Delivery time was Exact... Food was absolutely delicious Chicken Tika Special couldn't fault it plenty of Tender Tasty Chicken & Fresh Salad

2nd time they have accepted my order, taken my money and failed to deliver anything. On contacting them they were very happy to cancel my order and send money back to app. Shockingly bad service

Great lads, free salad and Garlic bread. Jobs a goodin.

Awful food delivered over an hour late and completely cold. To top it of attitude from the delivery driver and staff. I have given 1 star as cannot leave a 0 star rating. I will never use this takeaway again.

Pizza is pretty much what you expect from a takeaway like this. Chips were soggy unsalted and bland. Don't ask them to give you something other than garlic bread or else you'll just get garlic free bread aka bread. Plain bread

Hit or miss with these guys... 8/10 times they are good but sometimes poor. Order was ment to arrive at 8pm but I got it 30 minutes after placing order at 6pm...

Good menu choice and food is excellent quality and consistent. Delivery drivers always polite and friendly.

Been going here for years. One of the best take out in the area. Staff are great. Food is great. Can wait long periods at times due to the high demand. Best thing is the range of menu they have and the price.

I accidentally sent my food order to the wrong address. I didnt relise the app had selected the old address until the last minute. I called to explain what I'd done and the person on the phone just shouted at me and would not let me explain or apologize for my mistake. He wouldn't even let me offer to give some money to the delivery driver as a way of showing my apology. I will no longer be supporting this business.

Chicken and Donna kebab, pitta bread?? Hard and unable to eat, garlic mayonnaise: no garlic in it, chips cold, very disappointed, will not be returning

similar experiance as Leanne Harrisons review found hair in food when confronted guy laughed and said sorry his beard hair keeps falling out and he could give me another order I said no and got my money back never going again

Ordered a large portion of doner meat & large chips. But the chips were in a small box. £2.50 for large chips Normally you would get that in a large box. Not small i could of just paid £1.50 for small chips to get the same amount in a box. Same with doner meat would think for a large portion you would get in a large box but no only small box. Bit disappointing when you pay for that but don't get it.

We ordered the Calzone, when it came it wasn't the normal quality as not enough ingredients inside, we did eat it all ;-) and because we use La Luna as our main takeaway we mentioned it to them over the phone insisting we don't want anything, as we are in business we would like to know if we didn't deliver the quality that we strive. Placed another order within a couple of weeks and the gent remembered instantly and insisted we order our meal foc we declined but he insisted. We have used La Luna for a good while now, its just nice to know that they are very keen on there customer satisfaction which usually means good produce and a general care of what there are doing for us. Well done and keep it up and THANKS :-)
