The pizza was amazing and the kebabs looked really nice as well. Definitely recommend

My daughter ordered only received 2 salads and 2 cans of diet coke which she ordered also 2 kebab meats and chips never received phoned the take away she got called a lair down the phone was so rude! So basically took the £21.40 for 2 boxes of salad will never use again!! My daughter was so upset as she's not a lair she never received what she had paid cash for just eat are looking into this matter for her

Ordered pizza and got unpaid for extra hair on it, probably because none of the staff use nets. Delightful. I don’t think they ever probe the meat either, because chicken in kebab was undercooked….not clever. Do you guys not understand your public liability? The crime groups that buy fast food shops to launder their ill gotten cash really should staff them properly

Absolutely tasty as hell Shawarma, crunchy fresh salad, beautiful spice taste. Best Shawarma I’ve had in a while.

Ordered food and they tried to charge me £12 to much so I got manager and he said its just a small mistake (food was £7.80) not £19.80 paid for extra bread didn't get it food was terrible hard chips under cooked kebab meat and sauce was terrible I've never written a review in my life but I hope this helps anyone thinking of using this place avoid at all costs mine went in the bin

After picking up the wrong order I rang and was told my order would be brought to me they couldn’t of been more helpful the food was lovely

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Had a delivery, food was DELICIOUS!! A lovely huge kebab with separate side salad and chilli sauce. Was all absolutely gorgeous. Pizza was lovely too, enough toppings and delivery guy was polite. 10/10

We love this place, me and my husband come regularly when we visit our house in Scarborough. Took my mum who is 89, they made such a fuss of her. She's loved her chicken pieces and chips. Great service, great food and so handy for us.

My mom lives upstairs, everytime i go over i can't miss their pizza!!! It s great ! The staff is lovely and the premise is always clean. 10/10 for us. Well done guys!!!

Foods good just don't order the strawberry cheesecake it's disgusting

Food was really good the kebabs are huge! And taste really good they weren't greasy or anything the pitta bread wasn't that great but the kebab made up for it and so did the portions. The chips were really good and so is the tomato garlic bread would definitely recommend and go there again

Just had best kebab in town by far stunning shawama

This is literally the 5th time they have advertised delivery on JustEat to then cancel. You spend ages looking through the menu and eventually find what you want. Then they cancel. I understand the first 2-3 times this happens. I swear to God 5 times in a row. I'm leaving it alone now. I used to love this place.

Called in one night for kebabs with chips. Service was very good. Really enjoyed our meal. Yes we were sober too so I can give an honest review of our food. Will definitely eat from here again.

Ordered a delivery, went to an old address as they didn’t ask to confirm it and was in a rush to put the phone down and when it finally gets here it’s the wrong order. Rang them back to tell them and they argued with us about our original order. Still charging us for them to bring out the rest of our order

Absolutely horrible pizza and burgers arrived cold I wish I couldn’t give one star! The burgers were cold and we asked for salad and sauce but don’t receive any. They were becoming aggressive and their customer service was horrible and I don’t reccomend this place at all. We played so much money and we didn’t get anymore food or a refund. Their chips were cold and we asked for peri peri and only some had them on they were extremely dry and we ordered a drink but didn’t receive it!

I ordered from this place it was horrible it made me feel sick to my tummy so dry we asked for a refund and the guy basically shouted at us because he didn't get the order right. He hanged up rudely whilst we were talking never going there again. I would not recommend that you go to the place or order from it is waste of money.

Worst take away experience of my life honestly would not recommend this place to anyone the food was cold and dry we asked for sauce and salad in our burgers and we got a plain bun with chicken and when we called to complain the guy was horrendously rude and disrespectful saying they are busy and don’t have time… I don’t how this place is busy with that customer service.

Pizza arrived an hour and a half after ordering which I can cope with had it been worth eating .Instead the order was wrong and stone cold .Oy thing that was warm was the can of coke.Won't be ordering again.

After arriving into Scarborough late, we weren't spoilt for choice for places to eat. I'm a pizza enthusiast, so always a bit sceptical about these types of takeaways. Nice guy serving, we ordered two 12" pizzas. Ready in 10 minutes or so. They smelled amazing! Got back to our B and B and were very pleasantly surprised. They were really delicious. Piping hot, very obviously fresh dough, not too greasy and seemed like fresh decent ingredients, and very well priced. Would definitely buy pizzas again.

Called for a pizza on a busy Saturday night and got a cheesy garlic bread and a pepperoni pizza. Both delicious! Friendly staff, great value, great quality food. Next time I visit I will definitely be calling again.

