La La Eat in Wiltshire

Food here taste amazing, must say one of the best Chinese food around the area. If you love spicy food go for spare ribs in curry sauce, house special chowmein and special fried rice. Curry sauce and black bean sauce from this place have been the best sauce so far for me. And lastly their delivery time is so quick, food arrive nice and hot like just been cooked a minute ago.

Very good Chinese, however, very expensive compared to other local takeaways.

The only problem is I live far away. When I visit my friends in Durrington La La eat is my first request and treat.

First & last time having food here, it’s disgusting. Special curry with no beef, flavour & “king prawns”smaller than the size of my finger nail. Salt & chilli chips were over cooked. No flavour & 2 chillis in the whole box. The crispy shredded chicken was also sour with a weird after taste! AVOID

Food is always good but they need to sort their ordering system as the phone is always busy and the only way to order is by physically going there, an online ordering system would make this place a 5 star

Phone line does not work, most of the food is good but the chicken balls and the Singapore fried rice are abnormally flavourless other than that, I would recommend.

Placed an order at the counter. Phoning is a nightmare to get through. Food ready in about 20-15 mins. Very tasty kung poo chicken and chicken chow mein

Food is okay but trying to contact them is impossible. From one extreme to the other, the phone used to just ring out if you managed to get through and now it rings 3 times and tells you "your call cant be taken and you cant leave a message, and to phone back". After waiting you try again to hear the exact same thing. Gave up in the end as completely pointless.

The food is lovely, only issue is trying to get through on the telephone to place an order, but always my first choice for chinese food

Ordered a Mushroom foo young along with lots of other dishes (came to £70+). Sadly the mushroom foo young turned out to be chicken!! Im vegetarian, so i wasnt too impressed. Tried to ring, but no answer. We won't be returning.

Absolutely rubbish at answering the phone, you can never get through on their landlines!!! Why on earth don't they have a website that you can order through!!!

I have been using this takeaway since they opened. Amazing food. Sofie the owner is a really nice lady. We are on first name terms now. Try it you won't be disappointed

I used to use this Chinese Takeaway, alot, when I lived, in Durrington, Wiltshire. It is now under new ownership.I was still welcomed as a ,customer ,so warmly. I was allowed to chat with the new young owner to tell her how nice the new La La Eat , premises, was looking. This takeaway, made me feel like, I was somewhere else in the world! Lol x I always have a Pancake roll and Chips because there are no calories , at all, in Chinese Food ! Chips aren't Chinese! Lol x

Tasty food but missed off a dish which was paid for. Tried ringing SEVERAL times and still unable to get through

The food is lovely, one of the best Chinese we have had, nice and hot and very flavorful. But, only reason it's not 5 stars is because every time we call to order, the phone is busy, and will be busy for a good 20 mins to 30 mins, Calling constantly over and over to get through which is very frustrating. So in the end we have to drive over to order and collect which isn't ideal with a baby at home. Hopefully it won't be like that forever as it's getting a little annoying now.

The food is lovely but every time i ring lately its says its busy..i have rang about 50 times in 10 mins. The phone is obviously off the hook. I understand that they may be busy but for over an hour... surely losing business

Tried to the new La La Eat in Durrington (was pearl river). Chicken Balls, egg fried rice and chips all good as the previous owners. Satay sauce however was a bit lumpy and not to my texture.

Possibly the worst Chinese takeaway I have ever had. 'Oyster sauce dish almost completely tasteless.

would have given 0 stars however not an option. Food came within 30 minutes. Brilliant start. However it wasnt my order. Rang back to be told they didnt know where the order I had has come from. Wouldnt give me my money back. An hour and 40 minutes later I have my money back and im driving to find a different takeaway. Poor customer service

Best Chinese takeaway I've ever been to, been coming here for years, my parents/grandparents come here too. If you get it delivered, it rarely takes more than an hour for it to arrive at your door. Highly recommended!

Very bland food. Sloppy and tasteless. I wouldn't use again even though it is so close to home.
