A superb restaurant with very professional, polite, and friendly staff. The food was prepared quickly and made from tasty fresh ingredients. The wood fired oven is amazing, and the chef certainly serves top-class food from a varied menu. Will look forward to visiting again.

Ordered from Uber eats, spag bol was ok but our pizza arrive COLD. Not even warm, COLD. Usually when ordering food, I expect not to have to use my oven to re-heat the food I just payed a fortune for. Quite disappointed :)

Never have I eaten such authentic and flavoursome Italian food. The portions were generous, house wine was lovely and the food was beautiful. This was a random find and what a find.

The ambience was beautiful the service was great and the food, oh my fantastic delish . The place was full and my service was quite fast with a friendly smile. This now my place to go when using Heathrow Airport. FYI if they bring you a lemon water filled bowl, don’t drink it, is to cleanse your fingers however, the food is finger licking good.

I was addressed immediately the food took just alil long for me but ultimately when I ate the food it was really good the temp was great. I got a cute Lil calzone.

Lovely local restaurant. Very pleasant ambiance, great service, excellent food and good wine list. We were just a couple and it was a Monday night so it was quiet but with enough buzz so you did not feel awkward. However we have been there before with a large group on a Friday night when it was really busy and we found everything to be just as good. Highly recommend it if you fancy a little bit of Italy in Colnbrook.

It is a lovely restaurant, staff is always nice and friendly, very high standards. In regsrds to food - same good quality for inside the restaurant and take away. Portions are big probably better for dinner than for lunch. Pizza is hand streched and baked in proper pizza oven. All products looks fresh and taste amazing.

Cosy, warm Italian restaurant. I enjoy coming here a lot. Nice outside area with wine leaves on the roof during summer, casual inside dining area for colder days. Whenever I come here, I see Italians in groups dining as well, so must be the right place.

This is truly a hidden gem. We were starving when we got to the restaurant. We ordered 2 dishes from the chef's special menu. OMG, they are DELICIOUS! We had linguine with half lobster and King prawns (2 only but very fresh) in tomato sauce and a pizza with Italian sausage and some veggies as toppings (sorry can't remember all ingredients as we only wanted to order asap). The lobster and prawns were sooooo fresh, and the seasoning was on point. The pizza dough is amazing! crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside, just the right thickness too! Tiramisu is quite generous portion. We left the restaurant with full and happy tummies! we sat by the window and saw some planes occasionally. Didn't hear any noise, only romantic classic playing in the background and laughters from other happy patrons. We are already planning another visit when we have to drive our friend to Heathrow!

I like the pizza. Very delicious. Ordering took quite some time. Once ordered, the pizza was served quickly. Unfortunately, this place is not kid frienly. My son had a soar throat. So, he couldn't have ice cream. I kindly requested to swap icecream with a drink (fruit shoot, etc.). They said no right away. This is unkind. Not all kids like icecream or could eat icecream.

Dropped in here early on a Saturday evening just after they opened. Everything they served was great, down to the little side salads with just the right amount of dressing. The carbonara was the best I've tasted in a long while. Pay the little extra for the freshly made pasta ... It's worth it!

Discovered by chance in a quiet London suburb. It was an amazing and surprising discovery. The atmosphere is very appealing, with a patio covered by a grapevine completing the decor. Food was more than excellent, with the best muscles we ever ate. Pity that we do not live in London

Our family group of 10 had a great time at this unprepossessing restaurant . Service throughout was professional and friendly and our young children were well catered for. Food was generous and excellent . You get used to being on the flight path.

We had a party of 15 and we had come from the palace to palace princes trust event in Windsor so everyone was hungry. What we got was unexpected, when you look at the restaurant from the outside you would never expect the level of service and food served to exceed all expectations, but it did. My family in Italy 🇮🇹 would adored what was served, it was perfect every dish was excellent, the service was homely, professional and perfect. I would advise any Italians and other lovers of their fine cuisine take a trip here, they will not be disappointed. We will travel from Winchester again just to try something else on their impressive and varied menu. Finally very reasonably priced and would put a lot of so called Italian restaurants in the West End to shame : they could from this amazing restaurant 👌

Ordered a lasagna from their restaurant on uber eats. It was good, but nothing out of the ordinary. Good effort.

