Lovely little joint, cosy atmosphere and great food! Can't wait to come back with my partner.

We were on a big table, 14 people, the staff took a lot of time to take our order, and the food took some time to come and when the main arrived no veg no potatoes, it was a bit of a shambles, one of the waiter was rude to my daughter because she had a baby, was a shame because usually we enjoy that place but it was a terrible experience.

On July 27, 2024 we celebrated my mother’s 100th birthday. Eight people from Canada, my sister and her husband from Weybridge and my brother and his wife from Brazil were in attendance. The restaurant wasn’t aware of what we were celebrating until my wife informed the maître’ d of the occasion. What a celebration ensued, it was a busy evening and several fairly large groups were pulled into the celebration. a dull birthday supper turned into a boisterous celebration. It made my Mother’s Day. Thank you to the very helpful staff at La Casa.

Very nice Italian. I went here for a work lunch and the atmosphere was very nice. Very welcoming and attentive staff. The food was great, and we all cleared our plates.

The price quality is not very adequate. The restaurant is not cheap therefore they should use better ingredients. The carbonara was very heavy, we thought it was going to be the authentic one but we got the English version with heavy cream. Very friendly staff we left tip simply because of the service provided. But food was average.

The food was fantastic and the staff were lovely. An authentic Italian restaurant that truly makes you feel as if you were in the heart of Italy (even though it’s in Weybridge).

Excellent service and the food was great, I was very pleased with the meal and I would recommend it and plan to come again soon

Perfect food, perfect setting and perfect service. Will definitely be going again. Recently went to La Casa again and it was fantastic. Sit outside on the terrace with a glass of Rose and the Carbonara and you could be in Italy. If you haven't been, go, if you have, go again! Perfect.

I phoned to book at 5pm asking for a table for 2 at 7pm on the same night. They said they could only do 8.30, so I thought fair enough, it's short notice, but I don't want to eat that late so I said no thanks. Suddenly they could do 7.30, so I said yes but they hung up before taking my name. Ok I thought shouldn't be a problem if they have written down a booking. We arrived just before 7.30 and there were a couple of tables already free (a 2 and a 4) and a couple more about to come free. We were told to wait at the bar while they got a table ready. We got a glass of wine. 20mins later a family came in and same for them, so they came and we all squeezed around the busy tiny bar where the till is. Only thing is, they got a table 5 mins later and we still had to wait. We were about to leave when another table came free and we were taken to it after 30mins standing by a tiny bar in the corner watching everyone eat. Before I could sit down the waitress (who's voice I recognised from the phone) told me that I must have phoned the wrong restaurant to make the booking because she had spoken to the others and nobody remembered taking a phone booking 2 hours ago and of course they would have taken a name. I must have been mistaken. My fault. I checked my phone and there was their number called at 5.11. She even brought their business card to make her point! Anyway it was our date night and I didn't want to make a scene even if the waitress did. So we sat down and ordered. The chefs special tempura prawns could well have been Morrissons frozen ones. My mushroom starter was very good. The monkfish main was not good at all. It was dry and chewy, again like it had been frozen for months. My Carbonara was average at best. Needless to say I didn't tip. We just left and will never return. Better food and service is available at high street chains.

We had a very enjoyable meal, the service was excellent. I would recommend this restaurant.

Family-orientated restaurant which feels very authentically Italian. The owners care deeply about their restaurant. The service is always friendly and fast. The prices are also very reasonable.

This is a real special place. If you like to go somewhere and be well looked after where the food is cooked to perfection and your steak with mushrooms and Diane sauce is served to you with a lovely glass of Moët and Chandon followed by continuous fresh bread with olives. A must for any couple!

Not sure why bad reviews. I had seafood Linguine it was beautiful with lots of fish and plenty of pasta which in my opinion was spaghetti not linguine but still tasted good. I had the special dessert coffee gateau with ice cream which was good. Service and atmosphere good and my friend enjoyed her food.

Understaffed so indifferent service. Wine prices are ridiculous (4 times plus supermarket price) had to chase for vegetables. NOT IMPRESSED

The two cans of Diet Coke tasted different and we could not understand why. Then we looked at the date on the bottom of the cans, which is an advisory use by date, to find 31/05/23 meaning they were nearly 7 months past the date!!!

Can get quite busy, especially at Xmas time so make sure you book a table in advance.

Beautiful, proper Italian restaurant at the top of the "hill". The staff were excellent, explaining the menu options and the specials with professionalism and humor. It gets busy here so it's worth booking ahead whenever you decide to go. Everything about the venue was clean and the food was delicious. Highly recommend and we shall return in short order. The coffee was superb! Real rocket fuel.

