Cooplands Falsgrave in Scarborough

La loncha de filete y yum yum eran pequeños y mala relación calidad-precio. El té era una vergüenza, te ponían la leche y apenas la ponían. Lo recuperé por más leche y eran religiosos. No voy a volver.

This is for ramshill cooplands really, but as it won't let me comment there I'm leaving it here. Bread for my sandwich was stale and inedible. Ontop of this I bought 12 pounds worth of things and having a few items I would require a bag, shocked to hear it would cost me 25p! It was a necessary purchase as I'd spent enough to need one... This is robbery

If you like cold pastys this is your place. If you like warm pastys go somewhere else My review is purely on the lack of warm food. I didn’t buy anything and left empty handed.

Used to be good and well priced, now ridiculously over priced and the quality has never been lower. The steak pies may as well be filled with dog food and everything is cold and stale. The staff are friendly.

Used to rate this place higher but they don't bake them like they used to!

I bought some bread buns yesterday and today they are covered in mould 🤑and this is not the first time it's happened. If I could post a picture I would but no option to do so. So anyway not as fresh as they make out.

Got short changed..didn't leave the store and still had the change given in my hand...went back to the Teller who said she had given me a pound under a fifty piece. Strange she knew the amount. Anyway honest mistake she didn't wish to rectify. Lost customer. Suggest double check.. Been a Bobby 32 years, was hardly seeking to gain a £1

What shop sells cheese and ham sandwiches and has no pickle. Shame....

Told by staff member when phoning " we don't do vegan" ?? But when a family member visited they did.why lie .?? Thing is this was on same day I knew they had options when I phoned .Do staff not know what there doing other Cooperlands are great this one is rubbish.

Service a little slow and 1 sandwich order was wrong staff member was nervous maybe new. Otherwise all good

Worst service ever received in a coolands will not be going back to this branch asked for a sandwich but the woman serving turned round before I'd finished to make it without asking if I wanted it large or regular and if I wanted any sauces with it being a ham salad I get salad cream but she just slapped it together on a regular would of been buying more but with customer service like that she needs to be in a different industry I didn't want to give her any more of my money

Very friendly staff and good selection of savories and cakes

I visit Falsgrave daily during lockdown for the great fresh food. The staff are super efficient and a great team, each with a warm personality which comes across despite being busy. Big smiles for the customers from them all. A pleasure to visit!

Not a proper bakers as Cooplands sell neither good dry-baked loaves (as opposed to steam-baked wangy) nor crusty rolls. As at their other outlets, pastries seem to be made with cheap ingredients. Such a shame!

Just like all the other Cooplands shops, this one sells tasty pies and cakes as well as hot and cold sandwiches.

Does a vertiy of things like 4 sausage rolls for a pound and Cornish pasty. 3 stars as staff try and sell you things you don't want.

Stopped off at this Cooplands for a hot snack on a cold day in December. It is a short walk away from the centre of Scarborough with on street parking close by. Good choice of hot and cold pasties as well as cakes. Good value with offers on many items. Staff were friendly and service was quick.