Split in to two distinct areas - a buzzing garden facing dining area which retains an intimate atmosphere and a large, more functional space affording diners a more spacious experience. The food served is of the highest quality, with both traditional dishes from Italy. If your preference is for Pizza, there is a wide selection available. The service is attentive without being rushed with the friendly staff quickly able to ascertain which tables are just dropping in for a bite to eat and those on an evening out. Within 10/15 minutes of Heathrow terminals 2 and 3 as well as terminal 5 along with having its own carpark the restaurant is well placed for those after something more interesting and far better quality of cooking than airport business like anonimity. For those with more time on their hands, given the high volume of diners on a Thursday and Friday early evening it would appear those living more locally have taken the restaurant to heart.

New Bettola Ristorante is incredibly warm and welcoming. The staff makes you feel so comfortable from the moment you sit down. You will not regret your visit even if it is just for a glass of wine from their curated selection. Buon appetito!

Visited last night by chance as we were staying overnight nearby. The service was fantastic start to finish. Food and drink was all well priced. My partner and I agreed it was probably the best meal we have both had. True Italian food, fresh and tasty ingredients. We both had pasta for main course and it was absolutely unreal. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely make a point of coming back!

Regular place for me to go to as not far from my workplace. Great as this place is I was surprised to learn today that for a takeaway, if you want to have Parmesan cheese with your pasta, La Bettola now charge for a small tub at £1.50. I believe this is wrong as I’m sure they are not charging customers for adding Parmesan cheese to their pasta dishes as an add on. They should be treating this as if it was a sit in meal and if a customer asks for Parmesan cheese, it should not be charged as as an add on.

Doesn’t look like much from the outside but the restaurant is beautiful. The staff are so friendly and the food is incredible. Probably the best Italian restaurant we’ve been to. The sardines and prawns were a delicious starter. Just incredible. The risotto, salmon, pizzas and fettuccine were all mouth watering dishes. If you haven’t been, I’d strongly recommend you go. It’s simply amazing and I can’t wait to go back.

We have had great service and a fabulous meal and cocktails here last night. Just a short walk from where we were staying at the Hilton T5 airport hotel. Lovely welcome from staff. We were staying at the hotel nearby and saw this place on TA. We are so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel very welcome. The food was, quite simply superb. I’m not the biggest fan of Italian food but that was before I visited here. My wife had a gorgeous pizza, my daughter spag Bol and I had the king prawn linguine which was amazing. We even ventured onto the pudding menu and my cheesecake was the lightest I ever had - my wife and daughter both had what they said was the best ever tiramisu. The staff were exceptional oh and finally - the Rioja was 5 star. Will visit again. Superb.

Absolutely delicious food and very kind staff. Our waitresses and hostess were lovely. We particularly enjoyed meeting Dorina, who spoke to me in my native language, Italian, and who was also very attentive to my food allergies. I was able to eat a very good gluten free pasta! My family loved their dishes as well ...and the tiramisu was incredibly good, obviously homemade! Our whole experience at this restaurant was amazing for all of us. We can't wait to be able to return here in the future.

My coeliac daughter and I came here for dinner at the end of an exhausting and nerve fraying travelling day. We were staying at a nearby "Airport Hotel", but didn't want to eat overpriced hotel food. So we looked on TA, and settled on a walk to New Bettola. And the restaurant was the antidote to the effects of a bad day. From the moment that I pushed open the door of this unassuming looking restaurant, I felt welcomed, safe and nurtured. I felt like I was in the back room of my best friend's house (a warm Italian/Australian foodie, who lives in the Wollongong). The whole dinner was a balm to frayed nerves. My daughter ordered a great gluten free pasta, and my mushroom pizza was soooooo fresh tasting and yummy. I would have thought a Nonna made it, but I could see the young fellows stretching the pasta for the next pizzas as I ate mine. Well a great Nonna must have taught them! The Tiramisu for me (my daughter was too full for desert...that has never happened to me yet!) was so light yet soooo delicious....it almost floated off my plate. When I remarked on its quality, the pleasant waitress said "yes! You can tell that it is freshly home made!" I agree! You could. All I can say is that on a night where I had previously felt very close to breaking point, THIS restaurant was what the doctor ordered. And isn't that what good hospitality is about? Bravo to them, and many thanks.

