The food is not Italian at all, and the service is not up to the mark. We wait for the bill 25 minutes. if you are looking for good food, go to another Italian restaurant.

Ambiente simples mais muito simpatico na Queensway.A garçonete italiana muito amavel.Recomendo o raviole de ricota com espinafre.Custo beneficio razoavel para um a cidade cara como Londres.

La noche empezó excepcionalmente bien con nosotros rápidamente con mesas y fría Peroni llegue a nuestra mesa acompañado con un dulce acento romántico italiano. Luego fuimos rápidamente cuesta abajo. Para pedir comida demasiado demasiado largo, pero bueno ... estaban ocupados (de alguna manera). me pidió un pan de ajo para mi plato, el estándar para mí en italiano, aburrido pero eficaz y daños hablaras de limitación tienes hambre. Me fue presentada con un trozo de pan rositas con un puñado de dientes de ajo. Si quería Lurpak en Warburtons me hubiera alojado en casa. Ahora los discos de juegos, mi principal. Esto era hacen o como el Peroni tenía tiempo quedaron secos y que necesitaba un impulso. El menú tenía muy normalita, nada mis papilas descienda, sin embargo me imaginé un creativo chef lo haría un 'linguini especial con pesto' (y añadí pollo por £4 ... £4!! ). Después de mucha confusión del personal como para comer lo que era comida que llegó desde la cocina, mi plato de cartón en forma como espaguetis, bland pesto y pollo picado trozos (que me costó cuatro de los mejores libras esterlinas Queen's) flotando como en una pequeña laguna de aceite de oliva.

Intendiamoci subito. Londra è una città che adoro e offre talmente tanto che ogni valutazione è relativa; particolarmente quando si parla di ristoranti "italiani". Molti, anche altolocati e pluripremiati si fanno passare come tali. Un principio base è: il ristorante italiano all'estero non è uguale al ristorante italiano in Italia; punto. Ciò posto, le recensioni negative su La Brasserie sono piuttosto ingenerose. Io ho cenato in un esercizio pieno, con la gente in attesa fuori (me compreso) anche per le ridotte dimensioni del locale. Tutti soddisfatti e serviti con premura e il sorriso. Accoglienza e servizio sono pronti e presenti, il menù è vario (forse troppo per le misure della cucina), il cibo di buona qualità e la cantina sufficiente (siamo all'estero in un paese - ancora - maltocentrico, la cautela è doverosa). I prezzi sono in linea considerato lo svantaggio di cambio ed i costi d'importazione. Nota lieta, un dessert notevole e fatto in casa e un espresso vero: il caffè lo amo, lo conosco e lo bevo amaro ... quindi ... trust me. Merita la sua chance in un quartiere ricchissimo di offerta da tutto il mondo per via dell'alta concentrazione di alberghi.

We enjoyed two meals here during our stay in London. Rarely do we return to an eatery twice in one week but this was an exception. The staff were excellent and the food first class at a very reasonable price for a London restaurant. The freshly prepared food was delicious and the choice on the first evening difficult to make as there were so many dishes that appealed hence our return. Would certainly recommend this restaurant.

We enjoyed a wonderful meal here and were so impressed we returned the next day. Great friendly staff and wonderful food at very reasonable prices for London. We'll be back again and we will recommend you to family and friends. Thanks.

A fine giugno siamo stati a cena a LA BRASSERIE - Ristorante Italiano - 68 Queensway -London (di fronte alla fermata della Tube di Bayswater). Cibo mediocre pur se mangiabile ma lontano da quella che dovrebbe essere la vera cucina italiana che vorrebbe proporre questo ristorante. Vino italiano di scarsa qualità. Acqua (Lauretana) italiana; servizio poco più che accettabile. Bagni al piano interrato non accessibile ai disabili. Prezzi nella media. Giudizio tra due e tre.

the place tries to an impression it is run by an italian family. Personally I think it's not true. The traditional italian way of dining is not followed, staff was spanish (absolutely not a problem but spanish is not italian), food was a disaster (mayonaisse based grocery dressing on a ceasars salad - no way at an italian run restaurant), plus they forgot to bring our appetizers. On the other hand the wine that was recommended to us was fantastic. All in all avoid at all costs, definitely not worth visiting.

