drive from us otherwise we would go often.

Order their butter chicken and request that it be spicy. Eat it with mushroom biryani, truffle naan. Take lunch here so it is less busy.

Donwil was exceptional, always there when we needed something, gave excellent service as well as all the staff there! Highly recommend coming here, the food was great and lamb chops were phenomenal. Definitely good for value!

Had a reservation for a large party of 75 people for our work Christmas do, which went down an absolute treat for everyone! The food was amazing, the service was impeccable, the staff were attentive and more than helpful. Also very good value for money for 3 courses and unlimited soft drinks. Had a range of choices to include in the menu and were more than happy to cater to those with allergies or varied diets. Was a wonderful afternoon enjoyed by all and loved the new modern decor.

This was our first time dining at this long-established place. The potions were good and overall the food was quite tasty…in particular the spring lamp chops roasted in a tandoor oven.

Absolutely rip off place I am sad to say. Have been a few times some years back and the food is OK.They presented me the bill just a main course and a couple of beers ... £36! I questioned this and they reduced it to £29.£7 a pint !!! Most I have paid in Mayfair is £6 this is Ealing. Very sad places like this are ripping people off in the UK.

We were booked in at 14.00 We arrived early at 13.30 ...We had starters and main meals.... Without asking for the bill it was brought to us, I explained we didn't want the bill as we wanted to order desserts and chai. The waiter said they were shutting... !!!!

El personal parecía un poco abrumado a pesar de que era un buffet. Una experiencia agradable en un restaurante luminoso y abierto.

I am so delighted to be able to write a good review...at last! Having practically given up my quest to find a half decent Indian restaurant within a reasonable distance from home I checked out their menu. It has all the usuals but also has some inventive and different dishes.

This is old style Indian food in the UK. Mushy, tasteless and thoughtless. There are so many better options (Rangrez, Papaya, Patti to name just a few) where the cuisine is interesting and modern and not lazy. Avoid.

The food was cold and not properly cooked through. It is not authentic indian food at all. You are better of going a bit further down to southall for real indian food. Service is far too slow.

This resturant offers a separate dining area for private parties for around 35 people seated. Very nice surprise to see the party room which had good seating and was on a Sunday afternoon which meant that the guests could take advantage of the Sunday buffett served . The buffett was of a good choice with onion bhajis chicken for starters and then there around 6 main dishes consisting of lamb curry fish dal makhani vegetables paneer served with rice and salad with fresh nan. Drinks are ordered from the bar ' the buffett is around 11 pounds per head .you can take your birthday cake and celebrate there . Nice flower wall to take pictures and you stay for 5 hours . Parking is off street and no restrictions on Sundays. The dishes were superb and very good value for the buffett. Good place to come for couples and families .

Recently refurbished. We were a party of ten, there were a couple of toddlers and teens in our party. The food was poor quality and basically the same sauce used in all the dishes as they all tasted very similar. Service was slower than average. The starters are nicer than the main meal. Not sure if we would visit again. :(

Really, really poor service. In fact I’d go as so far to say they actually forgot about us! When our starters came there were just 2 sheekh kebabs on the plate and just a few pieces of chicken tikka I think they actually ran out of food!! Will not be going there again.

Mi esposa y yo visitamos este establecimiento el viernes por la noche y no nos decepcionó. Nos acompañaron a nuestra mesa a la llegada y el servicio durante nuestra visita fue excelente. Teníamos una oferta de Groupon reservada y no nos decepcionó un poco la comida, el servicio y el tamaño de las porciones. En tratos como estos, tienden a ser un poco cautelosos con el valor del dinero, etc. Pero ciertamente no es el caso aquí. Se pusieron muy ocupados después de las 8 pm, ¡pero esto no obstaculizó demasiado sus niveles de servicio! Las chuletas de cordero estaban muy bien cocinadas y el pollo karahi era excelente. No nos sentimos presionados y disfrutamos de nuestra noche en Laguna. Definitivamente regresaremos aquí pronto!

No comas desde aquí. Asistieron a una boda a la que asistí y al comienzo de la comida les dije que mi hijo de 4 años tenía una alergia severa a las nueces. Me dijeron que la comida estaba libre de nueces. Mi hijo comenzó a vomitar de inmediato y estalló en colmenas. Estas personas horribles no asumieron ninguna responsabilidad y nos dijeron "quien alimenta a sus hijos con pollo". En su lugar, nos dijeron que nos fuera. Comportamiento absolutamente repugnante. Pusieron la vida de mis hijos de 4 años en peligro. Tenían conocimiento previo de su alergia también.

Been here with family and friends. Food is very good and fresh. Except for the Paneer which is anyway the same all over UK. Taste in India is different. Rest all preparations were very tasty.

Muchos años desde que comimos aquí y un amigo nos lo recomendó después de haberlo visitado recientemente. Llegamos a eso de las 6. 30, no habiendo reservado una mesa. Pronto nos dimos cuenta de nuestro error cuando los camareros correteaban alrededor para ver si había una mesa disponible, ¡afortunadamente sí! Si bien el restaurante no estaba demasiado ocupado cuando llegamos allí, eso cambió pronto. Cuando nos fuimos, apenas había una mesa libre. Muy buena comida, servicio atento (pero no agobiante). Recientemente reformado a un alto nivel. ¡Volveremos!

Laguna catered our wedding in December 2018 and they did an amazing job! The food was outstanding and the service was excellent! The butter chicken at the restaurant is A++++

El restaurante estaba ocupado en un 30% por visita, pero esto no le restó valor a la atmósfera. Las bebidas y los poppadums llegaron rápidamente y nuestra orden de comida se tomó y se cumplió de manera eficiente. Súper entrantes (sizzling chicken, cordero y pescado) y excelentes platos principales. Pan naan fresco encantador.

