It never ceases to amaze me as to who or how this cafe is run. Never staffed with a full workforce. Overstaffed early in week with staff falling over each other.Today looks like the modus operandi is. We are not going to clear any tables. Most have dirty stuff on then. Won't fill up cutlery trays, drinks ingredients. Milk is out. Half cups of drinks. Messy. Spillages everywhere. Prices keep increasing. Must have same thoughts as Daily Mirror in increasing prices. Self service menu point often out of order. Failure with equipment. Slush over freezing and immensely over sweet. Man items excluded from menu. I have been in catering for 40 years. Never seen a cafe manager actually working and aiding service. Obviously not hands on or willing to sort issues . Is this person trained and actually able to manage. Don't seem like it

There's something really weird going on at this place. It's listed as at least 3 different restaurants online, none of which have a very clear online presence themselves. I ordered from here once when it was on JustEat as "Philli Cheese Steak", then discovered that the actual premises had absolutely no indication of ever having been called such a thing. The food was terrible and the woman delivering practically had a temper tantrum on our doorstep, accusing us of causing her difficulty by listing the wrong address. I told her I did no such thing, and she called me a liar. "Philli Cheese Steak" no longer exists, and the restaurant sign says "Royal Meal", a place that appears to be eternally empty and closed, with a Facebook page that has been inactive since late 2023. Google also lists a cafe and pizza shop at the same address. The whole thing screams money laundering. Probably best to avoid.

Food was good and reasonably priced, typical cafe menu and food. What’s sets this apart is the wonderful view from the terrace, we could have spent ages up there watching boats and jet skis in the sunshine

Some of the worst interior decoration I have ever seen, a beautiful house full of cheap plastic rubbish, totally lacking in any kind of atmosphere or style, a truly nasty experience. This should be a wonderful place, but it's not.
