Disgusting really! Ordered at 20.40 was told it would arrive at 21.55........ then Didnt arrive until 11pm!! I went to bed by this point to attend to my baby and to sleep! There's was NO apology No phone call back. Not a happy customer!

As usual, fantastic food, our favorite take away in the area, good deals, brilliant food, what more could we want. And it arrived 10 minutes early today which is always a bonus when you're ravenous. Thanks for a great meal again guys :)

Food took a 1 hour 40mins to get to me smug delivery driver practically laughed in my face and only excuse was they "were busy" like their somehow the best restaurant in town and their that busy that it takes a hour and 40mins! Food was cold and soggy chips. When i tried to ring they just let it ring for 10mins and when they finally pick up they didn't say anything they just hung up. They have been rude when complained to them in the past and service sucks. Never ordering from here again.

Disappointed! There must be a food ration! Or they sent kids meals! Ordered chicken and dinner pizza platter...no chicken on it. Also supposed to get a free garlic bread.... not delivered!!!!!

Everything was great apart from garlic bread being very dry and tasteless.

Despite the fact that the food was delicious and still hot, it was incredibly late, considering I could have had an earlier slot. Would have to seriously think about ordering from here again.

So nice, I will tell you the truth it felt like I was not eating a greasy takeaway it was well professional the salad was separated with grease paper so the pitta bread wasn't soggy which is a brill idea the chips was spot on and the pizza is like perfect ide deffinetly recommend am glad someone recommend it to me Tbh the delivery driver spot on friendly and with it being a bit away from me it was cold it was just how we like it only takeaway we have now rest are sh** x

Usually pritty good place. Although this time the chips were cold, normally wouldn't be that fussed although the chips were part of the main meal with it being a platter and with the platter being small, the chips were needed. Needless to say the chips had to be binned.

Absolute decent clobber, couldn't go wrong. Steamed it to the gaff in seconds with some peng munch, would recommend 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I like being able to order 7" pizzas and garlic bread

Chicken kebab was alright I'd say 5 outta 10 had loads of better tastier ones from other take away shops tasted cheap tbh so was a bit of a let down and the lasagne was like water tasted cheap and also got dark brown dried up chips what looked like they've been left there for a while wouldn't order from here ever again foods not good trust me

Southern fried chicken was freezer burnt and chips where soggy and cold

I love LA forno in fact it's the only place I order from, however yesterday's meal wasn't particularly hot it was warm, after opening it went cold really quick. Garlic mayo is the business though. Miner slip up with the temperature, I will still be ordering though! 😄

No spice on the chips no garlic bread

Never received a free garlic bread as stated when you spend over £10. To much sauce on the burgers which made the buns fall apart,definitely the worst takeaway I've had from la forno!!!

Pizza plattas Appalling 3 pieces of chicken on pizza mise as well bought cheese and tomato literally 10 chips and was stone cold first and last time ordering here! My 6 year old would still be hungry after this!

Ordered at 8:30 ish didn't come till ten and then it was stone cold. So they said they re send which didn't come till 10:45. I don't order food at 8:30 just to eat when I need to go sleep because I'm up at 5 for work. Won't be ordering from here again. Plus paid 17 pound. What seemed like nothing. Rubbish all round!

The first ever Chinese place not to know the difference between standard sweet & sour and Hong Kong/Cantonese style! Asked for Hong Kong style and they gave me battered chiken, dry in its own container. THen gave me S&S sauce in a separate pot. When I asked them why it wasn't cooked all together with all the veg they just said "that's the way it's done in this shop". So they have 2 styles of sweet & sour on the menu when in actual fact both are exactly the same. Terrible

Ordered from here at 7.30 our order come at half eight and they forgot half of it! Rang and asked them and they apologised and was sending it this was at 8 40 I'm sat here now with the rest of my food cold whilst still waiting! Cheers la forno for a ruined meal!

Love this place got to be the best takeaway in this town, foods always nice and fresh and hot my only complaint today is i ordered a Donner pizza which would have been nice instead i got a margarita with about 3 slices of Donner placed on the top in a heap which was highly disappointing. Other than that its a thumbs up from me just would have been nice if the pizza was actually what i ordered.

Asked for stuffed crust /and cheese in the comments, but they didn't bother ringing me to let me know it was extra they just brought it and told me t was extra so I didn't have a choice to say don't worry about it or yeh I'll pay, also the chips I ordered had about 10chips , absolputly waste of money the coleslaw was hard & plus I didn't get my free grarlic bread , never ordering again.

Ordered from here regularly! But I won't be doing from now on! Absolutely disgusted in how they deal with complaints as to missing food! Then to be told something completely different to what is stated on just eat about minimum spend free garlic bread etc! Now my son has no tea! That we waited an hour and forty minutes for in the first place! I'd seriously advise all staff/management learn a few customer service skills! Definitely won't be recommending this place to anyone from now on!

I want my money back as I ordered my food before they even closed. Not only that the just eat app said that it will be delivered tomorrow at 6pm while I am at work... I rang them up and told them what address it was ... The person on the phone was not too bothered by this at all and said that it would be delivered tonight ....I've rang them a few times before closing and nobody answered the phone ... Personally I don't think this is very good customer service at all

The most value for money pizza/ kebab in Grimsby. Prices are good, but food quality is always high. Friendly staff, a busy little shop which is always a good sign. Delivery service also top notch, i live quite a distance from the takeaway, but always seems to get my food within the hour on busy days like saturdays. Happy regular customer