I ordered a pizza and the pineapple taste like vinegar! I rang the shop and the chef tried to tell me it was fresh from a tin! I said not a chance it tastes like raw vinegar! So they said they will replace it, I came to the shop and the chef still tried to tell me it was fresh! He then brings me a full tin un opened and says look fresh and tried to say it's the bbq sauce that makes it taste like vinegar! I know what I am talking about so he did not like me speaking back to him! I will not be using this place again! Also the man on the phone is so rude and speaks to people with a nasty tone, he screamed at his delivery driver and addressed him as yo! He is to stressed to be working with others especially when he can not handle the pressure of a busy shop!

Previously had really good food from here but the customer service is dreadful! They've got our last two orders with them wrong. First occasion we ordered in person at the counter and clearly ordered one gf option which was all wrong and potentially a serious issue. We had to take that back to be rectified with no real apology offered. Last night we tried to order a chorizo pizza over the phone which they simply could not understand. It is on their menu and we've had it before but they didn't know the word chorizo! They were really quite rude when we couldn't "just give us the number" as we didn't have a menu in front of us. Eventually we gave up and asked for a four seasons instead - they delivered a four cheese!!! The card machine was broken which they hadn't mentioned when ordering and they told us we'd have to go next door to get cash. We pointed out that that machine charged for withdrawals so we weren't prepared to do that and they couldn't have cared less about it. We had enough cash on us in the end but their attitude stank! We won't be using them again and won't be recommending them to our many guests (we own a b&b).

Absolutely appalling. We ordered a kebab and a burger, and waited 105 minutes. No delivery. I called the restaurant to ask about it. The manager was aggressive, spoke very poor English, and he insisted that the deliveryman had rung the doorbell many times but received no response. He offered to send a second delivery if I paid an extra fee. I said fine. I waited another two hours. No deliverymen arrived and they never called me. I tried to get a refund, but he claimed the delivery was complete. From reading other reviews, the best outcome would have been a tub of re-heated unpalatable food, but I would prefer that to having my money stolen.

Ordered a chicken boneless banquet,. All looked nice enough however the popcorn chicken was soggy, like it had been warmed up in the microwave. Chips and wedges were again the same, soggy! The southern fried filets tasted lovely but unlike the popcorn chicken had been fried but I'm sure I've had the same from Aldi frozen section! Oh the dip we ordered were supposed be piri piri, what came was chilli but again tastes familiar like a bottle we had in the cupboard. Finally the bottle of pop was flat and not surprising as it was from another country.

Very disappointed never had a bad takeaway from here until tonight the quality of the pizza was very greasy inside the box the chips tasted like they had microwaved has this place changed hands ?

Just bought 3 chicken and chips. Chips were OK. Chicken was burnt. Straight in the bin. Even the dog won't eat it. Would not recommend it.

If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered several items, including a boneless mix box. The menu we had priced this at £6.80. What arrived was a boneless bucket priced at £18.99. I phoned the shop while the delivery man waited and the guy claimed he had told me the cost would be £33. I am positive he did not - my understanding was £22, but his English was very poor. I had to repeat everything several times when placing the order. In the end, I paid the delivery driver as I didn’t want him to be out of pocket. My Family were waiting to eat - but the extra food was wasted. I phoned back later and the guy was adamant they were not at fault - i’m Now out of pocket and absolutely furious. Would not advise anyone to use this takeaway

First time visit, ordered doner kebab and chips, no one else was in there and still got the order wrong. Just got doner meat and chips. No wonder they dont have a great review, shame because the food was quite good.

Dodgy delivery drivers claiming they dont have change my 16 year old son rang for a pizza and the driver owes him 10 pound lets see if we get it back memossa takeaway is so much better this place is digusting and doesnt deserve custom

Visiting Scarborough on a quiet getaway and popped around to La Unica for something to eat. Fantastic service from gentleman who served us and he asked us around any allergen requirements. Food was brilliant and great prices. Would highly recommend!

Terrible, prices have gone up and the quality has gone down, will never use again

Used a handful of times but won't be using again. Order doner meat and chips. Turns up as gyro meat. Ring to complain get told it will get changed for it to take over an hour to be delivered 👎

Just got a order to Westwood rd, I expected alot better with the reviews but unfortunately the pizza was over cooked and the parmo was plain. The only nice thing was the delivery guy.

This is the first time I have ordered from this takeaway. The food was delivered quickly, And well worth waiting for. We had the pepperoni pizza and a garlic bread with tomato & cheese. absolutely delicious. This is my number one takeaway in future. Thankyou La Unica.

tried food from here various times the pizza looked like road kill the chicken fillet burgers were so dry and hard that I now never need to see a dentist and as for the chips how many times can they be re heated.