Lovely food but very very very slow service. But I would literally have to go back for the food since it's so hard to find proper Punjabi cuisine here!

Came here with some friends midweek and the food was nice but the customer service was very poor.

The restaurant has recently gone through refurbishment. Since then the prices have increased ridiculously, one tandoori parantha is £3.50. The service was slow and not al a carte. No table cloths and portion size is very small. Will not be going back.

Visited the newly refurbished Laguna last night with friends and was hugely impressed by the new Laguna. The new decor gives the restaurant a very cool new feel and importantly the standard of food is as high as ever. I haven't found a better indian in west london. Highly recommended.

My sister and I met up in Ealing and we decided to pick something that was available on the tastcard. The service was slow but in the end friendly. The menu isn't exactly inspiring it had the usual Indian choices. However we had a great meal, we had the butter chicken and lamb saag all tasty and the portions big. The cocktails however were extremely disappointing.

Had sunday lunch buffet with 3 friends, two from overseas and one from out of town. Bit of a risk to take them somewhere only I knew, but very pleased we went - the food was great, all fresh and tasty and not greasy at all like some Indian food can be. Excellent service, excellent value, the place was packed and the atmosphere was lively and happy. And very nice decor too. And the loos were spotlessly clean!

This restaurant is lovely. Very personal service, we were seated quickly and didn’t wait long for anything. My partner wanted to try a wine and he was offered to taste. I was made a lovely cocktail and we were served mint sauce, chutney and citrus pickle with poppadums while we waited. We ordered daal makhanwali, murgh karahi and raita with plain butter naans. These came quickly and we were able to order more naan when we wanted! Overall lovely service, great food and we will be back. Thank you for a pleasant evening.

Great variety of foods- esp the tandoor option for veggies. Freshly cooked dishes and generous portions. Will definitely be back.

We visited as a family for my sons a level results. I had seen on social media that it had been refurbished and suggested it as local and easy for a thursday.

Laguna created a bespoke 4 course menu for our wedding. As bona fide foodies, we were so very pleased.

My friend and I dined at Laguna for the first time and both enjoyed our evening very much. Food was tasty, and portions were large (had leftovers for lunch the next day). Good value and the staff were really friendly. We will be back!

The Indian food was very welcome after a lot of English food. The service & the food was very good, not spicy but enjoyable. All in all it was a good meal.

The food served was average for our group in the buffet. Ambience is also just about OK. Washroom was not as great, rather disappointing! Am sure there are better places around to try.

I often visit the restaurant on Sunday for their good selection of Indian food buffet. The food quality is very good and reasonably priced....fresh naans and good service. Good place to go if you like Indian food in Ealing!

Small Portions for the price and dosen't have the authentic Indian taste. The service was really bad, we had booked the table over the phone but when we got there they said the reservation wasn't made.

Había una amplia variedad de verduras y opciones no vegetales. Nuestros clientes todavía están hablando sobre el delicioso festín tenían en nuestra boda. Was suggested Laguna by my neighbour who has been a customer of Laguna - we now no speak. This restaurant is embarrassing for Indian cooking. Expensive and greasy, dall no nice and this is not Indian cuisine. Try another in Ealing.

Primera vez en Laguna, aunque han notado un par de veces cuando en la zona. Decidimos visitar y el restaurante parecía bastante lleno, así que teníamos confianza para hacerlo. No disfruté de mi experiencia; nada mal con el servicio, pero la comida era horrible. Pedí un dopiaza fuera del menú, arroz y a tarka dal. Mi pareja pidió Rogan Josh. Mi plato el pollo sabía rancio y olía raro. Tampoco tienen ninguna de las cebollas suaves que esperaba. El Rogan Josh era simplemente terrible; era como un plato de aceite y recubiertos de su boca. Hay indulgente cocina india y hay un horror de cocina. Este es el último; evitar!

He estado pidiendo comida para llevar en la laguna, pero no volveré. Uno de los restaurantes indios más caro en Ealing, y la comida era muy mala. La carne de pollo barato, mal cocinada y mal condimentada. El tamaño de la porción era demasiado pequeño....

Viajó a Londres de Solihull, West Midlands temprano por la mañana y pasamos el día en Ealing mirando UNi y las instalaciones locales.

He probado su pollo biryani y fue yumm. . A que deben probar todos. . . También hecho en Bhindi kurkuri una manera diferente. .

Sad to see a nice restaurant go down the Hill, the food used to be good about couple of years back, but the last year and a half the food has been tasteless portion size reduced, since they keep changing staff and definitely must be chef as well, I used to visit this place very often in the past but sadly no more and I won't recommended to anyone anymore

We visited Laguna with a couple of colleagues one evening.From outside it looks like any other restaurant, and to be honest it doesn't seem any different inside.But open the menu, and talk to the staff, and you notice a difference.The food is very traditional and the waiters were very open to adjusting dishes to suit.Vegetarian starters were a particular delight as was the yellow dhal (which was one of the best I've eaten outside of India). The breads were also excellent.Staff are friendly and the prices are good. The drinks menu is also excellent.

I visited the restaurant last week with my friends. We had a wonderful evening at Laguna.... the food was amazing very delicious and the staff very attentive right from the start Very polite, professional.Dealt with every query I had ....Special thanks to Aggie he really looked well after us ... would definitely recommend Laguna for a fine dinning experience.