Decided to eat here purely because it was near our hotel and we were exhausted after a day of sightseeing. Glad we did. Nice friendly restaurant. Very busy but managed to get a window seat and we sat and watched the world go by. Excellent service and really lovely fresh food. We both went for pasta dishes and both were really enjoyable. Had only intended to sit for one course but the wine was so nice and we were so comfortable that we sat on for dessert and French Coffee. Very unpretentious little restaurant with great food and staff, just opposite Bayswater Undergound. Much nicer than the usual "Chain Type" Italian restaurants nearby.

Quando si entra in un ristorante italiano le aspettative sono abbastanza alte e invece ci si rende subito conto che di italiano c'è solo la musica, sparata a tutto volume, le foto alle pareti e magari le cameriere ( per fortuna simpatiche!). Se si desidera davvero mangiare italiano meglio spendere un pò di più e cercare in qualche altra zona. Sbagliando s' impara!!

Found this restaurant just opposite Bayswater Station.Very Friendly staff, we sat at the window table,and watched the world go by....Food was lovely, not that expensive.Great Chocolate Mousse and a good portion too...

on a été mangé dans ce restaurant le we du 28/02 je peux vous dire que la pizza été super salé ,la caprese on cherche toujour la tomate et la mozzarella , le service rapide mais pas terrible! le patron qui commence a parler italien et qui finalement sous les remarques de la pizza salé et la caprése pas terrible fini par nous dire qu'ici on est en angleterre qu'on doit lui parler en anglais ! bref je ne recommande pas ce restaurant pas bon du tout et le prix trés cher pour ce que c'est

Appena entri sembra un ambiente molto carino, specialmente se riesci ad avere il posto nella piccola veranda che da sulla strada (la strada è cmq priva di panoramica). Abbiamo ordinato sapghetti al pomodoro e basilico e una pizza. Gli spaghetti erano ben cotti ma il pomodoro troppo dolce. La pizza era tutto sommato buona ma troppo salata e la qualità del formaggio molto bassa(sicuramente non era mozzarella). Quando siamo andate a pagare nei conti ci siamo sbagliate e abbiamo dato 10 centesimi in meno. Il cameriere ci ha praticamente rincorso e ci ha chiesto i dieci pence in meno. Veramente scortese e ridicolo (per 10 centesimi!!). Se volete andarci consiglio di non prendere nè pizza nè spaghetti e magari puntare su un risotto (viste le altre recensioni...)

Il personale è cortese ma il titolare un "po' troppo furbo", sembra recitare la parte del perfetto italiano emigrato e intanto ti 'rifila' una pizza pessima, una cucina mediocre con prezzi altissimi e fa l'accattone "dimenticandosi" di dare il resto.

ist es schlechterdings zu teuer. Mittelmäßige Qualität. Freundliches Personal hebt ein wenig meine Bewertung, aber es gibt bessere Adressen, wei z.B. das Bizzarro nahe Paddington Station.

really liked our meals and they ween't very expensive. Found this one while wondering atoud the streets of London. Fun location and nice clan place.

Esta franquicia reproduce lo más asequible de la cocina italiana ( pizzas variadas, pastas abundantes, algún bistec de buen paladar y pocos pescados) se trata de un lugar amable, para acudir como recurso por proximidad. Conviene llegar pronto, pues se llena enseguida. El vino blanco de la casa, tipo chianti se deja beber y la luz de las velitas y la música crean un ambiente agradable muy propicio para la intimidad. No busquen cosas raras. Es un básico.

En las tres visitas que he realizado a Londres fui a cenar en varias ocasiones a este pequeño restaurante italiano y quedé encantado. El local es pequeño, pero muy acogedor, y suele ser necesario hacer reservas a veces pues se suele llenar. La comida está deliciosa, aunque puede ser un poquito caro. Los camareros son muy cordiales y es un placer oirles gritar en italiano cuando piden un plato a la cocina.

We had a nice welcome but thought the food was expensive for what it was - very mediocre.

If you expect Italian food, do not go here. While the place is charming and a few of the staff friendly, the food is Italian on the level of your local discount grocery story. The pizza, for example, appears to be dry, precooked nan-bread like, crusts with sub-par ingredients. The over priced garlic bread is not even fresh. I believe the bread items are all from frozen bags... Overall a truly disappointing experience.

A fine maggio sono stata a cena a LA BRASSERIE - Ristorante Italiano - 68 Queensway -London (di fronte alla fermata della Tube di Bayswater) ed ho mangiato uno dei migliori risotti alla marinara della mia vita ed anche le melanzane alla parmiggiana erano uno spettacolo. Il locale è piccolo ma il personale è veloce e cortese. Ho visto che fanno anche le pizze ma, onestamente, non mi hanno ispirato molto.