Disappointing ! Chose from the specials but was told it would be something completely different to what was served - was offered an apology and a free liqueur ….but should have had it taken off the bill ! Expensive for what it is

Although delivery was late and I had to get an update, I have to say it was absolutely worth the wait! Pregnancy cravings are real and this food is absolutely DELICIOUS and still very hot despite being late. I am now going to finish every bite of this! YUM

Have been a customer of La casa for over 10 years and was so pleased they started delivery over lock down. Unfortunately tonight we had a really bad experience. Order estimated delivery was 8.10 pm. 8.30 still not arrived despite a notification before 8pm that it was on its way. Phone of the restaurant constantly engaged - tried about 20 times. Just eat have refunded me. Great food but should focus solely on restaurant if cannot support a good delivery service now.

Sauce had leaked everywhere, pizza was soggy and stuck to lid of box, the cake was mushy and had to be binned

We went for dinner with our kids because of the good reviews. Staff was very friendly and nice overall with the kids. The food was not great though. It took a long time to be served (about 45 min) even though the restaurant wasn't full. The pizza was not proper Italian one (thick and maybe even frozen pizza) and the chicken breasts weren't anything special. Overall over priced for the food we ate and the slow service.

Weybridge holds a hidden gem, and I've had the pleasure of dining here countless times over the past 14 years. It has become a favorite spot of mine. The service is delightful, with friendly staff attending to you. The elegant table cloths and the delightful food and wine selection make it a highly recommended destination for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.

Loved this place great food, excellent service. Only 4 stars for the atmosphere because of all the hard surfaces sound reverberates and gets a bit noisy, but this is only a minor issue, I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Great meal last night. Lovely atmosphere and service. Great cocktail to start and really enjoyed the starter specials of the day and the veal. This restaurant never disappoints.

We booked here for my mums 70th so there was a table of 8 of us. Friendly staff but too many tables for the servers to navigate around causing the restaurant to be too loud for the servers to hear your order or be able to give the right order to each guest. Starters came quickly but waited over 90mins before main courses appeared. 4 of us ordered steak all asked to be cooked differently which they were but none of us got the right cooked steak and didn't realize until we had eaten some of it so it was disappointing. The cocktails were more like daiquiris with the amount of crushed ice used, not specified on the menu. It is not a place I would book again, the atmosphere was just full of shouting, couldn't hear the ambient music in the background until half the restaurant was empty when it came to paying our bill. One of our guests spoke fluent Italy which seemed to annoy the waiters which I could not understand why considering all night the waiters all used an Italian accent, maybe this was all an act. In short food would have been fantastic if we had received our right orders but the place was far too loud and busy to relax or even talk to your fellow neighbor on the table.

Fantastic food . Waiter gave us normal proseco instead of pink which we ordered didn't change it which is why I marked service down. So loud in the restaurant could hardly hear the conservation between each other. But can't wait to go back and have the lobster again

Nice place bugbit always deoenfs who is serving you, we walked in once 5 minutes before opening at 5 pm and where literally kicked out by one of the waiters. The food is relatively good but has become lately costly for what it is . They make a nice pizza , the decor is outdated very basic, but overall nice food , but if looking for a romantic outing, cosy setting and a reasonable Italian then it is not for you.

Called me at 7pm to say food nearly here. Arrived an hour later. I don’t like being lied to

Food ok, lacked any type of service to a customer and it was my special birthday. No real smiles, usual welcomes, we were totally left for more than an hour in between courses. The fillet steak 4 of my diners ordered were wrongly cooked. When they were given out the waiters had no clue as to how they each steak was cooked to a specific order, like rare, well done or medium. It was a joke you had to guess which steak was which. If my guests had not been so polite all 4 steaks would and should have been returned. We spent 3 and a half hours waiting around more than enjoying food and drink. If it wasn't for my friends banter and chatting about old times to take up the time it would have been a disaster. My husband and I drove 200 miles to have a meal we could have cooked ourselves 100% better. The party I was meeting back in the hotel bar closed before we managed to leave the restaurant. No thought that we did not want to be one of the last to leave. Struggling to get a waiter to even get us a drink. Half the party got bored and left for a cigarette break. Totally spoilt the night I had really looked forward to. Far too full a restaurant for food to be served properly or cooked well to order. Never want to go there again, I felt very upset and insulted by their manners. Its not the Italian Restaurant I used to know.

We ate here several times on a short visit to Weybridge and each time received a warm welcome and excellent service. Our visits included my birthday celebration and a family gathering and each was made very special for us by the very friendly but professional staff. On each occasion the food was excellent. We highly recommend this charming restaurant.