We wanted a meal and were staying on Bath Road near Heathrow. New Bettola, what a find. We all had fantastic meals, including pizza, pasta, and veal. The staff were friendly and efficient. A bonus, there was ample parking out front. We'll definitely return.

We selected this restaurant as it was close to Heathrow and our Son and family were transiting from Germany to South Africa with a 6 hour stopover. We booked online for 3:30 PM but good old BA messed up and the family spent over an hour waiting to offload at terminal 5. The staff at New Bettola could not have been more helpful, they were very sympathetic to our problem, held the table until we arrived and made our meal a most enjoyable event. The food was very varied, wholesome, tasty and hot, what more could we ask for? The wine list was comprehensive and the service superb. We all agreed this place was a jewel and the discovery of such a place was very satisfying.

Simmilar to previous opinions , female waitres very not professional with bad alititude. Birthday party for 6 years old boy and they expecting kids to be sitting in totall silence. Waiting time for food its a joke , they give us a bill to pay when food not ready ! waiting time about 1h easy. Owner came to us and treat us like someone who came to get free food ! So sad for trying to destroy little boy birthday . The only male waitres top man thank you for the service

Drove over from Heathrow Airport to celebrate a family birthday, from the moment you arrive the staff are very attentive and polite. The menu is very extensive with so many variations and when the food arrived it was delicious.

Located in a small town near Heathrow airport, serves a limited menu of quite good food. We've had pizza and some pasta dishes. Penne pasta cooked just right. 4 cheese pizza had wonderful flavors, each bite yielding a different taste. Service is friendly and quick.

Very good food and attentive service with a village vibe in this authentic feeling Italian restaurant minutes from Heathrow. Went on a Friday and it was packed with locals which is always a good sign. Thursday evening a bit quieter. Building looks a bit shabby from outside but don't let that worry you. Reasonable parking in front, was full on the Friday so we parked at the Hilton for a few quid, about 10 minutes walk.

I have come to this restaurant 4-5 times before and loved it. Even so, i have recommended it to my family and friends. This time i went to celebrate my wedding anniversary and it was poor. We went with our 2 year old son, wasnt even offered a child booster seat. One of our main dishes was so salty, and when I mentioned it, we had no acknowledgement on the matter. Weren't even offered another dish or money off. The staff were all moody apart from one. We even paid the service charge which they didnt deserve, because we didnt want any confrontation on our anniversary. Definitely wont be going back anytime soon.

Good variety of food and drink. Surroundings were noisy which made conversation slightly more difficult, but even though it was busy service wasn't affected. The eat out to help out scheme made it even more enjoyable! Revisited after a while and found the menu had changed and the quality of food has increased. Very enjoyable lunch and still at a reasonable price.

We visited this restaurant on our way home today, and it was beautiful! Food was delicious, great service with very friendly staff, lovely environment. Will definitely be back again! :)

Never had an issue before and the food is normally really nice. But one of the items ordered for delivery turned up looking like a burnt lump of pasta, which should of been a lasgane, it was not at all possible to eat it. Called them and they reassured me another order will be sent out as a replacement. Which they did do and they were very apologetic. So I can't really give them a bad review as they professionally dealt with it and the replacement was superb.

I've been going to this restaurant with my family for years and it is honestly one of my favourite places. The food is of exceptional quality, it has a lovely atmosphere and the staff is very polite and professional. I would recommend it to anyone.