We had travelled from North Wales to visit family for the weekend and hadn't booked anywhere for dinner. Came across La Casa who thankfully had a table free. We are so pleased we booked here, the food was amazing and the service was outstanding. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and they were fantastic with my 2 year old, making his dinner experience a very happy one. The parking was also a huge benefit! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

We ordered from this restaurant a while ago. Food arrived cold and soggy. Being Italian myself, the look and taste of it, was nothing I would give even to my dog, food was bland and a bit mushy... and it took ages to arrive to our house (we had to phone twice). We might give it another chance another time maybe but at the moment not a good rating I am afraid.

Can't fault the exquisite menu and superior service. You won't experience this anywhere else locally.

Margarita pizza good but slightly over cooked. Buffalo pizza requested refund…overcooked..buffalo balls an after thought dropped all over the top cold and unmelted. Not a good pizza

Unfortunately expected a lot more after seeing their high feedback score. Very average pizza and probably not even authentic Italian. Margherita with buffalo mozzarella was a joke and very overpriced at £15. I don't think they had even used buffalo mozarrella, thinking the customers probably wouldn't notice. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any high quality pizza options in this area, however Zio's in Walton is definitely better than this

Couldn't fault anything. Very attentive and friendly service together with food that was cooked exactly to each of our specifications. I had the Calves Liver which was amazing. The other 3 guests had Steaks which were amazing too. Looking forward to returning soon.

I will be honest. I dont complain i just would like to give a feedback that someone review and make changes to restaurant. If you like a good quality food this is not the place to go to. Food was very disappointing. My friend had carbonara, she left 75% as it was very creamy and heavy. I had seafood pasta, asked for white wine sause, but i believe i had the same heavy creamy sause as my friend. Not sure if chef knows what white wine sause is. It was very heavy and not much sea food in it. They brought out finger bowl what was nice but only like 2-3 muscles so no point. Had tiramisu, it was ok but Lidl one for £2 is better. It was again creamy i dont think they used much cascarpone. Possibly due to cost. I dont mind paying more for food but i do accept that when you pay more they use more quality ingredients. They should definitely review their menu and food/chef. Too big portions too, i would increase quality and decrease ammount. I also was not sure why they have more staff there then guess. Older gentleman who i think was main waiter and seated people, seated us showed us special menu read it out and we had other two coming to us. The older gentleman went around the tables when food came, but never asked if the food is good if everything is ok, what i believe is his job. Maybe worried about feedback. Would you not ask if it is your bussiness why your guess left 75% of their meal? I was in this restaurant years ago and came back yesterday i dont think the restaurant changed much. Also the sealing light look like from 80ties. I know you may say it may just have this italian look, but come on, they need to try harder for that. I wish the restaurant all the best but i definitely wont return. For prices they charge: food, service and environment not the best. Also it was disappointing to see chef and older gentleman smoking at the back in uniform. Chef being on the phone in restaurant while working. You really need to think about your restaurant if you want to be good. Gordon Ramsay would definitely close you down on the night! The bread, olive and olive oil what you put down when someone walks in and sit down? And they you put it on charge. Nice gesture but quality of olives and fresh bread would be nice. Also noone asked if someone had allergies? Our order also went to wrong table, it was not even busy. After we ordered starter and main, they removed and changed cutlery, but they done that wrong. They added spoon and removed fork not knife. My starter was squid so i used main meal fork and knife and was left with starter knife and spoon, so needed to ask for fork. Squid was also only ok! Probably frozen deep fry 3 mins job. One little tater sause and chilli sause. Seasoning would be nice to review and rid of that chilly sause. I left 15% tip but if was not for good food, it was as i felt sorry for staff and people who are under kind of communist management. Noone wants to make change, this is how we done it for many years this is how we continue do it. Save yourself guys you could be an outstanding place. All the best!

Un lieu assez extraordinaire : l'histoire du restaurant, du lieu, l'equipe incroyable, l'accueil et la gentillesse des patrons et des serveurs, l'un d'eux y travaille depuis 1968 (!).. et la nourriture y est très bonne. Alors forcément, on est revenus 3 jours de suite, sur 3 jours de séjour. On ne va pas battre le record de George Clooney, qui y est venu 5 jours de suite (...), car on repart tout à l'heure, mais c'est le type de lieu qui marque dans une vie, l'impression de quitter des amis, et tristes de le faire.. Muchas gracias por haber compartido tanto, y dado tanto ! Fue un placer tremendo 💛
